Judo, Sambo & Street Fighting

Blaze is one of the 3 young police officers who saved her city the first time from Mr X's crime syndicate and went on again to protect her city numerous times. In the Arena, Blaze is a hyper competent unarmed fighter, capable of near superhuman feats of strength, agility and skill. Her primary ability is in grappling as a viciously powerful Judo fighter, and knows a few holds because of her Sambo background. Above all else her adventures have made her a very experienced street fighter and willing to use weapons to give her the edge in a fight. She is most proficient with Bats, Pipes and Knives. When unarmed she attacks with powerful jumping kicks, and deadly chops and hand strikes.

Kikou Shou

A short range but powerful Force Ki attack that could blow a security door off the hinges. Blaze learned this technique by studying another fighting policewoman Chun Li. It also has a fairly large area of effect with will hit things in a wide arc in front of her.

Vertical Slash

A perfect front somersault with a chopping hand strike with the momentum of the flip. This is a very fast and deadly move and a good way for blaze to close the distance and approach as she is very evasive in mid air.

Embukyaku

A ki powered back somersault best used defensivley. Blaze flips backwards but use her legs as to up kick whatever is in front of her to create space. Again Blaze is evasive using these acrobatic techniques.

Subliming Double Slash

A more complicated version of her Vertical Slash, she manages two flips in a single tight jump slashing twice, and then finishing with a sliding kick. This move leaves her a lot more vunerable during the flips but obviously does a lot more damage, and the sliding kick is a good safe too for distance.

Finisher: Call The Cop

Blaze calls in her partner in the force from Streets Of Rage 1 to fire at the opponents in the vicinity with either a LMG blast or a small Napalm firebomb. He is fairly accurate but its possible for Blaze her self to be damaged by this attack.

Abilities

Although human Tifa has impressive strength, speed and endurance; she is able to use spirit energy to increase the power of her attacks. These may be chained together within any reasonable order.

Below is a list of her known spirit-amplified techniques (Limit Breaks) and following those are things unique to this imagining of the Final Fantasy VII heroine.

Beat Rush

A three-hit punch combo with each strike containing a measure of spirit energy; this results in the blows being much stronger than normal punches and capable of shattering stone or cratering metal.

Somersault

Concentrating spirit energy into her legs allows Tifa to jump well above average distances and heights.

Waterkick

A kick containing aquatic properties; being struck by its boiling splash results in severe burns to flesh.

Meteodrive

This brainbuster suplex gains increased power by focusing strength into the upper body; the result is a landing with increased force.

Dolphin Blow

An uppercut which releases spirit in the form of a dolphin; it creates a physical shockwave when the dolphin interacts with objects.

Final Heaven

Focusing a large amount of energy into her fist allows Tifa to throw a super-powerful punch capable of splitting mountains; the energy is condensed in the point of impact and erupts in a massive explosion.

Premium Heart

Tifa shapes her spirit energy into gloves to don her most powerful weapons.

The Premium Heart passively sip Tifa's spirit energy to increase the power of her next punches over time; the longer it's been since her fists have hit something, the greater the energy multiplier when they do. The gloves retain one fifth of the energy from impact when they strike an object to conserve the energy Tifa must give and ensure her next blow will remain super-charged. Tifa's punches possess a paralyzing property upon connecting with flesh and muscle.

Tifa's Final Heaven gains double the destructive power for the same cost.

If the Premium Heart connects with the target's heart they will become Heartbroken; this status lasts for seven of the opponent's turns. From the point of impact they will have a minor pain in their heart which will increase in severity with each of their passing turns. At turn seven they will suffer a heart attack.

Childhood Bond

When Tifa faces insurmountable circumstances and feels like giving up, inspiration comes to her via her childhood friend. This is not so much intervention as it is motivation because interaction takes place only in her mind. After pepping herself up, Tifa swells with spirit, gaining otherwise impossible endurance and will to continue.

For a brief time she will feel no pain and carry on through most injuries save for a dismemberment or something she cannot break through.

Afterwards Tifa will succumb to exhaustion and require time to recover if she hasn't passed out.
