That's Shuri, T'Challa's sister. She takes over the mantle as Black Panther when T'Challa is annexed from the throne/is exiled.

@Blackpanther Post your character here whenever youre ready and one of the GMs will check it out. When approved, just have your character be in a cell in another cell block or prison building, and Portal (and/or someone) will rescue your character. thats how everyone is starting.

you could make a character anyway and wait for someone to die, or someone else could make an extra character for you to be nemesis with. i wouldnt mind making a hero :)
