Here's my original drawings of him. For the sake of the thread, omit the name tattooed on his neck. The second drawing is to display his kagune. He has a unique Ukaku with rinkaku properties.

Name: Orion Frost
Nickname: Blankface
Gender: male
Age: 18
Relevant info: Ukaku kagune with Rinkaku properties (I.e. Regeneration enhanced) due to his parents' mixed ginetics. He has to kagune organs, one on each side of his upper back almost like wings. "Blankface" is known by the CCG as the fastest recorded ghoul alive (since the disappearance of the Centipede).

Bio: Orion was born to American ghouls who were living in the 20th Ward of Tokyo, Japan where it was relatively safe, but he doesn't remember much of his past. The earliest memory he has is being under a bridge, alone and crying. He worked with some of the more criminal groups of ghouls just to get by, soon realizing he error of their ways, and separating from them. He moved to America to get away from that group and live as normal of a life as he could, but they followed him. They tortured him for weeks before a CCG raid gave him an opening. He escaped and just ran for what seemed like forever. Eventually he found himself at a castle-like building where he passed out from exhaustion and pain.

Personality: Orion is usually quiet and reserved, but if you break his shell, he can actually be quite pleasant. His tattoos are all self-done. His mental disorders, formed from PTSD, make him cold and detached, but he just wants to be accepted. When triggered, Orion's rare outbursts of rage have the potential to rival on insanity. He's just an injured person who needs some love. <3

@Dusksong I want to add to my post, but first I'd like to ask permission from you. I'd like to play a St Vladimir official, perhaps a head of security or maybe a more political position to be the one to convince the chancellor to let Orion out. Or perhaps the one to want to convince her otherwise, whatever you intend on her position being on the matter. Let me know!

@theminorfall that'd be completely fine! She's a mostly strict and distrustful lady, but will follow commands from higher authorities with only a frown of displeasure at most. Feel free to add/take out characters if you want. Just don't kill anyone without telling me first. If I read anything that's out of character I'll tell you and we can attempt to fix it and whatnot.

The Chancellor's name is Dolorante Mortuge, as mentioned in my post. No overstep haha, and beig in her office is a perfectly reasonable assumption.

Do you think it'd be helpful to make CS' for all the other characters we're tacking on? Or at least a condensed list or something? I'd be fine with doing it in the CS section if you'd like :)
