Something or someone was ruining the the forest by striking all the trees down. "Hehehe." He was having a blast even though someone his head was trying to get him to stop. Oh, what's the use? I should know full well by now that talking him out of it doesn't do squat.

At home
Aaru was in his room, playing a game on his PS2. It was a fighting one and so far he seemed to be winning until he came to the last opponent which proved to be very tough to beat. Once he failed too many times, he could feel himself starting to get a little frustrated. "Calm down, calm down. No need to get upset over a stupid game." He paused it before putting the controller down. "Maybe I should do something else." He lived alone and would often talk out loud to himself.

Alexander: Park
Sitting on one of benches was a young man, trying to make sense of all the strange things he's been going through. If there was a possibility that he was no longer human then what was he? Like anyone can answer that. Soon his thoughts were interrupted when a tree fell down and would have crushed him if he hadn't gotten off the bench. He was now far away from that spot. "What the heck?"

[Loud sound of thunder and flash of lightning]

Argus opened his eyes. "ugh, I haven't had a hangover like that since before I died..." "Hey Argus" Kija said.
"Where am I Kija?" "You don't Remember Flesh breath? It's earth, you came up here looking for something, but you didn't find it." Argus looked at himself and his demonic girlfriend. "I think we might want to hid our true forms while here, and why are you wearing human clothes?" "Well, unlike you, I've never been to earth except during wars, and I thought it cute" "Let's just find a place to stay, say we in a park?" Yep, you tracked the clue to what you wanted here...Hey,
who's that boy with the cursed of an evil entity?" "HaHa very funny...." "No, look!"

[PsychoNeurosis]

Sometimes, Duel hated his life. Basically everything he did, and anything that happened could allow one of his other "personalities" to take control. He ran behind a tree to catch his breath. Not because he had limited stamina, he could probably keep running for hours. He stopped because too much exhilaration could allow it out. His angry, wilder side. Brutal violence and chaos would let it take control, which is why he had started running whenever trees started falling down. He didn't want to wait and see who or what that could be. If they'd attacked him, he would have definitely lost control.

[Draconis]

Downtown

Arcadis was on yet another street corner performing his illusion tricks to con people out of their money. "Come on over people see if you can find the ball!" Yeah it was an old school trick, but with his abilities he could easily control where the ball was, or at least where the poor sap saw it. Someone stepped up and put ten dollars on the table. "Ah my next victi- I mean customer. Alright keep on your eye on the ball. Arcadis shuffles around the cups with a ball under one. The guy points to the left one and Arcadis lifts the cup. "Good eye good eye. Alright give me one more try, we'll pick up the speed a bit." He shuffles the cups again but a little faster. "Ok where's the ball?" The guy points to the left cup again and Arcadis lifts the cup. "Man you're good at this." Arcadis puts a 10 on the table. "Ok double or nothing. Deal? Alright take it easy this time, you're gonna me me go broke out here." He shuffles the cups again only this time making the ball disappear. "Ok where is it?" The guy pick the right cup this time and Arcadis lifts it up. "Ohh looks like your luck ran out. Better luck next time." The guy was frustrated and tipped over the cups. There the ball was, sitting under the right cup but he couldn't see it. "Where is it?" Arcadis smiles. "Check your pocket." He reached in his coat pocket and pulled out a ball, or at least he thought he did. He smiled and threw another 10 on the table and started walking away. "Good trick." With that guy gone the streets were pretty empty so Arcadis decided to pick up and head out.

The woods outside of the city were lovely this time of night. The moon was full, and reflected enough light to bathe the land in a cool blue tint. Somewhere, in one of the countless trees, an owl steadily hooted, the noise carrying itself throughout the entire grove. Jenny couldn't help but smile. Perhaps it was irresponsible, to come out here this far from civilization in the night, but she wasn't too afraid of large beasts. Taking a rock from a small pile she had built up over the course of a few hours, she heaved it into the lake. It hit the water with a satisfying sploosh. Jenny grinned again, and sat back down.

Forest, going to the park | Victim: Alexander
"That's enough of that, time to go kill something other than trees." Darth looked for the perfect spot to attack any unfortunate person. He looked toward the beach, no one had set foot there yet. He then turned to the park which had one man there who was currently standing away from one of the trees he had struck down. "That one seems easy enough." No, stop trying to kill people! He ignored Jyden as he moved in on his target.

Park
Alexander was still a bit shaken from the tree that almost crushed him earlier. He didn't remember hearing any regular thunder, but that meant something or someone was causing this. He didn't know who or what though and he was too afraid to find out. "Whoever's doing this needs to stop as I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one they're scaring." He looked around to see if he was right.

Aaru decided to visit the great outdoors and left his house. He decided on the beach since that was a perfect place to clear your mind if you needed to. On his way there, he could see flashes of lightning. What was strange to him was that there was no regular thunder along with it. "Looks like the beach will have to wait." He went into the forest to do some investigating.

"I'm going to stop this evil being Right no..." "If you go over there you a**hole, I'll drag you to a makeup store!" "That's just wrong and unfair and like that'll happen" and he ran torward Darth drawing his black sword. Kija flared "UGH...stuborn, rotten, pig-headed Ghual! Why do I have to love that twit so much?"

[Raptra]

Azzurra's regular insomnia was bad enough as it is, and the thumping noises that echoed from the forested area right next to the college dormitory was making the night significantly worse than it already was. No matter how drained she was from the day's classes and activities, going to bed at night was still almost always an ordeal for her. The young sorceress lay in her dimly-lit quarters curled under the covers, making an attempt to calm herself and tune out the commotion that was taking place outside.

Deep breaths, Azzurra... you'll be drifting off to sleep in no time. Just relax...

A particularly loud crash made her bolt up from her lying position. Who was she kidding? She couldn't do this! Eventually letting frustration take over, she threw the covers aside and strode up to the window, looking out over the greenery in hopes of discovering the source of the ruckus. She soon caught sight of it, raising an eyebrow at the unnatural flashes of lightning coming from the trees. Could this be the work of someone... like herself? Also, if it was, what were they doing?

Figuring that she wasn't going to get any sleep either way, Azzurra pulled on her jacket and left the dormitory, heading out towards the forest to check out the possibly supernatural activity.

Jenny's little night outing was interrupted by a flash of light in the corner of her vision. She turned her head to look, and what followed was a resounding crash. She stood up, alarmed. Could it be lightning? Jenny looked about, and ducked under a tree. Perhaps this wasn't the best time to visit nature. Slowly, she began to make her way back to the city, taking a turn here and there where it looked vaguely familiar. Unfortunately, her knowledge of direction was a pittance compared to her knowledge of plants. Slowly, as she came to the same place for the fourth time, she realized she was nearly hopelessly lost. Perhaps she'd have better luck during the day, when the sun was out and she could tell an elm from an evergreen. With a sigh, Jenny planted herself at the bottom of what she guessed was one of the shorter trees, and tried her best to stamp out her worry of being struck by a stray bolt and burned alive.

Alexander hadn't noticed anyone coming from behind him till now. He turned to see a man with long black hair and his eyes were...golden? Gold-eyes, that wasn't strange at all. Yeah, right. "Hey, what are you doing?"

Darth looked at his current target. "What does it look like? I'm attempting to kill ya." He stepped forward before hearing someone else (@Dealdric) run towards him. He just grinned at this. "Running towards someone that could kill you, smart." Meanwhile on the inside, Jyden was trying to get through by using his telepathy on anyone that could hear him. Is it working? Even if Darth didn't succeed in killing them, there was still a good chance, one would get knocked out or badly injured.

Aaru had been the first one to investigate, but when he saw the being was no longer here, he turned to see him targeting someone else. He didn't know why he was getting himself involved in this, it was none of his business. He eventually began walking towards Darth himself.

[PsychoNeurosis]

Creaking noises echoed and leaves fell from the trees as Duel leaped from branch to branch. Nearby he heard a commotion, which made him pause and turn in its direction. Hmmm he thought. It sounds like the trees have stopped falling... Something else is going on. He tried to get a glimpse of what was going on from his current position, but the tree's branches obscured his view. I really shouldn't he thought. Wasn't it curiosity that killed the cat?... Just as he started to leave, he heard some more noise that sounded like speaking. Well... Technically I'm not a cat! He turned and followed the noise, leaping from tree to tree until he reached the center of the action. Trees have stopped falling so I should be safe, as long as I stay here he thought to himself. His odd eyes stared out from the spaces between the leaves. Who the heck are these peop-SNAP! Crap he thought as he fell from the tree.

[Raptra]

Azzurra cautiously navigated her way through the forest, drawing closer to the occasional bolts of lightning that appeared above the trees. They soon ceased, however, and this sudden halt in activity caused her to stop in confusion. The period of silence then allowed her to faintly pick up some voices in the distance. Whoever was responsible for the earlier disturbance had to be up ahead. After all, it was in that direction where the strange lightning had stopped. Azzurra resumed walking, quickening her pace as she approached the source of the voices.

She emerged into an area littered with fallen trees, and among them were two teenage boys. A third individual, armored, hooded, and obviously nowhere near human, then appeared at the scene. This one was heading straight for the youth with the long black hair. Extending a hand out, Azzurra released a stream of her magic at the ground which shot up as large walls of ice between the aggressive parties, hoping to stop the scuffle. A purple and green creature then suddenly fell from nearby branches, though, she only took one glance and didn't think much about him, as he didn't seem to be involved in whatever was happening.

Azzurra took a couple more steps forward with her arms folded, and cleared her throat.

"Do you gentlemen know what time it is?" She demanded in a voice that was flat, yet rang through the area.

Hello Jyden, I believe is your name that is, and you seem to be the same being this entity is possessing, am I correct? Argus stoped and studied darth's body and casted a spell to access Darth's intentions.

Yeah, I can't control him though, sorry. Darth stopped when large walls of ice got placed between him and his original target(I think?) and turned to a girl. "Yeah, it's midnight." Not to mention that's the only time you come out. That one was directed at Darth. Oh, come on, let me have my few moments of fun. Yeah, fun for you, but not for us! Jyden was pretty sure even though he's in Darth mode right now that no one other than him(Darth) was seeing this as fun.

Alexander stood away from the group as he hadn't done anything. He then began observing anyone that looked even stranger than Darth here. Why do I keep seeing strange things? He had almost forgotten about some of the strange things he's seen on himself, but was this really the time to dwell on that? He had almost been attacked, but thankfully some woman and another guy had come to his aid.

Aaru was only standing there as it seemed the idea of stopping the commotion was already done. Well, what am I here for then? He guessed he might of gotten curious himself. At least it got him out of the house for a bit.

[PsychoNeurosis]

Equilibrium. It was what Duel was made of, his very essence. At least, most of the time. Whenever equilibrium broke...

Nonono. Duel felt like he was being torn apart. Both sides of his being, complete opposites whose very existing negated the effects of the other, waged war in his body. They fought for complete control, both trying to overturn the balance that kept Duel sane. His green side, that usually only occupied his left, was attracted to things that sometimes Duel couldn't even detect. Instability, the potential for chaos. His right, the purple, came out during complete chaos, dangerous situations, and physical violence. However... the current conflict here appeared to have extinguished. With no one being hurt at the moment, his wild side lost interest... letting the other take control.

[Draconis]

As Arcadis walked away from the downtown area he noticed all the lightning and commotion coming from the forest. With every natural instinct telling him to stay away, Arcadis chose to investigate and observe from a distance and make sure it was ok for him to get closer. As he drew near the area he could see a small gathering of people and ice walls between some of them. Trees littered the area but things seemed to be calming down. In fact the ice walls even seemed to be formed to stop some fighting. Deciding that there wasn't enough chaos to bring out Chaotik, Arcadis chose to move closer, using his illusion spells to hide himself from the others while he further assessed the situation.

As suddenly as it came, the lightning abruptly stopped. Jenny cautiously stood up, looking around her. Then, on the edge of her hearing she could just make out . . . human speech? Sighing with relief, she began making her way towards the noise. Maybe one of them would have a map, or at least have a general idea of how to get back to town.

When she got there, however, she was in for a right shock. A huge wall of a clear solid partitioned two men, standing across from each other. To one side was a woman with a disapproving look. And a little ways away lay another man beside a snapped branch. Definitely not normal hikers. "Hi!" she called. "Sorry, don't want to make a fuss, I'm sure you have things to see . . . but would one of you happen to know the road to the city?"

Azzurra didn't seem fazed by the black-haired teen's nonchalant reply, but retorted in the same flat tone as before. "Right, midnight. In case you aren't aware, this is the time when most of us do this thing called 'sleeping'. So I'd appreciate if you people would either keep it down, or resume killing each other in the day."

She didn't care to press for details. Supernatural individuals seemed to often have issues to settle with one another. If only they were being considerate towards others who were not involved in their petty fights when doing so. Even a couple of them present at the current scene looked as if they had been unwillingly dragged into the situation. Well, for them, now would be the best time to book it. Azzurra herself wasn't planning on staying longer than needed, as she had only come out in hopes of stopping the racket that could be heard from her dormitory.

She then turned her attention to a dark-skinned teenage girl in a green sweater who had just arrived at the scene. From the way she wasn't running in the opposite direction screaming after witnessing the supernatural activity that was taking place, Azzurra assumed that she was also one of them. She addressed the girl with a straight face after she asked for directions.

"I'll be heading back that way," she told her, gesturing in the direction of the university. "From there we have a path that leads to the city. You can come with me if you want to."

[Dealdric]

"Looks like the best thing to do is keep phsyco boy destracted" He said grimly. "HIspono Kintora Isd'teteras!" Summon the dead to distract this boy. Skeletons with scimatars came out of the ground enclosing Darth. "That should keep him distracted, Hehe, Just need to keep him from funning out of toys!" and with that, he made sure Darth was Busy for the night.

Darth charged his lighting as he turned towards the skeletons and began striking at each one. This made it apparent the lighting from earlier came from him. "That's the best you can do?" Now, he sounded like he was taunting him.
