Help section?

I noticed on the home page there doesn't seem to be a section named "help."

I think it would be really useful for people having problems to be able to go there and voice their problems.

Also I know the easy way to helping someone is going to where they would go for help in "help."

We do have an Articles and Guides section if the help that you are after includes topics like The New User Guide to Navigating the Site, however you are correct that there is no actual "Help" section.

Typically for technical issues, the forum we are currently in at the moment—Suggestions and Problems—tends to be perfectly fine for those enquiries; while the Off-Topic section as a whole can be used for other stuff. It actually does depend on what help you are after but if in doubt you can always message a member of Staff.

The broad things people would get help with already do exist. I, personally, don't see a need for anything further.

For roleplay stuff, Roleplaying Discussion.

Non-RP stuff, off-topic is sort of a catch all. In a ways, the site's OOC tab.

This forum, well, indicative of that form of help.

RP seeking help comes in interest checks.

Elaborate. Why do my examples of a good variety of help formats not work?

There isn't much of a case being posed, or an explanation behind it, why people are not able to simply use existing forums to handle their issues.
