Experimental Gear once used by those of an Elite Organisation two years prior to Team Rainbow's reactivation, this 'Eyepiece' utilises high frequency sonar to produce sonic pulses, combined with an advanced AI controller, that penetrate through objects and walls to provide an enhanced visual representation of the engagement zone. The range of this is about 15-19 metres. It was used with the abilities to maintain control of his weapon whilst using, unlike previous FBI Operators' gadgets.

Psychological Profile
Frankie is known for being an introvert at heart. Being very focal on his education and training, he finds it difficult to adjust to simple off-leading tasks, such as downtime. It leaves for a tendency to occupy himself with gadget tinkering, offering chances for other Operators to use his services in repairing and advising equipment usage. Whilst serving as both a technological designer on the sidelines to adjust to his ease-of-boredom, he can find comfort in socialising with other operators through this occupation. When it changes to a combat situation, he becomes a focused mastermind, having an ability to quickly judge his actions and plan adjustments when plans change due to complications. However, excessive force can sometimes be enough to break his focus, leading to mistakes in his work and performance.

Background
Frankie was born in Glasgow, along with his regular middle-classed family, on April 6th 1983, and followed onwards throughout an ordinary life. He was quick to pick up an interest in the forever changing world of technology, science and quirky gadgets. Every year, he'd read or hear about a new invention that a foreign or local mastermind had developed over the course of many days, weeks, months or years. It excited him, giving him a set goal for where he wanted to end up in life. It was something his parents approved of, as having a younger child with an early lust for success made for a productive and less stressful parenthood. Frankie moved through school, going through his education during the 1990's in the GCSE system, eventually expanding into the main subjects he'd chosen. With this, he also developed a natural ambition of physical activity, attending many leisurely clubs to feed both hobby and ideal.

By the time he'd left his education beyond the GCSEs, passing with a very plausible grading tally, Frankie was ready to attend University, but found difficulties in handling the cost and distance issues in regarding to the one that'd benefit his own needs. After a few months of panic trying to sort out a place in his life, he found comfort when watching a presentation of the Armed Forces Officer Programmes. He had the qualifications and eventually signed up for the Royal Marines, looking towards taking the Technological Officer's path in order to both show patriotism and further his education in tech-advancements. He trained here for a good few years, eventually granting himself a name amongst some of the Nation's regiments for his involvement in many Peaceful and War-based pieces of kits, used both locally and globally. And as his life continued, it reached 2013, where he was approached by someone new.

An American Individual, under the Alias of Six, accompanied by High Ranking Officials from the Special Air Service, offered him a chance to be a part of a new organisation. She, of course, was referring to Team Rainbow. Six described their uses in Counter-Terrorism, being more active than the standard National Militaries that were dotted around the world. They wanted him on the development team as the key figure to Operator Gadget Maintenance and Development, or the Rainbow G.M.D. as they referred him to. The only catch to the agreement was that he would have to undergo further training with the Special Air Service, leaving the Royal Marines, as a reserve Operator within Team Rainbow if the time needed it. And with the promise of some of the finest tech advancements around, he accepted.

Being approached a year before their activation, he became one of the first members of Team Rainbow since its dismissal, undergoing most of his service training within the SAS ranks. Because of his connections with both Team Rainbow and now the SAS, he soon was introduced to and befriended the four notorious Operators, Mike Baker, Seamus Cowden, Mark Chandar and James Porter, otherwise known as Thatcher, Sledge, Mute and Smoke. Specifically becoming close to both Seamus and Mark for their similarities and personalities, the SAS deemed Frankie as fit for transfer towards Team Rainbow, beginning and constantly training with them. He became the G.M.D for full time with this new organisation, tampering, upgrading, changing and advising new Operators to new pieces of equipment. He even grasped a hold of developing instruments towards members of the Spetsnaz, FBI and GSG 9 services. An outside operations group, also tied to Team Rainbow, then gave Frankie access to High Frequency Sonar Gadgets, which he began to tamper with, and edit/test.

His specific field of operation became highly useful in terms of befriending the operator Twitch, and soon they became great friends. Their knowledge and sharing in technological tools used within drones, gadgets and Operator Signatures made for great conversation, making Frankie more at home where he was. Unfortunately, this amazing friendship, as well as the others, came to an end with the Vegas Incident. Losing three of his friends, Seamus, James and Emmanuelle, as well as the vast majority of team members, including newfound friend Yumiko from SAT, he was almost heartbroken at the losses served. Mike went into a solitary silence, and soon rose to power in order to ensure a safer future for Rainbow. Mark went on to training, and soon became more distant than before. The two still went near each other and talked, but it was never the same after Mark's feelings and despair from the massacre.

Before the official announcement of New-recruits being searched for, Frankie volunteered to shift his work-place onto the field, acting as a new operator. When both Six and Mike questioned what he had to offer, he revealed the High Frequency Sonar Eyepiece, a more compact and stable version of the one he was given, allowing him to act similarly to Pulse, but with slightly higher accuracy and an ability to maintain control of his weapon during usage. Impressing both of the two with the gadget, he extended his training times with the surviving members and produced great results, now being identified as Sonar for his developed equipment.

In layman's terms, Desiree is a hacker. Give her just enough time and she'll almost always deliver. It shouldn't hurt to mention that she's a hell of a sharpshooter and has some knowledge in the art of Krav Maga.

Desiree carries an M-4 Carbine, a Glock as her sidearm, a multi-function tool, and her most important weapon: her laptop.

Desiree is a rather complicated character. She is impulsive, yet a meticulous planner. Such contradiction can be explained by the fact that she has OCD-like tendencies, and absolutely hates it when things don't go her way, thus sometimes displaying various degrees of outbursts. She could be described as having a "light switch" personality more often than not, therefore she's either ready to paint the town red, or drinking herself to near death in the couch of her single bedroom apartment home. Desiree can be social if the opportunity presents itself, but she's more of the loner type, a characteristic she hates because it confirms the stereotype that computer nerds are losers who have no friends.

Desiree was born and raised in a small town in Australia. Her mother died during childbirth due to unforeseen circumstances, and that led her to be raised by a single father who had barely any idea as to what to do with a newborn. Eventually, Desiree's father found his groove and helped her grow into the woman she is today. She attended private school up until the age of 10, when her father accepted a job offer in New York and they both moved there.

Even though Desiree had a large number of friends back in Australia, the move halfway across the world devastated her. In the blink of an eye, the young girl was living in a completely unfamiliar place, that which was hundreds of thousands time bigger than her small and quiet hometown. Such drastic change was overwhelming for the girl, and whenever her father was out working late nights, Desiree found comfort in the one thing she considered a true friend: her computer.

School was never an issue for Desiree. She always received good marks in all her classes and was even granted a couple of scholarships to a local university in the city. By that time, the young girl was more than skilled with a computer, and could very easily do just about any possible task one could come up with. Despite her lobby—or rather, lifestyle—Desiree pursued an education in Biology. To any stranger on the street it may seem somewhat unlikely, but she was actually very interested in working within the medical field, something that down the line, would never be achieved.

It was just before graduation that Desiree saw an advertisement for employment opportunities within the FBI. Desiree had seen plenty of cop movies to intrigue her enough to apply, and every time she cleared another hurdle in the application process, she surprised not only her father, but herself as well. After just over a year of going through the hiring process, Desiree was eventually accepted into the academy.

About a decade into her federal career, that which had thus far been filled with awards and recognition (unbeknownst to the public, of course) Desiree was contacted by a woman using codename Six who wanted to invite her to join her organization. The first thing Desiree did was confirm veracity, and soon thereafter she accepted. Because a decade's worth of training shouldn't just be thrown down the drain, Desiree was further offered another deal to act as a liaison between the FBI and Team Rainbow.

Additional training within Team Rainbow followed as her skills kept improving not only in the battlefield, but behind a computer as well. She was eventually dubbed "Murphy" because despite her marksmanship, Desiree had her fair share of clumsy moments, that which led others to bring up the topic of Murphy's Law. But despite that minor (and hilarious) setback, Desiree has more than settled with her routine despite the fact that the nature of her new job both excite and scare the living hell out of her.

Originally a piece of equipment that was in design by Elias Kötz, Harold took over its design after Elias was KIA. The breaching shield is capable of smashing through barricades, windows, and even thin walls, but it requires Krieg to get a run-up. Krieg can also bowl over enemies with the device. It weighs approximately 35kgs, meaning to move at a reasonable speed Krieg eschews all armour other than a thin Kevlar vest.

Psychological Profile
Although he was previously a rather aggressive and jovial fellow, watching his comrades in arms being killed in horrific ways with him powerless to watch has given him a hefty case of survivor’s guilt, as well as self-destructive nature. He's now reserved and quiet, preferring to spend his time with those who were previously in team rainbow, particularly Mike Baker, with whom he's good friends. On the field, he's often suicidally aggressive, always taking point and soaking up as much fire as possible. Whenever another operative is injured, he takes it as a personal failing and goes extremely hard on himself.

Background

Born in Hamburg, Germany on November 9th 1989, the same day that the Berlin Wall came down. He was raised in a somewhat wealthy Western family. Showing promise in mathematics and physical exercise, he showed himself to be a capable sprinter and built up a lot of the muscle mass that he uses today. It was expected that after some rather prodigious results that he would go to university, perhaps in England or America due to his now near-fluency in English, however he defied all expectations of his family by joining the German Bundeswehr (military,) under the Feldjäger (military police.) His expertise in mathematics and working with his hands quickly came in use for him, and he ended up working as a technician and engineer.

From here, he served for two years, long enough to qualify for application into the Grenzshutzgruppe 9 der Bundespolizie (GSG9.) Despite his relative newness to the armed forces, he passed the tests comfortably, although not in any way spectacularly, and took place in numerous operations with the GSG9, including the arresting of numerous terrorists associated with the September 11, 2001 attacks, being part of a security detail to Technisches Hilfswerk (German governmental disaster relief,) in their mission to repair Baghdad's water distribution network, which much to the surprise of the technicians, he was able to help with. He was also part of the famous GSG9 Raid on a chapter of the Hanover Hells Angels chapter, which would later be taken over by Team Rainbow as a training ground, much to his surprise.

In 2013, he was approached by the American Six as one of seven GSG9 operatives approached by the organisation. He, along with operatives Dominic Brunsmeier, Elias Kötz, Marius Streicher and Monika Weiss were selected to join the organisation, although he was never granted an official call sign, instead taking on the role of the backup 'Recruit' operative should another member be incapacitated. In his time as a recruit, he became known for daring rushes, utilising flashbangs and the M870 shotgun to quickly clear rooms ahead of his allies and friends.

Whilst at Team Rainbow, he made firm friends with operators Mike Baker and Gilles Tourè, and later on Masaru Entasu and Ryad Al-Hassar, with a particular dislike for Taina Pereira, whom he nicknamed 'The Crazy Bitch.' In downtime, he was often found in various bars, normally complaining about the lack of decent beer, but also with operator Monika Weiss and Elias Kötz, with whom he was discussing the possibilities of him working on a new shield design (what would later become the Ram.)

This, of course, changed with the Vegas Incident, in which he lost many of his friends and underwent his quite dramatic personality change. Shortly after the disastrous operation, Harold and Alexandr had a now-legendary falling out, leading to him being forcibly placed on leave for a number of months to cool off. When he returned, he picked up the mantle of Elias Kötz and has continued to serve as he did ever since.

Equipped with the last cross com, these high tech comms offer HUD capabilities, advanced enemy tracking, and mapping meaning a lack of intel is no longer an issue.

Psychological Profile:

Daniel no longer associates with his own name as much as does the call sign Spectre, as a ghost he works well with a unit or solo. As most of our unit’s operate with little in the way of oversight Daniel is exactly the kind of person you want when you need it done. Brutal, self reliant, and paranoid everything the GST needs in an operator, this might not be a perfect fit for team Rainbow. However having an operator who can provide overwatch and specializes in stealth is an asset, not a liability.

Joining the military out of college Daniel started out an army a combat engineer, however his marksmanship and talent with drones brought him to our attention. At age twenty five Daniel joined the army rangers, two missions, and a confirmed kill at just over two thousand meters saw him invited into GST. While he feels this transfer to a more controlled environment is unfitting, he does believe in mission, perhaps moreso however he wants to help team Rainbow take revenge.

Background:

Born in Jacksonville South Carolina, Daniel grew up under an abusive father and absent father his mother a junkie. Living in a trailer park, hiding from his drunken father’s beatings and listening to his mother cry as took them instead. Daniel found an escape through school, using his ability to learn as an escape from his terror filled time at home. However, this ended in the second grade for Daniel, having stolen a neighbor's cell phone, packed a bag with food and forty dollars he made his move.

Escaping his family's trailer then hiding in the bed of a truck he made it to a nearby gas station, where he called the police away from his father. Munching on junk food, he was picked up an hour and half later returning the phone and giving the neighbor the money to apologize. His father and mother went to jail of possession charges, leaving Daniel a ward of the state. He spent a few years in an orphanage first, still excelling in learning, Daniel was twelve before he finally adopted officially by a family.

It is from here he takes his last name Matthews, Daniel new family supported and cared for him were quite excited when he was accepted to college. His adoptive father passed away while he was in school, and realizing he needed to relieve some financial stress putting two children through college was imposing Daniel signed on with the army who paid the rest of his way through school.

Becoming adept in using the latest tech offered to the army from drone marking to advanced map readout. He became obsessed with finding access to better tech, redoubling his efforts on and off the battlefield, he became a ranger and even more impressive sniper. If this seems to gloss over his time as a ghost it because it must, as you know director GST does not exist. Their for every mission or medal they could have earned does not either.

Daniel does however have access to much advanced tech now combining his cross comm with new sensor tech, advanced aerial drone, and marksman. Spectre is his owner,spotter and team management feeding intel on the fly, trained to improvise and adapt as well he will be able to mold into your new team, try not lose him or the gear.

However you are allowed to know the countries he visited, and things that happened while he was traveling in those countries. Twenty six weapon shipments hijacked or destroyed while in Mexico over a six week eight months ago. Four American doctor’s rescued in Somalia while he was in lay over in the country one and half years ago. Russian consular protected from terrorist attack while meeting with US adviser on Russian soil four weeks ago. Of course we are not implying he had anything to do with these events, merely he was in the country.
