Hmm...
I would say that after three years of weekly sessions, unless Ahnasha and Fendros had a severe falling out with Najirra (which would probably require a scene of its own), they would be in a position where they're doing regular exercises to help themselves regulate and their trauma wouldn't define their behaviour so easily. They will still have episodes from time to time, especially if their memories are triggered by something, but they would be able to sleep properly again. That's my best guess. It's possible that Ahnasha and/or Fendros would continue to have serious trouble if you wanted, but with such a prolonged period of staying still, it would begin to dip into the realms of severe depression for them. As an aside, Fendros is going to make the effort to learn some Ta'agra when Rhazii begins to speak.
I'll take control of one or both of the children, whatever you feel like. As for Kaleeth and Janius' kid in particular, I can flip a coin again. Realistically, their interactions as defacto siblings will only really matter with gender once they get a few years older, and I'm not sure how much of the rest of their lives we'll be playing out in this RP. Janius is probably going to refer to the new child with a nickname to fill the space between then and his name day.
Sabine bears mentioning, it will take another couple of weeks for her to gather the courage to open up to Caleb, but she'll unfortunately be rejected. Caleb has too many issues of his own. This will cause Sabine to withdraw and cry for a while, but playing that out would just be the pack offering support and comfort. She might try and have another relationship, but at her age, she's bound to make some mistakes and not have it last. By the end of the three years, Sabine probably will have become a pretty good mage. She is also going to come of age, so maybe that could be a ceremony to end the skip with.
That's the top of my head as well. Is there anything else?
