The Enterprise came out of the wormhole damaged, but with no major hull breaches. "Report." Said Kirk.
"Shields are down, but Commander Scott is prioritizing their repair." Spock responded, seeing the damage reports that were already coming in. "Minor hull breaches on decks 6 and seven, no casualties."
Kirk nodded. "Sulu, where are we?" he asked.
"Unknown, sir." he responded. "This region isn't in our charts."
"Sir," said Uhura, "We are receiving a distress signal from a vessel 150 kilometers from our current location. There's also a transmission from the other ship. The UT is having trouble with some of the languages they are transmitting it in, but I believe it says that the vessel they just released was destroyed, and that there were no survivors."
"They're not very good liars." responded Dr. McCoy. "Maybe we should beam over and see if there's anyone left alive over there in case they're lying about that too."
"No lifesigns," said Chekov, "but the ship is releasing a lot of ionizing radiation, so our sensors might not detect them."
"Right," responded Kirk. "McCoy, Spock, Uhura, You're with me." he pointed to two guards on the bridge. "Johnson, Markov, you too. Chekov, you have the bridge. At the very least, that ship should have star charts of this region."
After beaming over to the ship, Kirk motioned for the crew to spread out. "McCoy, check for survivors, Spock, download whatever you can get from the computer, especially their star charts. Johnson and Markov, secure the area."
McCoy noticed something on his tricorder and ran over to a man that was laying on the ground. From his injuries, it appeared that he had been choked, then thrown into something, but according to the tricorder he was still alive and conscious. McCoy injected him with a minor stimulant to keep him conscious and Kirk ran over to talk to him. "What happened here?" Kirk asked.
"Empire attacked." he said, "Have to get the plans to the rebellion." He pulled a data disk from his jacket and pressed it into Kirk's palm. "Please, get it to General Nadine. He'll be able...to..." The man collapsed, and the tricorder recorded major fluctuations in his biosigns.
"Spock?" Kirk motioned to the man and Spock ran over. After a brief mind meld Spock was able to get the information he sought.
"Yavin." Spock said. "It's the only word he thought of, the name of the planet where I believe we'll be able to find General Nadine."
Just then the communicator chirped and Kirk opened it. "Yes?"
"Sir," said Chekov, "They have us in a tractor beam. Shields are still offline."
"Beam us back, now." Everyone gathered together where they beamed in and they returned to the Enterprise. Back on the bridge everyone returned to their stations, Spock quickly uploading the star charts into the Enterprise's computer. "Sulu, find a planet named Yavin the the alien charts and lay in a course, warp 7. Chekov, lock photon torpedoes onto their tractor emitter. Maximum yield."
"Ay, sir." he responded as the triangular ship in front of them launched its own torpedoes at the small frigate they had just left.
A few seconds later, Kirk clenched his hand into a fist. "Fire." A torpedo left the ship and there was an explosion on the larger ship.
"Tractor beam released."
"Sulu, punch it."
The Enterprise streaked into subspace as the crew of the Star Destroyer failed to lock weapons onto it fast enough. Vader was not happy.

If you want to join just tell us what universe you want to bring things from and what you want to bring. Please use popular shows, including anime if you want (Uchuu Senkon Yamato?), so that we have some understanding of your ship/crew/etc. If anyone wants to claim Star Wars, that's fine too.
We'll be going through the events of the movies, but with other sci-fi shows interfering with them, which may significantly change the way things turn out.
