oh, you know, the usual. fighting off depression, struggling to pay bills, all that fun stuff. But, i got a PS4 and Assassin's Creed Unity.... so y'know, kinda had something to take my mind off things (aka fell off the face of the planet while i played through the game). OH! and my oldest just got glasses and they are frakking ADORABLE!

She does, indeed. Hopefully now her school will stop bitching at us. especially since she mysteriously came home with head lice and she's "the only one" to have lice.... which is bull, she never had lice before going to the damn school. gods i hate her school

yup.... and attempting to rid our home of the damn things had been.... trying to say the least. little sister, mommy and nana all had either lice or nits as well soon after, however, i have been lice free the whole time. much to my wife's simultaneous relief and annoyance.
