If you don't feel like RPing the training, we could switch over to explain what Ahnasha and Fendros are doing, or just stick with only Janius and Kaleeth for a while. Or we could do the training if you think it would be interesting.

Meh, I think there's only so much in the training. It can be summarised by the end of the in game day.

So, I may have drilled a peephole in the fourth wall slightly. Please forgive me -_-

Unlike yesterday, I probably actually do not have enough time to write anything. It is halfway to 4. I think I'll be going to bed. Goodnight.

So, it might be all gloomy now, but Janius would probably be more agreeable with a midnight visit. Do you think that would work? It would give some time for Janius to mull over things, and perhaps for Kaleeth to procure some remedies if she really wants to persist.

Kaleeth probably wouldn't give up yet. With potions, the chance of passing on the disease would be negligible, but things definitely wouldn't end up being simple. I'm far too good with devious plans to let that happen.

Sometimes, I just end up playing the really long game.

Anything else before the end of the day, or should we timeskip?

There is nothing more for now. I can do a skip. Where would Janius be in the middle of the night?

Probably in his bedroll, sleeping. I expect that he would be questioned by the pack about what exactly happened during the hunt before everyone goes to bed though. Just thought of that, actually.

He could just end up giving them enough to convince them that they were in no immediate danger. I doubt he would want to talk about it too much.

He could also end up outside, perhaps if he fell asleep on accident while in the water.

Mm, good point, let's go with that.

As for accidentally falling asleep in the water, I don't know. How about the edge of the water instead? I mean, he's tired and emotional, but he's not contracted narcolepsy. He's not going to drown himself.

That's what I meant, just relaxing in the water along the bank and he dozed off, somewhere shallow enough that he would feel safe closing his eyes to begin with.

Unfortunately, I'm going to be delayed for a bit. I need to vacuum the house before I forget again.

This scene has been good. Up until now I was thinking that the interactions between the two had been a little a little cheesy. I don't know, I think it was mostly when Janius shouted Kaleeth down outside the cave, I suddenly visualised his skin glittering like a Twilight vampire and I threw up a little in my mouth. I'd like to think our characters have transcended that stereotype now that they've actually sat down and talked about it. Hmm, yep, things have gotten much better.

Anyway, enough narrative analysis. G'night!

Honestly, I never expected it to become as involved as it has. Given what I knew about Janius' character, I expected that he would actively attempt to court her, only to end up causing a bunch of problems with a certain other complication I have not yet mentioned.

Things got complicated.

Still, it has been rather interesting.
