Muttonhawk Let Slip the Corgis of War

Member Seen 18 hrs ago

If I did have anything specific for Narsi, It's slipped my mind. We can do it later if I remember. For now, though, just a summary on her behaviour so far unless broached further. Assuming this is a timeskip to after Julan gets back, how long will it have been since he returned to the clanhome with his marks? I imagine Rhazii would have some feedback on it thinking it looks cool, possibly a little jealousy and friendly ribbing thereof.

I think he would have been gone a few weeks.

And I...think the timelines are still matching up.

They would have needed Sabine to get them back, and that means Sabine would have been finished selecting her new packmate, so yeah, it's safe to say they're lined up.

Yeah, makes sense. I think I have it in my head how I'm going to arrange it.

Hey, I'm not sure if Rossarm would know what Neesa is doing right now, but I certainly don't. Don't suppose you could give me a hint?

Sorry for not replying sooner. On Rossarm's end, it is simply a magic duel. Neesa would be testing him with various spells, attacks, and strategies. Her first spell is simply an attack for him to defend against, and she invited him to attack her. The spell is one I lifted from ESO, so something from the Second Era. It's a dark crystal that explodes, and is fairly heavy hitting.

Just about to write up another post, but for the next one, did we want to skip ahead with the Cheydinhal events to do write the scene where Ahnasha deals with her family after the previous events? I could have Fendros return to help for the sake of having a character there but I don't know how you'd like to do it.

I think it could make sense to do a short scene alongside the one with Lorag and the children. Fendros can be there.

I'm 75% certain one of Ahnasha's family is listening at the door...

There isn't much more I have in mind for these scenes. I could skip us ahead. There isn't much left I have in mind to do before they start the invasion, just a few things.

I don't mind skipping ahead. There are a couple of details I would add in summarising the skip but I can add them in in the next post.

I don't have anything else in mind for this scene. You can move us on if you like.

Alright, I should be able to post tomorrow morning. And the next part I have in mind should wrap up everything I can think of before the activation of the portal. Was there anything else you had in mind?

All I can think of right now is working out how Ahnasha's relationship with her family ended up.

Other than that, unless we're gunning for a cash-grab next generation sequel, I think I'm all good hahah.

I do like that with ESO's Elsweyr expansion, there is now in-game representation of some of the other Khajiit breeds. Including the rather giant ones. Though, it also mildly annoys me that they've done a bit of retconning in which breed is which. The Cathay-raht were absolutely listed as the giant ones a few years ago.

Aw, boooo. No senche-rahts?

I have only seen a couple of screenshots of that DLC in passing. Maybe I should track down some more.

Oh, there are absolutely Senche-raht:

The Cathay, though, have been retconned as the standard Khajiit you would see the most across Tamriel. Previously, that was the Suthay-raht, which are now the breed of Khajiit seen in TES III: Morrowind.

I think now, the largest breed of bipedal Khajiit are the Pahmar-raht. Do'rhajul would be one of these:

For us, though, I think it makes the most sense to go with the canon at the time that we made the decisions, regarding names.

Yeah, that's confusing, but I suppose it's not the first time they've changed which Khajiit are the worldwide common ones.

I agree about keeping what we have. Pretty sure we"be included every variety except for a Mane and maybe one other.
