Genetic Mutation-
The user possesses predatory instincts, allowing them to become masters of hunting and tracking. One with this ability can discern numerous factors of a situation that make him a master of pursuit and capture. This includes what move a foe will make, where he is headed (if the user is in the foe’s proximity, or knows the foe fairly well), as well as how to effectively cause a foe to play right into one’s hands in combat/pursuit.
The user's senses are all heightened above human average, allowing for enhanced reflexes as well. One can see things with better clarity, Smell strange smells in the air, taste poison in food, have powerful touch, and very sharp hearing.
His genetic mutation gives him Nightvision, granting him the ability without a helmet.
Aside from his Taser claws, Ander also has the ability to extend and retract 2-inch long claws from his finger tips. The claws are razor sharp and are made from a durable metal-alloy. They were coated in metal during his time with the Grand Army. They do not set off metal detectors and are not magnetic. He normally keeps these a secret as he finds them scary about himself.
Though not extremely faster, an injury that would take 3 weeks to heal would only take a week for Ander. A larger amount of white blood cells keeps his body safer from harmful poisons and diseases. Poison still effects him, but a much larger dose is required to effect him noticeably.
Skills:
Ander is a sniper trained by an elite division of the Grand Army, so his skill with a long range rifle and other firearms is fairly accurate He can even judge long and great distances accurately as well as account for other environmental obstacles (wind, smoke, vegetation, gravity).
Ander is well-trained and experienced in hiding himself and killing silently and discreetly. He knows the weak points and vital areas of the human body and can blend into crowds easily. He is as silent as a ghost when sneaking and is exceptional at making himself unseen and undetected
Ander has studied various martial arts and has handled and mastered a large amount of weapons. His martial-arts mainly comprise of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate. His weapon of choice in most missions is the Karambit, a curved bladed dagger with a ring on the hilt that allows for various options and versatility in a fight.
A side skill he has picked up is his skill as a cleaner, not a house maid cleaner, he has the skills of a cleaner that wipes evidence and cleans up a crime scene before anybody else finds it, making it seem as if nothing happened.

Taser Claws- A feature on his stealth suit. Sharp claws give a large amount of shock upon contact. can be used to kill, stun, whatever.
PDA- Located on the underside of his wrist, gives information and aids him on missions.
Stealth Suit(As seen in Appearances) Helmet has a filter inside as well as various vision modes sonar and infrared. Nightvision is unnecessary as his mutation already gives him that. Has a Camoflauge setting that allows him to blend into his surroundings like a chameleon. The suit acts as an exo-skeleton and adds to his speed, strength, and stamina making it higher than a normal humans'.
Personality: Ander has been cheerful and talkative his whole life. Being an optimist keeps life in a bright perspective, and that's just the way he likes it. A real thrill junky, he lives to find the high-points of life and metaphorically get high on it. He is usually in a good-mood and likes making wisecracks. You'd least expect Panther to be him as he was dubbed that by people on the street due to how silently he kills. Most are killed without a sound and without any evidence too. Without remorse he'll take another life, the life of the innocent is still something he doesn't take, so at least he has something. Although, to him any innocent with a bounty on their head isn't an innocent at all just a target.
Background:
Born in the ghetto of Insurrection, he grew up in a one bedroom apartment with his single mom in the south side. As a young kid he grew up happy and cheerful in his unstable home situation, even though his mom hit him and was usually on some drug, he still kept his hopes high. He attended martial arts classes on his own seeking thrill through competitive Kickboxing and MMA. His abilities manifested themselves when he was in his sophomore year of high-school, luckily, he was able to control it early on and didn't reveal it, but it was definitely there. It was like some kind of animal inside of had awakened. Controlling the beast took focus, but it was definitely worth controlling. He joined the military in his Junior year of High-school, and shot up the ranks quickly as a top soldier excelling in stealth ops, that's what he was normally put on and he was good at it. These years activated his thrill-seeking, anything that sounded fun he would go for it instantly, only later in his career did he mellow it down and keep it out of his job and kept it to his personal life.
On a mission abroad he was tasked with the capture of an HVT (High Value Target) in the VTS's own penthouse. He performed the infiltration flawlessly and was inside the building. Unfortunately, he was unable to predict his mission orders were fakes sent from another government that had figured out his identity during his infiltration. After taking a few of his ambushes out, he was captured and brought to a secret facility where he was tortured for information. Biding his time and keeping optimistic, he waited. Left by himself in his cell unchecked allowed the predator in him to find a more prominent place in him for a year, he made every person in the facility his prey and began to analyze and learn every inhabitant's habits,movements, and identity. When he escaped from his cell, what followed was the systematic murder of all of his captors and a huge prison break. When he was released the prison became his domain and nobody was safe. He released all the other inmates and escaped after he was done hunting down his prey.
When he returned home, the military had labeled him as MIA. He had a clean slate and he decided to use it. He started a new life with his talents as the hired killer "Panther"
