War. War never changes.

Since the dawn of human kind, when our ancestors first discovered the killing power of rock and bone, blood has been spilled in the name of everything: from God to justice to simple, psychotic rage.

In the year 2077, after millennia of armed conflict, the destructive nature of man could sustain itself no longer. The world was plunged into an abyss of nuclear fire and radiation.

But it was not, as some had predicted, the end of the world. Instead, the apocalypse was simply the prologue to another bloody chapter of human history. For man had succeeded in destroying the world - but war, war never changes.

In the early days, soldiers of the military took refuge with the leaders of the world in fortified bunkers and within a oil rig in the pacific ocean where they survived just the same as the occupants of the vaults all over the united states. But unlike the residents of those vaults, these soldiers that made up the remnants of the united states military had a different plan in mind, one to reclaim the states and purge it of communism entirely. These soldiers became known as the Enclave.

Two hundred years later, the year is 2302. Much of the enclave has been obliterated by the New California Republic and the Brotherhood of Steel. Entire legions of forces dispersed to attempt to survive their onslaught and rebuild. Without a true leader outside of the few high ranking officials left, the enclave retreated to the north, into Canada. Vault-tec had several vaults in the southern parts of Canada that housed hundreds of former vault residents that communicated with the cities around them, all of which being gleefully unaware of the chaos in the south. Using scavenged technology used to recruit and train their own soldiers, the populations of these vaults were recruited into the enclave as workers, scientists, and soldiers.

With a new leader democratically elected by the remaining forces named Anthony Graves, hundreds of new recruits with hundreds-even thousands-more recruits ready to become one with the enclave, and a set of vaults to call home, the Enclave was primed and ready to take back the united states, in the name of freedom and justice!

You are an Enclave soldier part of the "Eagle Claw" project. One aimed at creating a highly skilled force like Squad Sigma. Instead of protecting essential objectives, however, the members of Eagle Claw are a highly trained, very well equipped Kill Squad that is dispatched against not only the most dangerous of foes, but the most numerous of them as well. Eagle Claw is looking to be the most dangerous Enclave force to be deployed into the wastes.

___________________

You awaken to find yourself within a vertibird, it's destination unknown. Several others are around you, six to be in fact. A couple are unconscious like you just were, one is smoking, and the rest seem to be as confused as you are. The heavy humming of the vertibird is the only sound that you can hear, nobody was talking or asking questions. There was no pilot as it seemed that this bird was automated. It wasn't long before you felt the rumble and the sounds of the vertibird touching down and the door opening. The others had awoken by now. They looked between each other before one got up and went to the door. He signaled for the rest to follow, including you. Though reluctant, you stepped out into the world.

When you planted your feet on the earth, you did not hear a thud, but a crunch. A strange substance being beneath your leather-bound feet. you did not have the chance to find out what this substance was as you were hit with a strong, wind that froze you to the bone. More of this while substance stuck to your hair and uniform. Some even got into your mouth, it burned for the slightest second, but then dissipated. You took in the landing zone but could not see much outside of dim lights in the distance as a fog carrying the white substance obscured everything. One of the other group members patted you on the chest with the back of his hand. "It's called "snow". Have you never seen it before? It's all over Vancouver, Illinois, and even the mountains of the Mojave." You asked him how much of the US had he seen as the places he listed were very far apart and you were one of the "Vault Recruits", so you had never been. He didn't answer as a man clad in Enclave colors with a dark gray cloth trench coat approached with the insignias of a commander on his collar. "Come along, Recruits. Your initiation awaits." "Recruits?!" the man speaking before spoke up yet again. "I have over two hundred successful missions! I am no recruit...SIR!" The commander approached the veteran and gave him a hay maker to the jaw. You could hear bones break as he went down into the snow, unconscious. "You are one now, Maggot. Welcome to Eagle's Point."
It has been two months since the battle of Idaho. It was a complete mission failure, hundreds were killed on both sides and there was no clear winner. The enclave was forced to issue a full retreat as the NCR sent in increasingly large amounts of reinforcements. They were forced to pull out "The big guns" to keep them out of Canada. But this was their worst mistake as there is now massive unrest in the NCR. Leader of the armed forces, Col. James Hsu, was infuriated at the bombing of the base, hundreds of their soldiers were wiped out. Anybody that wasn't underground or in the city was wiped out. All without any of his knowing or approval. Because of this, he had gathered the NCR rangers and left the NCR, forming the "Black Bears" and moving north to try and reason with the enclave.

As for Eagle Claw, it had been a long, bloody, two months. Sent all over canada to secure positions, they had pulled from America for a long while, letting the pot come to a boil. Caesar's legion was mounting attacks on bases now, knowing of the enclave now. The New Vegas and Washington D.C. wastelands have both been quiet, defending their borders. Many operations within the Enclave itself had been cancelled before they were even realized as many in high command suspect a mole. Suspicions are rampant.

The members of eagle claw however couldn't be closer, fighting against the toughest out there, they have only been getting stronger and each one of them have changed somehow, either for better or worse.

Welcome, Lads, Lasses, and possibly mutated degenerates, to Fallout: Rebirth of the Enclave. This is an idea that I have had brewing for a nice long while as I played through Fallout 3 again with one of my favorite mods: Enclave Commander. A mod that allowed you to call in an elite strike force of Enclave and gave you the full power of the enclave with air support, missile barrages, and even the deadly Orbital Strike that greatly expanded the tactical battlefield. I had a thought however, what if this tactical force was given...life? One of the problems in game was that this strike squad was faceless, they had no history, no voices...No Life. Thus is where this story idea spawned. I am fervently excited to take you guys on this ride through an alternate universe of the Fallout saga that...may or may not royally screw with the Canon.

There is currently a Pirate Pad available for you guys to help with communication and for us to collab as much as you want. Since as a team we'll be interacting with one another quite a bit, a place for us to be able to do that without need to wait for PMs/Convos is something of a necessity. Unless there is a huge timezone difference, where as PMs might still be just as important. http://piratepad.net/hQAexNjD93

Head on over to the Eagle Point Barracks if you wish to see them in more detail.

Rules and Regulations.
There aren't that many rules that I force upon you guys other than the typical common sense ones upheld by the mods and admins of RPG. But there are a couple regulations that must be upheld.

  • 1 to 1.5 paragraph minimum per post. Make a post as long as you want but it has to be 1-1.5 or above. If there are complications with that, such as writer's block and RL issues, we'll have a campfire and talk about that. (If somebody knows that reference I'll tweak the lore to allow ghouls into the Enclave ranks.)
  • Character sheets MUST be detailed. I don't want to see anybody's character sheet being small and miniscule. The soldiers of Eagle Claw battalion are the veteran's veteran, each with a detailed and difficult backstory that gives them a reason to be there. Tiny CSs that you deem as "complete" will be denied on the spot. Put some love and care into your CS!
  • If there are any squabbles or anything, be civil. I'm usually pretty lenient for OOC chatter, it's a meeting place where we can chill and roleplay, like a plaza or something. IF however a fight breaks out over something, either take it to convo or agree to disagree. We're all buddies here, no need to be slicing out jugulars. This applies to Pirate Pad as well.

  • Enjoy yourself and if you have questions or suggestions for ideas, don't be afraid to speak up! Everybody's ideas matter!

___

Before we move onto what you're licking your chops to see, a few things about creating your characters.

Please, go nuts with your CS. I'm totally up for the crazy people with a crazy weapon (not CRAZY CRAZY OMG CRAZY) with awesome looking armor, just don't go overboard. Try to balance Crazy with Practical I'm willing to stretch the lore a little, but not enough that it won't be unbelievable. It just so happens that one of the vaults that was taken over had the Blueprints and the facilities to create not only exotic ammunition, but several pre-war weapons and armors as well. Your character is built to be the best, what better way to be the best than with weapons and armor that they are completely in love with and are completely comfortable with using? I know that in Fallout I'm not fighting my best without my favorite weapons, otherwise I'm just not having fun.

I highly recommend heading on over to the http://www.nexusmods.com/games/? if you need some help with armor and weapons. I'll put a check-mark on whether the armor or weapon would work in the universe or not, and please: No sexy stuff and don't go overboard.

Every unit of the Enclave has Electronic Identification Devices planted in their shoulders upon induction into the faction so even if you don't look like a soldier at all, the Enclave will know that you're a friend, so don't hesitate to have personal armors! Remember however, we are all have power armor training.

If you're going to be making a former vault dweller, the vaults that the Enclave have taken are: 59, 42, 91, 86, and 105. Vaults 46, 103, and 19 are not under enclave control and have been introduced to the wasteland. They are allies of the Enclave.

Perks, skills, and attributes aren't needed as your character's skills and abilities will be determined by you in their backstory. In other words: Standard formula.

Try not to go insane when making your character. No "UberOP" weapons such as the Fatman or Anti-material rifle as they are simply too much. Cliche' items such as the Katana are highly discouraged as well as we would like to balance the crazy with the practical.

Without further adieu, your Character Sheet Skeleton:

TAKE NOTE BEFORE YOU START
The characters of this roleplay may or may not be currently in a mission. Your character will NOT be introduced into the story until the end of the mission. For Eagle Squad there ARE no reinforcements mid mission. Take your time with your characters and love them dearly. Missions don't last TOO long, but they can drag on a little.

Take a look at the other characters, pop into the Cafeteria, talk to the rest of us so you don't end up making a character you don't love.

Agent Name: Ozymandius
Agent Code Name: Golem
Age: 38
Gender: Male
Appearance: Minus the whole space marine armor and studs
Armor: Personally modified Heavy Colossus Power Armor
Clothing: Usually wears a tight fitting white tee shirts and Khaki cargo pants. Most sunglasses don’t fit his large head, but he found a pair off a corpse of a long dead supermutant.
Weapons:
Long bladed Proton Axe Due to the modifications to his armor, and his own Immense strength, he is able to wield it effectively with one hand.
A riot shield that he has been modified by Golem. It’s power source is made from a splicing of the cores from an abandoned power armor and a thermic lance. The shield itself has been reinforced with metal, welded onto the edges of the frame. The left and right sides of the shield have the kinetic energy storage devices stripped from supersledges. When powered, the shield can absorb blows that might knock back or seriously damage Ozymandius.
Sawed-off shotgun. The Fallout New Vegas one looks like shit
Miscellaneous items: Two bandoliers of ammo for his shotgun strapped around his thighs. Inside a small bag attached to the back of his armor: a few uncharged Microfusion cells, some random scraps of metal, a pouch or two of primer, strips of fire gecko hide, a broken sensor module, some wires, and a few lead balls.
Forces of habit: When he is bored or just needs something to do he tinkers around with the things in his small bag. He can build almost anything that the kill team might need, and his specialty is tinkering with things. If you can think of a bastardized or unorthodox item you may need, Ozymandius may be able to create it.
Biography:
Time passes and all things fade. Stories lose their meanings and become shades of once great tales. Yet always there are whispers, small snippets of tales long forgotten. Things that find their way into folk tales and the stories to keep children in check. The memories of Enclave’s Eagle Point may have faded long ago, but many of the stories of the fabled squad will never fade.

Ozymandias; faded long into the past, whispers of what he once was still exist. They tell of a man with the strength of a supermutant. They tell of the tinker who created many marvelous machines and trinkets. Yet what they don’t tell of is who the Golem was.

Born in New Canaan, Utah his childhood wasn’t too exciting or dangerous. At least no more dangerous than any in this day and age. He grew up and his love for tinkering and creating became more and more obvious. When he came into adulthood, his hobby became a great asset to the town. The constant travel through the town created much demand for repairs and new equipment, but with the limited supplies available many of Ozymandius' creations were made from mash ups of parts scavenged from broken and traded equipment. The trade route prospered and Ozymandius' "business" grew.

The days that followed Joshua Graham's return proved difficult for everyone within New Canaan and Ozymandias was no different. When the White Legs attacked he had tried to defend his town and his people, but the White Legs proved too much and Ozymandias only survived because Joshua dragged him away. When the survivors regrouped along the Colorado River Ozymandias realized that his personal beliefs differed from Joshua Graham's, deep inside he blamed Joshua for the sacking of their home and he didn't think that he could work with such a man.

Bidding Daniel, Joshua, and the remaining survivors farewell and decided to take his chances in Nevada. His travels brought him through Novac where he found a place to stay for a short time. During which time he had more than a few encounters with Old lady Gibson, where she taught him a few things in exchange for a few creations. After a time though, it was time for him to move on, for all his time spent in Novac there was always something nagging at him. Novac was not his home and the people there weren’t his friends and family.

Once more leaving behind a new group of people, Ozymandias set out with only his small pack of tinkering parts and his sawed-off shotgun. During his travels he stumbled upon the Big Empty completely by accident. The travel through the desert had been hard and when he had arrived at the Big Empty, weak and out of ammo, he was not nearly as lucky as Elijah and Ulysses. Captured and experimented on though for some reason, maybe because of Mobius’ interference or just a fluke in the programing, he was left with his heart, spine, and brain intact. His musculature and bone structure were augmented by synthetic proteins. The man’s already immense strength was increased immensely. Though kept under control by the AI and Think Tank, eventually Ozymandias was able to escape when the security investigated Elijah’s escape. Though not left unscarred by his encounter at Big Mountain, Ozymandias realized that he would either have to return to the wreckage of New Canaan and try to find his old town’s people, or continue to the North in an attempt to find a new place to settle.

Setting out with his newly acquired augmentations and a stolen-modified Proton Axe, his travels took him further and further north. Everywhere on his travels he encountered many things, ranging from violent super mutants, irradiated animals, bandits and rogue militaries. Each encounter left him with more parts to tinker with and many scars both mental and physical.

Unknown to him the further north he traveled the more he became observed. His adventures brought him deep into the frozen wastes of Canada where he acquired new materials for his tinkering. Early on he discovered that the tanned skin of the mutated bears far to the north were a stronger material than his current gecko hide clothes. These new clothes were far stronger, warmer, and more comfortable than his current attire.

Yet though he survived on his own for a few years now, the effects were obvious. The deeper into Canada he traveled the fewer people he encountered. It was a month after the last human interaction that Ozymandias discovered an abandoned vault. The door mechanisms had long since frozen solid, but through long tireless hours of chipping at the ice with a near by rock, he was able to get the doors open.

Vault 100, a new home for Ozymandias. Through days of exploration he found that the first two levels were completely cleared of all life in any form. The living quarters were on the second level, completely void of any human residue aside from the structures themselves. For fear of his life in this terrifyingly empty vault, Ozymandias did not attempt to delve deeper, past the locks to the lower levels. Here he stayed for many months, salvaging parts from the abandoned vault and constructing things to help him survive. Hunting near by wasn’t too hard with his acquired strength. The mutant elk and wolves stood no chance against his strength.

The constant feeling of nagging that Ozymandias experienced no matter where he settled had barely begun to sink in, when a new noise brought him from his vault home. Several cold climate Vertibirds touched down, and Ozymandias was soon surrounded by soldiers of the Enclave. He was “arrested” and transported to a forward base for interrogation as the soldiers investigated the vault he had been staying in.

During the interrogations, he slowly began to tell of how he had arrived at the abandoned vault 100. The Interrogators took special interest in his time at The Big Empty, asking many questions that Ozymandias could not answer. Soon though, they told how they wanted to investigate into these augmentations, but the scientists warned that any involuntary research would trigger the technology to destruct, killing not only Ozymandias, but anyone who was attempting to research it. The Enclave and Ozymandias came to an agreement; Ozymandias would be given materials and technology to continue his creating and tinkering in exchange for working with the Enclave. They would be allowed to study his field performance and biannual examinations.

With a new purpose Ozymandias became acclimated to his new world. No matter what squad he was assigned to, he was always an asset. He modified his armor himself, the armor’s enlarged size gave Ozymandias his handle; The Golem as he was always there to defend his squad or remove a particularly nasty blockage. Finally he was assigned to Eagle Point. (ending pending, I’m out of words)
Notes: Honestly I don’t mind changing anything, so if you (Vash) or anyone else has a problem with something just let me know.

Very much so, but being a former BoS, NCR, or Legionaire is not recommended At All. It's a kill on sight thing.

And no ghouls, unfortunately.

Agent Name: Lucy Cipher
Agent Code Name: Archangel
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Armor: Armored modified utility jumpsuit (Luck+1, Repair+5, Rad Resist +10, DR +12) Digital Interface Glasses (Gives her Sensors and allows her to zoom in onto things at a distance)
Clothing: Pip-Boy 3000 (Functional), Standard Issue Underwear, Naughty Nightwear, Prewar Business Wear
Weapons: Compliance Regulator, The Disintegrator, Modified Ballistic Fist (Can use explosives to enhance punches or launch them like a grenade launcher), various grenades
Miscellaneous items: Vault Canteen, Various drugs and Medical Equipment
Forces of habit: Lucy is a compulsive hoarder, specifically, anything she can read (Regardless if she has any interest in the material) and more morbidly, people's eyes. She says it helps her remember who they are "When I can look them in the eyes". She also has a minor addiction to Black Coffee; not so much that it's seriously detrimental, but it can be fairly distracting to have it around or simply mentioned near her. She's also something of a quick shot, able to shoot quickly but with no regards to accuracy. This makes her somewhat trigger happy, if she doesn't simply punch you.
Biography: Lucy was born in raised in Vault 103. Their vault's mission was simply survival, but more specifically, scientific research. To survive the nuclear apocalypse and build back from the ashes. Lucy was born in the ordinance research and disposal sector; she would deal with weapons like bombs and guns, to disarm them and create them. She started young, right receiving her basic education, and went right into researching things as simply as a tin-can grenade to nuclear warheads. By the time she was a teenager, she could create a high-yield nuclear device with some cleaning fluids and nukacola. And she'd need that knowledge too; when she was a teenager, she was sent out with a exposition crew into the wasteland.

Lucy's first expedition was to the north-west, to a derelict robot facility. Their sources said that the facility was still operational, and it would be a great boon for the vault to have a ready supply of robots in their service. Lucy came along to deal with any explosive issues, as well as provide an extra gun. She was given a standard issue laser rifle, which she would later customize and alter into something devastatingly powerful. But they met with a lot of resistance along the way; raiders from the east, wild animals, rogue machines. It was the latter that allowed Lucy to begin developing her skills with machines; while the others were satisfied with simply destroying the robots, she sought to use them. She would attempt to repair them, or turning them to her side before they would be destroyed. She didn't always succeed, but with constant effort, she was making large improvements. By the time they reached the robot facility, she was as capable of running it as their designated robotic expert. But this was where things took a slight turn for the worse.

While Lucy always kept her knowledge of robots to a minimum, the robotics expert grew mad with power. After they had activated the facility, they took control of many robots, including the combat capable sentry bots. There was at least fifty of them, fulled armed with Gatling weapons and explosive launchers. The robotic expert wanted to take over the facility for himself, and use it to make his own nation. Some of the team joined him, but not Lucy. She knew what their mission was, and she was not about to let one man hunger for power bring it down. Working under his nose, she began to sabotage the robots, knowing that if she had altered their programming she would be quickly discovered. She rigged their rocket launchers to self-destruct, shorten their fusion batteries, disabled their combat inhibitors. When she finally spoke out against the rogue leader, he was quick to use his machines to execute Lucy. But the robots turned against him, destroying each other and killing him and his collaborator. Lucy hid during the chaos, only coming out to defend herself when she was found. After the robots wiped out the rogues, Lucy went about restoring their programming, repairing the damaged robots, and trying to contact the Vault about her mission.

Lucy's results had mixed reactions from the vault. On one hand, she was commemorated for securing the facility. But many had died during the short uprising, some of them people of high standing. Lucy did not want to risk going back to the Vault on her own, as even if she could get past the dangers on the way, there was likely many angry inhabitants who wanted her blood for what happened, regardless of why it did. So she stayed at the robot facility, plying new skills there. She quickly became quite knowledgeable with robotics, and used their spare parts to improve her weapons. Lucy would occasionally send a robot or two to gather supplies for her, usually by finding a local populace that was not hostile and trading them a robot for a good amount of supplies (Food, Med, Ammo). She also got into the habit of having the robots collect her reading materials, as her time at the facility was quite lonesome.

For years Lucy stayed at the facility, occasionally getting messages from the Vault about her current situation while sending them any help she could get. But aside form a few wanderers, no one ever stayed to help her. She'd trade with them, give them a robot for a good amount of supplies, even patched them up a little with what medical knowledge she had. This became something of a new occupation; not many had the need or supplies to trade for a robot, but her ability to purge their bodies of impurities like rads or chems made her service as a doctor more renown than in robotics. But with her fame came it's troubles. Though she had no problems with bandits thanks to her robots, one incident cost her her right arm. A well armed raider group came in and made a mess of the facility, and while they all died during the initial attack, Lucy's arm was blow clean off. Stabilizing herself using stimpacks, she quickly went to one of her Mister Gusty models and programmed it for a medical operation; to save her. The operation took days, where she faded in and out of life and death, but eventually she survived. Her arm was a good as gone, but she wasn't about to let it be.

Using the materials at the facility and all her knowledge, she created a new arm. An arm of steel, one that would help her survive the wasteland. She modeled it after a powerfist, fitted with a barrel attached the the forearm where she could load various explosive shots. She also had to create a harness for the right side of her body in order to handle the strength of her new hand, but after some test runs she was able to use it like it was natural. But the incident reminded Lucy that she could not stay here any longer. She contacted the Vault and demanded reinforcements, or she'd have to keep the robots at the facility in order to protect it. And to her surprise, she got an answer. The Enclave.

They came in mass amounts of vertibirds, and Lucy had to shutdown her robots to prevent them from opening fire. They claimed to be there on behalf of the Vault to provide assistance for Lucy, but before she could even ask why or for a clarification, she was taken away from the facility and shipped back to the vault. All her years of work, taken away from her. The Enclave took over the facility and booted Lucy back to Vault 103, where she had to deal with the friends and family of the people that had came with her during the initial exploration. It was stressful, to say the least. Many times she nearly came to blow with various of the vault dwellers, and was thinking of striking out on her own when the Enclave contacted her for an offer...
Extra: Lucy doesn't think very highly of the Enclave. She knows very little about them aside that they showed up one day and took over the facility she was taking care of without so much as a chance to pack her things. Lucy doesn't trust them, but knows she lacks the support or influence to actually stand against them. So for now she works with them, if only tenuously.

No worries bro, you don't need to make a portrait, I already have a template and everything set up. I'll use your character's appearance and get it set.

This will not work. 101 is too far to the south east, too many raiders between DC and Canada. Also, the Enclave have been recruiting exclusively from canada. Also, I never thought of the pitt, so I'll be working on adding a bit more lore in a bit that deals with the DLCs. The F3 ones just...slipped my mind XD. SPOILER ALERT: Pitt is a deathtrap now.

Maybe swap out 101 for one of the many vaults that are in southern canada. I'll put up the vault numbers in a bit as well.

Also, I remember putting in "Recruitment is closed" in the first post as we have 7 members. All of them arriving will have to be seen, but I did put it in there.

EDIT: Gah, keep forgetting things. The Skills/attributes aren't needed. Skills will be determined based on how you craft your character in the Bio and what you say they're good at. Perks won't be needed either.

Remember when I said "Don't go overboard"?

An anti-matter rifle with a suppressor and a Katana is overboard. I know that both are available in FNV, but not here. I know that we're supposed to be the best and everything as well, but...well, TOO Crazy. Katana is definitely a no as the skill required to make one is WAY beyond the wastelanders and Enclave. Honestly, it shouldn't have been in FNV. As for the Anti-material rifle...eh. Not going to say "remove it", but I don't encourage more of it.

;-; Gonna be slapping rules and shit onto the OP all night long. Gawd.

Also: No more snipers. I'm setting my character up as a sniper and Demontongue has a gauss rifle, which is a sniper. 2 snipers is enough.

EDIT: Kay, final edit. Updated the CS bit in the OP with a couple new things: keep yourself to 3 weapons or less, like "Assault rifle, shotgun, pistol" or something. Walking Armories are not needed, like anime characters.

Alright, cool. I ended up editing that objection five different times as I don't want to go back on my word of "Go crazy" but I don't want "Everybody has a fatman, go poop on the world." A balance of crazy and practical.

My notepad is going to hate me because of all the notes to put stuff into the OOC that's piling up.

Hey, I remember using that dude in a couple of Fallout Rp's! It was fun. I wish there was a mod that got rid of the oven mit when you use the shikebab, looks pretty tacky.

Right-toe captain. Thinking back on it, I may need to change a lot of things about Lucy's backstory, cause I have very little clue on the vaults you suggested... I suppose it wouldn't be possible for her to still come from the Capital Wasteland and still be part of this excursion? They may have something against the Enclave, but that's an issue of the past to her, like the conflict between the Chinese and America.

As for the vaults in the north, you can make one like a Vault 101 clone if you want and trade out the Pitt for Ronto. Use one of the vaults I listed in the CS area that is allied with the Enclave, not under their control. I can see Vault Tec being Stupid Insane enough to make another vault that was never supposed to open but did anyway for some magical reason, or it was a control vault and it turned into a town that she happened to be born in.

Oh, and Ronto was a city that was mentioned in the pitt DLC. A lot of speculation said that it was actually what became of toronto. Here, I'd say it's the Pitt, but with a higher population.

I'm absolutely sure that she can't come from the US however as it's literally a huge warzone between the Legion, the Protectron Army, NCR, Raiders, and every other living, breathing thing.

Dang. Sort of out of my element, but I braved both the east and the west with nothing but my skivvies and by switchblade! I'll adapt. It'll take a bit longer than I had initially planned, but hopefully I make something that suits your tastes.

Nah man/girl, take your time. I only barely have the pictures of my character and I'm considering going back in and changing his primary from the PSG-1 to something else. Like a FAL or something. I'll probably start my character tomorrow.

Oh, and forgot to mention.
Funny thing about http://th07.deviantart.net/fs45/PRE/f/2009/113/a/3/101_by_sandara.jpg . Literally the appearance for my first roleplay character ever. Ironically, it was here on RPG. You brought back a lot of good and horrible memories with this picture, mars. :P

EDIT: Aww man, and here's the picture too. http://i1367.photobucket.com/albums/r782/Viper_killian/leongrace_zpsaf112b9f.jpg
It was hidden waaaay in the back of my photobucket. Such good/horrible memories. I think it's 4 or more years old. I photoshopped stuff out of it so he could look cooler and slapped his name on.

Ah yeah, that's cool. All I could do when I first found the image was to edit out the "3", cause I was doing a New Vegas RP. Anyways, I'll get something for it later, gotta hit the bedroll.
