Yeah, I wouldn't really expect a murder mystery to have many, except maybe near the end, depending on how it goes. Speaking of, we should probably skip ahead soon enough.

I think now would be a good time to skip later in the day (unless you have something else planned, of course). I don't really know when you wanted to skip to, though, so you may have to do it. If you were going to include summaries of everyone else's days, don't feel pressured to include them all in the same post. That would probably be a lot of writing.

I'll write up a post now to skip to dinner at the end of the day. I'll summarise Meesei and Sabine's day, then summarise the other scenarios in the following posts. After my next post might be a good time for Ahnasha to get back. All of the lieutenants would probably be rather hungry by then.

Okay, so it wasn't strictly skipped to dinner in the dining hall. I thought you might want to react immediately after seeing the results of the test.

Okay, I think I'll have Ahnasha return in my next one as well.

Okay, so hopefully posts will rev up to the usual pace. This week was intense and I am glad for the weekend...and the autumn break.

I also added a quick foreword in a hider on the original OOC post, seeing as a bunch of people might be taking a quick look at the threads with 2,000+ posts in this section. Let me know if you would like me to change anything.

Yeah, this RP is a few novels worth of writing at this point. I have been thinking about what the endgame will be like for it, as I would like for it to have an actual, satisfying conclusion. Though, there is still quite a bit of story I would like to see happen before I would want to bring it to its end, so I'm in no rush to do so.

If you would like to skip to the announcement (or whatever the next big event is), you can go ahead and do so. I think I've given all of Meesei's plans and intentions, except for one thing. She intends to have Grolak or the Bosmer search Harriet's room before Harriet will be allowed to return to it. Other than that, she will probably have Sabine stay with Ahnasha, who can do whatever. Though, I think Ahnasha would want to stick with Fendros.

So, what else do you think we need to do before the trial? After getting the results from the test on the poison, Meesei is going to do as much investigating as possible. She herself will be watching Harriet and allowing her to build her defense, but she will have others looking into things. Particularly, she will have them searching for evidence of any other point at which Jerrick could have been poisoned. Also, Meesei certainly would have had either Gorlak or the other one search Harriet's room by this point, probably in the night or early morning before the announcement. I just didn't get a chance to go through it in IC.

Hmm, well I suppose for summary, Meesei will not find any substantial evidence that points to a possible poisoning at another time. The second result for the test lands the time of poisoning roughly during the meeting again. If Grolak was instructed to search Harriet's room at the time you say, you had better talk to him about the results. There's also the matter of Oswall deciding Caleb's punishment, but whether you wanted to do that before or after the trial is up to you.

The punishment for Caleb should be decided after the trial, likely, among many other things. If you think we should rp through speaking to Gorlak, we can do that next.

There are only a few things I can think of that are left to do before the trial. Finishing up the test on the toxin, and likely informing everyone waiting in that room what happened with Oswall, having Sabine see if she can confirm that the liquid in the vial is the same one that poisoned Jerrick, speaking to the other lieutenants about getting one guard from each pack, including Harriet's, to help guard her, and perform that mock search to see if Meesei can get a reaction out of Harriet. We probably don't need to RP through all of that, but we should definitely go through the mock search in IC.

We'll have one more encounter today before getting to the search. I'll lead you up to it in this post.

I think you forgot to change some things regarding Silenti. Is s/he male or female?

Meesei didn't remove the cork, she left it in and was looking for scents on the part on the outside.

The cork was capped with the metal symbol of Clavicus Vile, but I'll say there was some cork exposed for the sake of explanation. It would have about the same effect.

Well, some of it would have to be exposed if you intended to pull it out.
