@Mimikyu That's why I felt it apropos to reveal myself now. I also noticed your party's little misbalance there. My thoughts now are leaning towards ranger, slayer, barbarian, or rogue. That being the case, can my Keyblade be a bow potentially? I do typically prefer to play at range and/or have options for mobility. Also, are we doing 4d6 drop the lowest for ability scores, or 3d6 in order? How many sets?

Show me the slayer information if you'd like to use it.

4d6 drop lowest (3-5 may be rerolled if they prove crippling), order those results however you wish.

I don't have room for the Dhampir race. Its not that it's unbalance but that its flavor is out of place. Sunlight Sensitivity is also a disadvantage that would get in the way of a lot of play because we're going to go to a lot of bright and cheery disney worlds.

But before I lock into my decision I will leave room for a small exception. Halloween Town might be a place where we go and that means everyone gets to change race (with or without changed mechanics) for the fun of it. At that point Dhampir is a very good option for that world specifically, but not a permanent change for everyone.

@Mimikyu Perhaps we can alter things then? Perhaps an alternate, weaker spell-like ability, an altered weakness, and lacking the immediate drain/bite abilities?

Spell-Like Abilities (Su): A dhampir can use detect undead three times per day as a spell-like ability. The caster level for this ability equals the dhampir's class level.

Light Sensitivity: Dhampirs are dazzled in areas of bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell.

I was thinking of coming from a different World, but ending up on Destiny Islands anyway. Also, I really don't mind playing with a disadvantage. I mean, I'm completely happy already playing a paladin with a constitution penalty and a wizard with a charisma of 6, so it's not like I'm unaware of what the light sensitivity would do, but I was intending of mentioning the alternate bright light sensitivity version.

I'm willing to change my mind. You can use the Dhampire race as it is under the stipulation that you're from another world. That world is going to be Monstoria a heavily Monster themed D&D world made for a KH type story. You're getting its keyblade and joining the party as an outside to the group. I don't want you to post yet because I want to make sure my current players get through their first battle without interruption. Should dustyoldcrow leave due to absence then it's still the 3 person party I wanted, if not I'm still ok with it.

Well, the name a bit... both on the nose and not telling enough, if you get what I mean? I actually had a few world ideas if you wouldn't mind me sharing. Also, would you mind the character having left said world and ending up on Destiny Islands beforehand?
