@Feisty-PantsTechnically speaking, Jaden could buy all of the TM's, iven how he was born with a rather sizable silver spoon(as my next post will help establish), but those have been restricted strictly to living expenses(food, lodging, cloths, that sort of think) and he'll have to go with a much more limited amount for actual Pokemon stuff. I would hope so, Master. Don't want to snuggle with you to keep you alive at night instead of dying from hypothermia.

(I wish we could just know our learnable (Not TMs, not Tutored, not Bred) moves for our current evolutionary state. Would feel more fluid than just spamming, well, Ember the entire time. Is there any chance we could do that instead of being so limited?)
