Well for the modern part it's not really to modern just like a few years in the future and since its a apocalypse the power went out and most things don't work you would have to find your own stuff. But I can't force you to join. The government is shot so I want go to Canada the US gives free stuff to Mexican people. Ugh I could rant all night about that.
