You are a woman of the Roaring 20’s, the sole survivor of a shipwreck on a tropical island in the early 1920’s. The island resembles Jurassic Island and is teeming with life. That said, there should be plenty to eat. But then, even if there are no dinosaurs, there are bound to be predators. And what of monsters yet undiscovered? How will you survive? How will you cope with the inevitable loneliness?
(There ARE dinosaurs on the island, but artificial, very advanced synthetics. They patrol the island against intruders.)
But you are not alone. For unknown to you the island is occupied. It has an estate far inland, shrouded in camouflage. This is home to a scientist. Oh, you will hope he is not mad. But then how can anyone live alone for so long and not go mad?
How indeed. This is no ordinary man. He is carved from granite, like one of those heroes from a 1960’s movie. And he is a supergenius. You see, he is from the future. He lives on the island by choice to sequester himself from civilization. He is like Captain Nemo or Dr Moreau.
