That´s okay I must have misread his position. I wanted to rewrite the ending for my post anyways, I felt like Malena didn´t pay enough attention to Taylor, she would probably make note of his looks or something, then again she would focus on the "patient" first.
Just not really sure how to end it, I don't want to control other players character. I felt like I did with Cole, a little bit.

You just gotta change it to say she attempts to start the treatment, and then he can deny it or allow it in the next post he makes. The three of us could even do a collab.

I'm pretty sure we aren't the only ones to survive, so unless you want to go up against armed guards re-establishing a defensive perimeter around the train wreck, I'd advise against going back to scavenge the gear of the dead.

(then again, I feel like a nightstick would complete the feel for Thobias)

It's only an issue if you eat only MRE for a week or more. Its high calorie, and that CAN mess your bowels up. But I didn't bring 50 MREs with Tobias, more like 7 or 8 tops. And thats just enough to give them energy to move on until they can scavenge food from elsewhere.

That said, GM, if you want to fuck us up, thats a really good way to do it

No. There's maybe a couple of dead guards but most of the containers are either already looted (by who? we don't know), or inaccessible.
