Change an entire plot with just one word!

A little joke idea I had. Change one word of a famous line in a famous book/film/viedogame/whatever that would completely change the plot. These could be weird, or actually make sense (what am I saying of course they won't).

I didn't describe this very well, so I'll start:

"You're a lizard, Harry!"

Are we only able to change one word, or all appearances of the same person/object/whatever's name?
Anyways:

"One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the sauce bind them."

The idea is the smallest possible change to the phrase as possible - they are more interesting.
