This roleplay is based off from the anime Wolf's rain. Which will be based more off from the actual episodes then the manga. Please note - If that character died in the episode that character is dead in this roleplay. (Kiba's pack, Lord Darcia III, etc)
No one will play 'relatives' of Kiba, Tsume, Toboe, or Hige since they didn't have any/any known family. Nobles that died in the episodes...keep in mind that you can be related to these characters.
Taking place 25 years after Cheza, Kiba's pack, and nobles died. In that few years a war against the noble feuding families broke out destroying more cities/towns, areas, etc. Causing panic among the civilians that live on earth. It doesn't help that nobles are practically the only ones that can fly dangerous armed aircrafts even in these recent times. Some places on earth began regrowing nature. Causing areas on the planet to look like 'paradise' to people (especially humans). As nature regrew. People started to lighten up from the depressive state they were forced into by the war. Wolves started searching for the place called 'Paradise' as they could smell lunar flowers once again.
Humans are living in the ruined, slums of cities. Simple lives that carry out no purpose except having a family, job, or just suffering alone. These civilians most of the time stay on their jobs, mind their own business and live out their day's knowing there is more to be found but not caring enough to take action. They fear the nobles that have so much corrupted control over their cities. Most not daring to get caught up in the nobles' plans stay quiet for the fear, of nobles, coming and murdering them, their family and friends with they speak out against one.
Controlling and manipulative to the common civilians. Nobles seem to have less remorse/emotions towards other species. Usually, these individuals keep themselves hidden behind masks, cloaks, abnormal dress and anything else. These interesting life forms take part in weird rituals, ceremonies, parties and more. They have a unique and sometimes exciting way of living. They have hardly any stress on their shoulders compared to what common civilians do. Many fear the nobles for the power they carry with them. Nobles are the only ones able to fly aircrafts except Military.
Wolves are creatures known from fairy tales. Suppose to be extinct hundreds of years ago (because of nobles). These creatures ended up being figured out 25 years ago which 90% of the human population is oblivious too. Still not knowing if these creatures exist or not. Using a form of magic to be masters of disguise. Usually tend to use this so they do not get caught by humans/nobles/etc and wind up dead, work dogs, or worse. Wolves main purpose seems to search for the scent of lunar flowers and figure out where paradise really is.
Cheza was thought to be the last lunar flower of existence till scientists found a cave blooming with beautiful white flowers. Nobles ordered scientists to create more Human forms of Lunar flowers. Only two human formed Lunar Flowers were able to grow and survive past the age of sixteen years. Luna flowers in human form usually have lavender or white hair, pale skin, red/pink eyes and a thin physique with elegant posture. Very kind and gentle with everyone. They usually use 'This one' instead of 'I'.
Lunar Flowers tends to be sad when they sense a wolves pain, smell wolves blood or see the incident happen themselves. Usually shrieking out in a sadden and painful cry when they see or hear wolves blood. They will do anything to keep wolves safe from anybody.
Are different species of animals mainly cats. But there are other exceptions. They do the same magic technique which wolves use to blend in with the common human life forms.

First Major Conflict
Are the rumors true... Are the noble families feuding once again? Because of a missing lab experiment. Two Human Formed Lunar Flowers are in existence and the nobles who created them are trying to keep them safe. Five noble families are all intertwined on keeping these flower maidens safe, they are their creatures, they ordered the scientists to create these beautiful creatures.
High ranked nobles are trying to keep everything in a calm collective manner which is failing. Word is getting out to common civilians, military they order is trying their best to keep the civilians neutral.
The feuding nobles are causing cities, towns, villages, etc to be hit in the line of fire. Military is trying to keep the fight from getting too heated and to keep them away from the civilian living areas.
One flower maiden is stolen but why who? Why? and where is he/she taking her?
The other is safely with the noble families that created her. Back in her enclosure of a room filled with nature. Scientists are monitoring everything that the Flower Maiden is doing. She is reacting terribly to the other being stolen. Causing the wolves to smell a stronger scent of lunar flowers. Creating these beasts to get caught up in the nobles living areas trying to take the other flower maiden.
Humans are beginning to question once again if paradise and wolves are real. Knowing there is existence (Maybe) of lunar flowers. Some brave individuals are causing themselves trouble as they try to unravel this concept of fantasy child fairy tales becoming reality.

I'm so hyped for this RP, hopefully it will gain more interest as the story progresses. As for my character, I'm still debating whether to create a wolf, or a Lunar Flower...

You can make both characters. There's only a limited amount of Lunar Flowers since they have to be created in a lab.

Rule four even states you can have 3 humans, a wolf character, military and two noble characters. It doesn't say anything about Lunar Flowers since again created in a lab. I am thinking about changing the number of Lunar flowers after the roleplay goes on for a while. Since in the anime. There is that old lady that is a Lunar Flower that escaped. Which she thought she was the last but who knows. People could come across one just in a house in the ground under a giant tree. Haha.
ADD-ON: Also, there are only two Lunar flowers that are known to the world. Noble families never tell everything they're doing.
