So he's going to knee strike the shield with his other leg back as a support? I mean, it works, but it's kind of risky. All Rook has to do is turn the shield, you'll be weak to the pivot with only one leg on the ground and unbalanced.
I'd argue that Rook doesn't have enough actual control to secure it though, leaving Quebra with just enough freedom to correct his posture and stay upright. If it were an actual clinch, then absolutely, it'd be a risk.
But yeah, back to the original question: is Rook going to follow through with the second cross step in that case, or should i not bother typing up a storm and just stop at the defence portion?
Aight. I'm also going to cut down Quebra's regen rate a bit, making it [1, 2, 2...] instead of [1, 2, 3, 4], because balance. There's also a couple more things i'd add, but i don't want to mess with the fight's continuity too much.
