How the fuck does this work
King Crimson's ability doesn't actually erase time, per say. Rather, it stops time, entering what many time-using stands call their world. Once inside, King Crimson's ability erases the memories of those few seconds it was inside its world, which causes confusing jumps to everyone, even those outside its pathetically minuscule range.
Surprises and sneak attacks work surprisingly well on this stand, as it has very little "permanence", meaning any substantial attack on it could be a nigh lethal blow to its user. However, it would be in your favor to plan these surprise attacks around King Crimson's ability and not your own- though consideration on your own abilities and limits should be had. For instance, if King Crimson has already used its ability, it is best not to try anything too simple, for one reason: Forecast. King Crimson can see actions that are about to happen while it is in its world, however it can only see a short time into the future. Only enough to successfully dodge attacks you've already attempted, and prepare itself for whatever you have left to attack with. Complicated attacks or moves (See: the first fight between Buccellati and The Boss) that go well beyond King Crimson's Forecasting range are enough to confuse the stand and its user just long enough to escape or go through with your attack.
