She's the brightest witch, he's the chosen one. She's clever and he's courageous. They're both kind, generous and loyal.

About myself and my expectations:
~ I'm 26 and female, just graduated college. Better late than never.
~ I play males and females and am happy to double up as Draco or maybe Ron.
~ I am seeking a Harry Potter to my Hermione Granger.
~ I would like a post once a week and I would like that post to be roughly 4-5 paragraphs on average.
~ It would be easier if you're capable of writing sexual scenes. Although I foresee sex happening very far in the future, it helps to know that it's a milestone the characters can achieve together, than just gloss over.
~ My partner should be invested in the story and its progress and capable of communicating ideas that help progression.

Plots: Below are some plots I have though they're more like jumping off points, as I'd prefer to discuss longterm goals and such with my partner. I don't want either of us to feel like we're doing most of the plot progression after all. Some of these are crossover ideas, some are AU and some take place in the series. If you've only read the books or have only seen the films, that's fine, just be sure to tell me so I can better plot with you. I'll likely be adding/editing these as time goes on.
Harry and Hermione have known each other since their first year at Hogwarts. That year they became friends and overcame several obstacles from learning Quidditch to fending off a troll in the girl's lavatory. They then found the fabled stone, then went on to the Chamber of Secrets. They uncovered the mystery of Harry's past and its ties to Sirius Black and used a Time Turner to change a dark night's events. They trained for a dangerous wizard tournament and went on to teach themselves spells in secret. Throughout all of the challenges and deadly encounters, both Harry and Hermione have remained by one another's side faithfully and without question.
And yet...Ron grabbed Hermione's attention while Harry was busy with his own troubles, while Ginny was there to comfort Harry when he needed it. Something happened in their sixth and seventh year that pushed Harry and Hermione apart. Maybe they both realized their feelings for one another and had to distract themselves somehow? Maybe they figured their friendship wasn't strong enough to endure life's many changes and challenges?
Now they're on the run from Deatheaters and spies who working for Snape as well as Voldemort. Things between the trio are shaky as they try to get clues from the locket for the whereabouts of the remaining horcruxes. Anxiety and fear swim through the air of the tent as Ron snaps and leaves Harry and Hermione behind. Hermione can't believe how things had suddenly crumbled in her hands. She doesn't love Ron, doesn't even consider going after him. In fact, it feels like a weight has been lifted from her shoulders. She feels awful and looks back to Harry who just lost his best mate too. Ron wasn't the only one making sacrifices though. Both she and Harry have suffered too.
Little do either know that Ron has gone to Voldemort to ensure his family is kept safe, in exchange for becoming a double spy to lure Harry back to the school for one final confrontation. While Ron is gone, Harry and Hermione turn to one another for comfort as they survive in the wilderness. They move from camp to camp, only venturing to muggle villages to restock supplies. Though there is danger lurking in the shadows, both souls find it difficult to hide their true feelings from one another.
In Harry's first year, he has been assigned to Slytherin House. He and Draco form a friendship while Ron bcomes their target for bullying. In Gryffindor, Ron builds a quick resentment to Harry Potter who seems to have everything handed to him, even somehow making Quidditch at such a young age. Meanwhile Hermione has been assigned to Ravenclaw and she does her best to stay out of trouble until Halloween when a troll is released. Hermione sees it going after Harry in the dungeons and she saves him. The two become friends, despite Draco's dislike for the mudblood.
The first year ends with Hermione, Draco and Harry finding the coveted stone. Draco begins to learn that perhaps he may not need to follow in his father's footsteps if all he sees is misery at his own home. Draco's father insists that Draco continue to befriend Harry in order to give him up to the Dark Lord. Draco isn't so sure about this. The stage is set for their second year as Luna and Ginny begin their first yeat at Hogwarts. We will juggle new dynamics, expectations and developments.
I'd love to do a crossover in which The Doctor (Ninth or Tenth) goes undercover at Hogwarts and finds Rose Tyler or maybe Martha Jones. I'd love for Harry and Hermione to tag along with them and go on awesome adventures in time and space.
Another idea I had was that Hermione is a Time Lady and goes by the name Professor. She has been attending Hogwarts and flying off in the TARDIS for many years now (so around their fifth or sixth year). Harry stumbles upon the TARDIS and she decides it's about time he learns the truth about her. They would travel around while still returning to Hogwarts to take care of classes and Voldemort, who is probably an alien as opposed to a Dark Lord.
Another other idea was that The Doctor picked up Hermione and is traveling with her, they go to Hogwarts by pure chance and she meets Harry, a wizard (Hermione would be a squib or maybe a witch with late stage signs of magical ability). The Doctor finds a new companion at Hogwarts, likely Rose or Martha depending on the incarnation of The Doctor. Meanwhile Hermione stays at school to help Harry.
Taking place in the summer of their sixth and seventh year, Harry and Hermione decide to go undercover, into hiding in the muggle world. Voldemort is quickly rising to power and Harry has run out of time. Harry feels the stress of trying to be some powerful wizard who can stand up to him. Hermione and Harry decide to go on the hunt for horcruxes on their own as Voldemort destroys everything in his path to dominate the wizard and muggle way of life in Great Britain. In the meantime, Hermione runs a bookstore while Harry helps her. They keep training and hunting in secret, trying to get the courage to finally take down Voldemort.
In Harry's second year, he failed to save Ginny and she died in the Chamber of Secrets. In Harry's third year, he failed to stop Sirius from being executed. And in his fourth year, he saw Cedric die. And in his fifth year, Ron's father is killed. Needless to say death seems to surround Harry and when his father dies, Ron has had enough of his best friend. Ron distances himself from Harry and demands that Hermione also wise up and do the same. She cannot.
Even though Harry feels like a pawn, like he's useless, he won't give up.
When he cannot stop Dumbledore from being killed, everyone has given up on Harry and his ability to save the wizarding world. Harry sinks into depression as Ron stays at Hogwarts during their seventh year. Hermione sides with Harry as they go on the hunt for horcruxes. This will be a lot more dark and depressing, I'd even like other characters to die along the way.
