I operate under a mentality where if I don't think someone is giving the same level of devotion to a relationship - any sort of relationship, so role-playing partner is included - as I am then I'll cut them off rather fast and then basically forget they even existed a few moments later. That's literally how much tolerance I have for superficiality.

So while I don't know your situation with these people, I'm inclined to say 'fuck them' if you're dissatisfied.

Mhm. I'm a bit of a grudge holder, sadly; I strongly dislike giving people second chances. Some people might've deserved them, at one point or another; But I have no will to give it to them personally. We have a problem once, we're basically fucked for good, as I never forget it. There's some people on here from 4+ years ago that I still strongly dislike and would never be near an RP where they are present simply due to them being trouble. Thankfully for the most part, their likes and mine vary; So I don't have to worry about it too much. :L

I can hold a grudge too, but my tendency to forgive is complicated. Basically, if the person is genuinely sorry and their actions show this, then I'll usually be able to forgive almost anyone, but if a person doesn't show this regret and doesn't make an attempt to make things right then I won't have anything to do with them. Not that I'll hurt those people, or go out of my way to get revenge, but I won't associate with them.

Within the short amount of time I've been on this site, some people fall into the 'you haven't earned forgiveness' category.

Eh. At least you're merciful; I just can't bring myself to care when there's other people I could be conversing with rather than making the same mistake twice.

I'm actually surprised to hear that from you; It seems to me it'd take quite a lot to get on your nerves on a good day. Can't imagine who got on your bad side, but I can assume some of the names are mutual between us.

If we don't count a few people on this site who I haven't had a direct conflict with but I personally believe I will if I ever converse with them extensively, just because of an overwhelming difference between the types of people we are, then there's quite a few people on this site who've at least irritated me, though only a few who've done so in a way that would prevent me from being willing to associate with them again without proof of regret. Some of the people who got on my nerves hurt friends instead of me (they still irked me though), but definitely not all of them or even a lot of them.

Admittedly, I try to be pretty 'chill' (I think this is the term people use for it now, but I don't know -- I'm too old for this shit), but I'm not as easy going as I might seem sometimes. You're right that it's sort of dependant on whether you catch me on a good day or a bad day, but I've got a very long list of pet peeves and things that go against both my aesthetics and my principles/values. Also, because I (more or less) suffer from lifelong PTSD, I've got my share of 'triggers'.

Basically, Buddha started a mafia in the Status Bar.

I am one of it's three founding members, and I also happen to be the sick twisted one that says random fucked up shit.

We've been, for what feels like over an hour, spiraling downhill and picking up more and more people into the act. And it's just a big fucking shitshow that's finally ending.
