While I'm not the GM, just wanted to point one thing out. Your hp, is waaay too much. xD Unless you managed to roll the max on every single level. The average you should be would be around 29.
@Game Maker Draconic bloodline gives 1hp per level and tough feat gives 2hp per level, plus 3 con per level makes a +6 HP, Level 3 that is 18 HP then full d6 for first level sorcerer and Warlock for 2 levels that roll a d8. I rolled but average would be 32.
Draconic Resliliance is PHB 102 Tough Feat is PHB 170

Character Backstory: Raised as a slave, she prayed to the gods to free her from the people who had cut out her tongue for speaking out of turn. None answered, but as she "tranced" she felt as if the mind of another being was there with her, as powerful as a god, difficult to comprehend, and hungry. It was impressed that she did not go mad from trying to comprehend it, and offered to answer the prayer that the gods ignored. She accepted the offer, and when her trance ended she found she was able to speak with the other slaves, or at least their minds.
Over the next several days she secretly spoke to the other slaves, teaching them of the Great Old One who spoke to her. When they were ready, they revolted, killing their masters, and fleeing into the wilds. There they survived, building a temple to the Great Old One in a cave where they would not be discovered.
When all of the other slaves had been initiated, she instructed them to free other slaves and to teach them the ways of Cthulhu, then left to grow stronger, and to spread the word of the Great Old One throughout the world.

@Game Maker Am I allowed to give the trinket it's own backstory, or will it be important to the plot?, I want the trinket to be my character's own tears that he wept when his parents died.
I didn't include it since combat does not will not follow normal rules. If it makes it easier for you, feel free to include your spells that you know.
Typically magic requires that you have prepared your spells prior to a fight and that once used you rest an appropriate amount of time to recover. It's up to you if you want to RP the prep. All I ask is when using magic your character become appropriately fatigued.
1: Limit on number of character per player? (I have 3 pairs that cannot be split up.)
2: Would you be willing to allow a psionicist? (I have a halfling fighter/psionicist who's a real flirt with the ladies.)
3: Is there a limit to how many weapons or magical artifacts a single character can carry? (My first character has ~5 swords and 13 daggers, not to mention a magical tapestry that works as a vault portal and a bag of holding.)
If all of those questions limit me on who I can play, that only leaves me with my halfling bard who's already lvl 9...

I don't have a limit of number of characters per player but that might change if things seem to be getting out of hand. I will not be allowing psionicists as they technically don't exist in my world. As far as to a limit as to how much a character can carry, I've usually just left it up to common sense how much a player can hold and 5 swords seems a little excessive. Characters are starting at level 3 in this campaign so any character you submit will have to be level 3.
@Game Maker Short rest for Warlocks, which is one hour.
I might even use my spells on my own teammates. Anyone refuse to laugh with me and I use Tasha's Hideous Laughter on them (they think everything is funny for the next minute). Of course, with no god moding, I can't say it definately worked, but I can try. And actually it won't just be because you didn't laugh at her jokes. Too uptight? Then yes.
