Also, I am working full-time during this summer, but I'll try to write an interlude between the super-powered spy and one of his contacts in less than a week and also continue the story in Toccoa. I'll be working three more days, and then I'll have a few days off. I am not going to desert.

I wrote a short interlude chapter set in New York, that revealed a bit of the spy's background, personality and possible power.

@ayzrules I got two ideas popping into my mind, and of course, say what you will about. She could be Anton's plus one or just one guests.

@shylarah And yes, for now. I still cannot post much, as my computer has failed me. The laptop just refuses to boot for some reason.

@ONL how does anton's +1 sound? Maybe her cover story is rich European heiress seeking refuge in America (and she happened to just bring along a French officer along the way)? Hmm this would sort of make Anton Maria's +1 at this point, but same thing I guess ;P

@ayzrulesI'm fine with the two of them sticking together, though I think they can still be each other's +1, if you know what I mean? :p Anton culd have been sent by his superiors to gather support for the war-effort, while still being under orders to protect the 'famous' and rich heiress who could possibly give a little money to the army? ;)

@ONL Please, don't call Sir. I am not that old and I and I was only a private. Although, once a corporal took me as an instructor of some sort. I was coming from a weekend vacation, later than most as I had an exam that day. Long story short, as I came to the barracks, a bit annoyed and wet, this corporal pretty much jumped from his chair and saluted me.
