[OOC] Pokémon Mystery Dungeons: The Unsettling Future

Is it okay for me to make a character(s)? Must read the plot etc. first, but I really want to do a Pokémon RP as a Pokémon. I read a part of the background, but I guess it is just the story of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, because I played it and it would save me some reading.

Name: Pip

Personality: Whatever Pip decides to do, he dedicates himself to it. He is a good kid at heart, but also a bit of a troublemaker depending on how bored he is. He dislikes mushy situations, and tries to be the 'cool' one of his group. Often trying to sound braver than he is, and prove his strength to his friends. Though for them it can lead into them trying to save his life if he messes up too bad... Much to his embarrassment.

Birthplace: Unknown.

Background: His earliest memories are of the Treasure Town Orphanage, ran by Ms. Blissey. He doesn't recall his own family much, though he was still a baby when Ms. Blissey found him in front of her home. He tends to say things that appear to be nonsense, such as he recalled an image of his parents that looked nothing like him, but Ms. Blissey put it off as him trying to make memories for himself. As the little monkey grew, he learned more about the outside world, and the troubles in it. The Pokemon in danger, and the criminals that ran free. He didn't like that. Maybe he was just trying to be a hero, but he wanted to see justice in the world. He wanted everything to be peaceful, for him, and his friends. Who he accepted as family now, considering the unfortunately forgotten memories. If they were ever there in the first place.

He and his two best friends; Isole, and Lucio, joined Wigglytuff's Guild together. They all had their own motives, but they wanted to work together to get to where they wanted to be. They formed the Crusaders, promising each other they would do their best.

Moveset: Confusion, Powder Snow, Sweet Kiss.

Personality: Isole loves being the center of attention, and will do almost anything in order to be looked at like a superstar. She usually has popularity on the mind, often coming up with ideas to make her and those around her more known. Though out of all of these ideas, few work. She doesn't put too much thought into any one of theme in particular, therefor it usually backfires and ends up hurting her and her friends in one way or another.

Birthplace: Treasure Town

Background: Unlike her friend Pip, Isole was hatched in the Orphanage. Nobody really knows where her egg came from, Ms. Blissey just says she found it while wandering the town, deserted and alone. Isole was never truly bothered by this, considering Ms. Blissey was like her mother, and her best friends Pip and Lucio were like brothers. When Pip first discussed joining Wigglytuff's Guild, it didn't take long for Isole to be convinced. She'd get in the spotlight while helping Pokemon! She was excited, as they'd be famous explorers, and everyone in Treasure Town would look at them like heroes! It was enough to make her giggle with glee.

Name: Lucio

Abilities: Guts, Vital Spirit.
Gender: Male
Moveset: Tackle, Fake-Out, Bullet Punch.

Personality: Lucio is quiet, and tends to keep to himself for the most part. He isn't anti-social, but just prefers to avoid conversation. He has a strong sense of justice, and quite often will step up whenever he notices somebody doing something he considers wrong. He isn't afraid of fighting, but will avoid it when possible. He serves as a voice of reason for his friends, when they get too out of hand.

Birthplace: Unknown

Background: Lucio's origins aren't known, he doesn't tend to speak of them. He was young when he wandered into Treasure Town, weak, and hungry. His feet had blisters, it was obvious he had traveled a long way, from wherever he had came from. When questioned, he simply says that he came from a 'Worse Place', and has no wishes to return. He wasn't ever good with the other kids, often replying to them with silence. Though he opened up to two kind Pokemon, named Pip and Isole. The three became close, often not leaving each-other unless absolutely necessary. Lucio considered himself a guardian for them, as if the other kids tried to mess with them, he stepped in. He proved to be a tad bigger, and stronger, than they were.

When Pip introduced the idea of them joining Wigglytuff's Guild, Lucio wasn't the most thrilled. But he was worried about them getting themselves hurt, and tagged along to make sure they didn't end up killing themselves. He cared for them both more than anyone else.

Here's a small trio of side-characters I just felt like writing up. Some more characters to interact with at the Guild, and perhaps assist sometime in the future.

Personality: Bossy, really bossy. If there is one thing Déspota doesn't like is being told what to do and admitting he is wrong, however, despite his arrogance he somehow has the right to be proud, since he is technically the leader of his team and they have managed to get to copper rank not by only luck. Albeit sadistic and mischievous, he retains the sense of honor of a leader and is capable of thinking quickly to solve problems.

Birthplace: doesn't remember, but likely a trash can

Tirano

Appearance:

Species: Gastly

Age/Level: 16 / 23

Abilities: levitate

Gender: male

Personality: Tirano, because of his much lower level compared to the rest of the gang, tends to act in a manner typical of a brat, similar to the one of a teenager who thinks he knows everything in the world and demands respect for no reason. The only one he respects is Déspota, who he considers his older brother and the only family he ever had and luckily he receives a rebuke from him now and then. Ironically enough, he is surprisingly strong and capable of fighting on equal terms with any other member of the team despite the level gap.

Birthplace: Buried relic, but has no memories of it, neither he cares

Autócrata

Personality: Autocrata, being girl of the team is the one who has often to resort to being "the only one sane", even if she fails horribly at it, being just as irresponsible as the others. However, she at least makes up for being rather clever compared to the rest, retaining much more information and knowledge, and being the one capable of managing the team issues, such as the missions, the mail and the "plans for the future awesome base of operations" as Despota calls it. Do not be fooled, she is as malicious as the rest of the team, and like the others she often lets her emotions carry her away

Dictador

Personality: Dictador is... Crazy... To say the least. This guy seems to be constantly having a nervous or epileptic attack due to the constant shivering it does and the inability to say anything coherent for too long (resorting most of the time to just single simple words and twitching). With this maniacal attitude and impulsiveness, he often falls into strings of disturbing laughing and bears a smile that only gets smaller or wider, but never makes his grim disappear from her face. Even with all said, Dictador, although it doesn't look like it, is capable of taking things seriously (without stopping to smile anyway) and follows the orders of Déspota with efficiency.

Birthplace: "trying to ask 'it' would be like tossing copper coins into the mouth of an hippowdown expecting it to regurgitate gold, a waste of time and effort."

Background: The Team of "Bad Rulers" was formed by a quartet of orphans who had known each other as far as they remember, mostly. This holds true the most for Tirano, who had been living with the other members from the beggining of his memories and is the only family he knows. Déspota and Autócrata lived together in the wild, not worrying much about making a living and often playing pranks and stealing goods from other pokemon who passed by the forest they lived in. Dictador is a rare case, no one knows where it came from, but usually it spent the day with Déspota and Autócrata (and eventually Tirano) before flying away during the night. It took some time until the others decided to follow Dictador and they found that he had been living in an abandoned manor that was even devoid of pokemon. The four of them, kids back then, agreed to stick together and create the most feared band of thieves in existence, a team that would only follow their own rules and stand among the top. Nobody would have swore back then that they would end up definitely creating a formal rescue team and, although they aren't very glad with the "good doer" part of the job, they have no other choice if they want to raise some money (but definitely, stealing the goods of other pokemon is more profitable anyway, so they rarely let the chance escape). What was at first a game among kids has become the way of living of four ghost pokemon who have, without knowing it, been involved into an adventure their could have never imagined

you can add a side charcater if you want!and also if you are part of a guild that is not Master Rank or higher, then you pretty much work for Wigglytuff's guild, thus is how everyone will be able to associate with each other, and then when Chatot announces y'all can do missions from the board, then y'all can separate into your own little special groups

Abilities: Cute Charm

Moveset: Sing, Rest, Rollout, Double Slap
Personality: Purin acts like she has much sass. She is a lovely person to talk to, although she will do most of the talking. However during those conversations it's hard to give your own opinion about a topic, as she assumes you agree with her. She gets jealous quickly, but never lets go of the goals she is aiming for. It looks like she doesn't really care about anything that happens, but underneath she cares deeply for the ones close of her.
Birthplace: Apple Woods
Background: Ever since Jigglypuff was just a little Pokémon she had the dream to go on exploring some day. However, she never had the courage to go out on her own, or step to an explorer team to join them. Too afraid, she instead decided to become a singer in Treasure Town. She does well as a singer, although she still longs to be an explorer someday. Back in the Apple Woods she was cared and looked over by her parents. She was a bit spoiled, but that didn't make her acts like a spoiled princess.

Personality: Jingle is a cute little being filled with joy. He loves being around people and interact with them. He acts like he still is a little boy of 10 years old, but he admitted that he doesn't like growing up and wants to stay young forever. He loves collecting new keys, and especially when the keychains have the picture of the species of his friends. He actually hates fighting, and tries to avoid it as much as possible, but loves exploring.
Birthplace: Marine Resort
Background: Jingle grew up in Marine Resort, abandoned by his parents. He was sad at first but began to live with it. One day he say an explorer team wander through the Marine Resort, saying they were on a quest to find treasures. Jingle loved treasures and wanted to become an explorer too, but unfortunately wasn't accepted in the recently met explorer team. Jingle made his way to Treasure Town where he applied to become an explorer at Wigglytuff's Guild.

Technically, all my character would work as one, so keep in mind that a single well though original character can only be better than several that are not thoughtfully characterized

Well if it's like Red/Blue Rescue team then fine they don't have to work for Wigglytuff's guild, being that you are in a rescue team, different from an Explorer(even though explorer's also do rescue missions)

Tussle, The Ape With Muscle

"Slow and steady aims for the face."

Name: Tussle
Alias: The Ape With Muscle
Species: Slaking
Age/Level: 53
Ability: Truant
Gender: Male
Moveset: Chip Away, Counter, Shadow Ball, Slack Off.

Personality: Tussle is a brute in appearance, but actually shows to be quite intelligent. He offers much in the way of advice, and training. And is willing to train those who wish to have a higher understanding of combat. While he usually appears quite serious, his words cannot always be taken as such. His rambling is sometimes more confusing than helpful, much to the annoyance of those trying to get taught a lesson. Though confusing ramblings or not, it doesn't change the fact that as Master, most don't have the right to talk back to him, because he can most certainly hand their asses to them, finely tanned.

Of course, all Dojo Master seriousness aside, he is a very sad attempt at a ladies' man. He refuses to hurt a woman due to 'His Code', which can be rather stressful for female explorers. Though he must have some weakness that can be manipulated to get a challenge... Otherwise they'll have to stick to the Training Mazes.

Birthplace: Mt. Bristle

Background: Tussle didn't become the magnificent bastard he is today overnight, you know! It all started on Mt. Bristle, when he was just a Slakoth. He was lazy, like many Slakoth's. But as he grew, he saw those around him; strong Pokemon that impressed the ladies. He wanted to be like that! Strong as a Machamp, and as attractive as those sweet Aron Sisters he saw wandering the cliffs at times. He began training, focusing on it above on all else. Over the years he became a strong, but tiny, Slakoth. During one of his motivating workouts, he ended up evolving into a Vigoroth. He was much faster, and stronger. He could take on the Machokes rather evenly, but the Machamps still proved to be an issue. He was fast, but they were able to strike him down with just one blow. It was then that he didn't rely on speed, and began thinking more about pure power and keeping a leveled head.

This slow change back to being slow was what caused him to evolve again later on; into Slaking. Tussle was now slow, but his new form proved to be much more powerful. He could strike down Machamp's with a single Hammer Arm! But now the ladies wouldn't flock to him, he wasn't sure why. They wanted somebody big and strong, right? Well, it turned out they considered the big ape to actually be quite ugly. He wouldn't ever admit it to anyone, but he did break down and cry that day. It settled for him that he was going to find his own place in the world, where he'd be appreciated for his strength, not his beauty!

Those girls were kind of weird in his opinion, anyways. They thought those Machamp's and their tights looked good... They didn't have good heads' on their shoulders, nothing of value was lost! Probably...

Eventually he wandered into Treasure Town, and ended up discovering the run-down Marowak Dojo. It seemed the owner had perished rather... Suddenly. The saddening news gave the big ape an idea, as he looked up at the building. A Dojo! His strength would be worthwhile here, and respected! He began restoring the place, and has only opened the Dojo back up recently. Few have yet to challenge the Dojo and it's Master, but those who have came out with a few bruises and hurt pride.
