Name: Lucius K. Pallium VII
Title: Luke the Brash
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110lbs.
Age: Young adult
Race/Species: Beastman - Bipedal, furred mammals with padded feet. All Beastmen also have a small aether manufacturing organ. There are various races within the Beastman species, of which Lucius is of the "Lago" variant. These beastmen have larger aether organs and large ears to hear better.
Tier/Influence: 4 A very definite step ahead of any human picking a fight, but no skills beyond combat, and no mechanical augmentations, simply his aether and martial arts training.
Group(s): "None yet, but soon me an' Stefford are gonna get some guys together!"
Appearance: Lucius is a slightly stocky and toned anthropomorphic lagomorph, dressed in a deep blue abolla, simple grey trousers, and a black belt to hold them up. He doesn't wear shoes, since his bottom paws are padded. His fur is white, with a secondary sprout of light brown fur at the top most would refer to as "hair," messily tied into a ponytail. He always wears a ceremonial indigo mask, with angled semicircle eyeholes and a permanent leering grin. Lucius is actually baby-faced. In fact, without his mask on, his frame is the only thing stopping him being called a woman.
Personality: In a word, Lucius is brash. He is almost incapable of thinking before he speaks and cares little about situation or status of the involved parties. This would be a much bigger issue if Lucius wasn't an inherently kind person, and doesn't want to hurt a soul unless he knows they'll hurt him back, and will never kill. He's also quite enamored with the idea of uniting the universe under his glorious but gentle rule.
Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:
Items:
History: Lucius was the seventh son of a woman in the nation of Romulus. Said nation was one of only 3 world powers, and was constantly hungry for war. As such, at a young age Ludwig was to be a soldier like his 6 pervious siblings, though only one remained excluding him. He never saw much of said sibling, nor his father who supposedly was still alive, so in between wrestling, boxing, and education, Luke's time was occupied by the radio. Excellent music and gripping radio dramas of tragic heroes were his companions when away from his buddies at Campus.
Lucius proved adept at Romu Pugna, Romulus bare-handed martial arts utilizing Aether. The Campus' teachings fostered a want for power and fame in him, but his mother kept these in check. She had seen the path her children and husband had taken and did not want Ludwig to fall into the same trap.
Luke's final project before becoming an official soldier of the state was to journey to the capital to visit the Pit of Lucretia, a large jar shaped hole that one could throw anything they did not want into, even their own hatred or intelligence. Ludwig was to get rid of his empathy for others there, to turn him into a model soldier. Luke's mother had told him not to do this, begged him not to make the same mistake his kin had. Lucius obliged.
Instead of throwing away his kindness, Lucius chose to discard his temperance. The previously a tad impulsive Lucius was now much more so. He rushed foolishly, headlong into his first battle. He was met with bloodshed and death previously unheard of by him. He was horrified by the lack of civility being shown to the enemy, the brutality and ruthless slitting of throats. He immediately abandoned his regiment and returned to civilization, but knew he would soon be found by the government and jailed or put to death for his indignance.
Thinking things out in an open field at night, Lucius was very surprised to see a light coming down from above. It seemed the divines were intervening one way or another, either to punish or reward him. The gods were smiling upon him this day, and the gray man who stepped out did not decree he was in for a life of shame but asked if Lucius knew where a mechanic was on this planet. Lucius was befuddled but eventually gathered that this celestial (Stefford) needed to check in on his vessel and assumed this planet could accommodate. He also offered to let Lucius journey with him. Now the two travel the "galaxy" as it's called, with Lucius planning on uniting people and stopping death and senseless violence.

Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:
- ( 4 ) Quintessence -- On Luke's world there is a resource called Aether. It can be found in crystals underground or high in the sky, but it is also generated in all beastmen through an organ in their body. This substance is weightless, has no freezing or boiling point, and is in perpetual motion, unaffected by friction or gravity. As such, it can be used both as a power source for any machinery, but also as a magical source of power. It can be emitted from one's body through their pores to block incoming attacks, add mass or speed to punches and kicks, or anything of the sort. Basically ki from dragonball. Those with large quantities of aether also seem to have things go their way about 10% more than they should. Bullets more often missing them, a coin flip being skewed in their favor, that sort of thing.
- ( 3 ) Agility -- Because Luke's body has a good amount of weightless aether, he is light and agile. He can move at 20 MPH easily and jump more than double his height.
- ( 2 ) Martial Arts -- Lucius is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant, proficient in punches, kicks, and grapples, but most of all disarming. His style is a bit of a mix of Kickboxing and Kenpo. His strikes can be enhanced by expelling aether from his appendages which improves their range and can cut or pierce through things, as well as simply strike. He can even launch an orb of pure cutting aether from his palms, though this takes a lot of aether and doesn't have the greatest range. Finally, he's proficient in using his knife to kill downed enemies, or would be if he cared to do so.
- ( 1 ) Perceptive -- Luke is a decent shot, as well as having great hearing.
Items:
- ( 2 ) Dart Pistol -- A red handgun that uses Aether to fire small darts at far off enemies. There are Aether darts, which shred enemies on impact, poison darts which secretes a paralysing agent into the bloodstream, and flaming darts, which are coated in flaming napalm.
- ( 2 ) Magical Abolla -- A cape infused with aether, when swung at physical projectiles it reflects them back at attackers.
- ( 1 ) Dull Pugio -- A clean but dull Pugio, it's never been used on a living being, and Lucius intends to keep it that way.
- ( 1 ) Leather Satchel – A leather satchel that contains a small folding shovel, a flask, a pan, a compass, and an aether lighter.
