Powers: Aside from a numerous numbers of implants and other cybernetics, Apex has extraordinary attributes like strength, speed and durability which is complimented by the cybernetics. He will never need a car or call construction people to demolish a building.
Skills: Apex is a ruthless fighter, his principle being to overwhelm the opponent with extraordinary strength matched by only a few. When he fights, he won't stop until his opponent is broken at his feet. He is an expert marksman but his preferred weapons are anything that requires him to be up close to his enemy. Swords, knives and fists, anything that let's him look his enemy in the eye when he takes the life from them. He has expert piloting skills when it comes to not only military aircrafts but also tracked and mech suits. He has been described as a one-man-army in the most literal sense of the phrase.
Weapons: When he can, his fists. When they aren't enough, blades and swords. When those aren't enough, guns but rarely does he have that sort of problem due to his hard exterior. His most favorite weapon though is his mouth. Not in a way that he is all that witty or that he can talk out of a situation, more like he'll tear your face off with his teeth. Often times he uses special sorts of cybernetic hand attachments for his arm which basically are monowire claws the length of kitchen knives. These claws are sheathed on his back on his body armor but they look more like skeletal wings that way. One of his favorite ranged attacks however is throwing spears or javelins at such a force that it would impale a human.
Gear: Often Apex dons highly advanced military grade body armor that allows him still to be quick and fast in his movements. When the situation deems that he needs to be more armored he wears advanced mech suit that is about 9 feet in height and armed with many high caliber weapons, one of which are dual shoulder mounted missile launchers that shoot bullet sized guided missiles that will tear through the target as if it were made of paper. If dodged, it will turn around and try again. Each canister shoots 40 of these missiles and the suit can hold three on each shoulder. On each hand he can place variety of weapons such as manipulators that are electrically charged, high caliber dual Gatling guns, napalm throwers, Railguns, plasma cannon or any other sorts of mech attachments. This mech is far stronger than him but starting running speed is far slower until be builds momentum. This is a very rare resource for him to use. The faceplate has a slid visor that glows green when the suit is activated and there is a crude and runny spraypaint of what seems to be grinning fangs under the visor
Most of the time his transport is a hover cycle capable of very high speeds when airborne and highly maneuverable. It can hold two people and is armed with dual sided machine guns with AI targeting systems so that the big doesn't have to be turned or twisted to aim.
On each wrist is a copy of Arachnid tech web launchers. The web is not as sturdy as effective as the real thing but for what it is, it get's the job done without being sloppy about it. It only has regular web too. His body is often smeared with a chemical compound that prevents such webs from sticking.

He speaks through a voice box as he has no lips. It's in his mouth so it seems like he is speaking and he keeps his mouth open partially so that his voice isn't muffled. With his implants he has neural implants which allow him to plug into his mech suit or other personal devices that require it. Trajectory Anticipator so he can anticipate bullets and objects that he launches or predict projectiles that come at him. Bullets are hard to predict and take time. On each shoulder is a small missile launcher which follows the same principle as the one for his mech suit only smaller and compact version. Each launcher has five small silos that's loaded with spike sabot armor piercing missiles.

On command, small spikes are deployed on each of his knuckles. On his left forearm, deployed from his wrist, a small yet effective flamethrower and uses a modified napalm to make it safer yet still deadly. It can be armed with another canister of gas to become a highly effective blowtorch. In his right arm is a long but thin metal cable that's lined with serrated thorns strong enough to rend flesh with ease. The cable is 8 meters in length and slides out of his palm.

He has highly sophisticated nanites flowing in his veins that make sure any toxins are eradicated immediately and close up wounds as not to bleed out. They are also highly resistant to both EMP attacks and alien takeovers. They may not take him down right away but they will slow him down.

In his mouth is a row of very sharp and very dangerous teeth that are hard enough to tear through advanced metals. His eyes are programmed to see in the dark, see heat signature, sonar signals, EMFields and best of all, calculate attacks with incredible accuracy that compliments his already impressive reflexes.

Personality: Apex is a homicidal psychopath and is unpredictable. You never know if he would decide to listen to you or eat your face right then and there. He´s hard headed and hard to work with if you don't know him well. He is a bruiser, a cutter, a torturer and a killer to the enth degree. He may not be as subtle as Hannibal Lecter that doesn't make him any less scary.
Background: Little is known about this brutal assassin other than he is a complete psycho, is armed to the teeth in every possible definition of the term, ruthless as fuck and scary as fuck. Those who have done major efforts about looking into his history have surmised that the most possible identity of him is Harry Brooke. A former member of the Grand Army turned Paladin. Files on him claim that he was killed in a massive block war where both gangs were armed military grade weaponry and explosives. He was last seen engulfed by an explosion from a missile launcher. His body was never recovered.

The first sighting of Apex was almost 5 years ago though it's expected that he has been operational longer than that. His first known victim was found impaled by household applicances such as a coat rack, lamp, legs of tables and chairs right on the wall, his entrails sliding out from his open gut and his face and chunks of flesh unaccounted for as well as a few organs such as the liver, kidneys and heart. Other murders of such brutality have been assumed were commited by Apex but some were solved and actually done by copy cats. Later on, some crime scenes uncovered strange substaince that had very much in common with spider webs.
