@Daxam ugh. Yeah. Nothing is going as planned and I kind of want to kick something. Preferably my mom in laws annoying dog that keeps attacking my dogs. What a bitch.
@Darcs I was wondering where you had run off to! I assume the game is fun?
@Carantathraiel Actually I only got to play it relatively recently. I was in California for a while 'volunteering', then I was on an island in Washington 'volunteering', I went briefly to hipstertown, Oregon and the Starbucks headquarters in Seattle-- Seattle is named after an Indian chief and they spelled it wrong, it's actually Sealth-- then I was back in California for Christmas-- then I was back in Georgia for new years-- then went to Kansas, which is where I was after Georgia but before California before I went anywhere-- THEN I played Fallout 4 (yes it's fun) like mid-January-- now I work in Missouri, and my I'm thinking of moving with my girlfirend to New York next year.
I just landed a job and got a company lappy-- today was literally my first day. I missed this place.
@Carantathraiel I guess so-- weird that I actually haven't left the country or anything tho... are you still in Japan w/ the hubby?
@DaxamIs it weird that I wish I'd been busier? With like, I guess things I like doing/think are important? Typing it out like that it looks like I've done a lot of early 20's soul searching, but honestly I think I've just learned that while I like traveling, to quote Courtney Barnett; "I much prefer the mundane."
@FreyaRoseJane I don't remember Cara having the capacity to hate!
@Darcs Nope. Now we're in the US. Virginia, for the moment. And struggling. But mostly happy. ^ ^
I don't remember Cara having the capacity to hate!
I really don't.
@FreyaRoseJane I don't know you well enough to hate you. If i could hate. But by all means, continue saying things like this in my thread. Its appreciated ;P
@Carantathraiel Nobody has come to meet me. I'm working. and yeah. Been listening to this book by Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of The Wind. It's an awesome book. Very different take on fantasy, but wonderfully involving.
I've been trying to find a play, but no luck. I think I have a reputation.
That's my plan as well. But I don't have the time to do it. So I play, to kinda keep myself sharp. It's not working, ofcourse, because I'm not finding anything. but that was the idea.
