Yes, though you'll be pretty reliant on Canada to let you through and/or not invade on behalf of whoever.

@Ztlabraptor211 If you have Alaska, you should also have some contintental USA, just to stay involved and stuff...be a sort of American ISIS-Wyoming, parts of the south, other ultra conservative areas...we kinda need some Chaotic Evil...
