Humans: Ambitious, sometimes heroic, and always confident, humans have an ability to work together toward common goals that makes them a force to be reckoned with. Though short-lived compared to other races, their boundless energy and drive allow them to accomplish much in their brief lifetimes.
Elf: Tall, noble, and often haughty, elves are long-lived and subtle masters of the wilderness. Elves excel in the arcane arts. Often they use their intrinsic link to nature to forge new spells and create wondrous items that, like their creators, seem nearly impervious to the ravages of time. A private and often introverted race, elves can give the impression they are indifferent to the plights of others.
Dwarf: These short and stocky defenders of mountain fortresses are often seen as stern and humorless. Known for mining the earth’s treasures and crafting magnificent items from ore and gemstones, they have an unrivaled affinity for the bounties of the deep earth. Dwarves also have a tendency toward traditionalism and isolation that sometimes manifests as xenophobia.
Dark Elf: Like their Elf counter parts though usually much more devious and ruthless. They make for very skilled assassins and their ruled by priestess of Lolth allowing them and affinity for spider like magic and abilities.
Dragovian: Humanoid beings that tend to be descendants of the extinct dragons themselves. They have remarkable physical abilities that also include wings. While they can not breathe fire and other elements like their ancestors, they are still a threat none the less. They have little affinity for magic but are lead by ones called the Dragon shamans and Dragon queen.
Name: Appearance: Gender: Age: Race: Role: What role are you tasked with in Establishing this New World? Security? Scout? Or maybe even a member of the council or even the Leader of your people. Abilities: Note that I'm using elements from d&d pathfinder, so that may be a good place to inspire you on magic and such. This also includes skills and other things you may find related. Equipment: This more or less to note if you have anything of particular interest such as special weapons, armor, and so forth. Bio: This will more be used to describe you experiences on the 'New World' and the role you have played in helping to secure a new home. Other: Feel free to put anything you deem necessary here if you don't see a category for information you would like to tell.
Do note that this rp will include so d&d based aspects in terms of a basis for fantasy. There won't be any role mechanics and such but you get the point.
I will get my Cs up tomorrow because I am tired and it is 2am here. If you have any questions then feel free to ask and i will answer them the best I can.
I may join up if there aren't many people, and this ends up being a small group. Otherwise I won't be hopping in, I'm just not mentally prepared for two large group RPs at once as well as a plethora of 1x1's.
@BKburke My character sheet has been posted awaiting your approval. If there is anything wrong or anything you would prefer clarification on or even elboration please feel free to provide comments, concerns, or questions. There was little setting to play off of with regards to chronological setting but I went with what appeared necessary.
Also, I'm going to cross-post this for you. The Manacles o Destruction. While I don't expect anything, I thought you might be interested with a sort of quid pro quo if you find yourself with the time.
Well... are we doing anything with this? I'd be interested to see where it might end up but it doesn't seem like anyone can follow through with the enthusiasm that they started with...
