This time I am going to put the plot before the rules just because this is quite a specific request and might not appeal to many of you out there, it saves you reading the rules when you might not even be interested. =]
The Plot
So the basic plots revolves around our two characters: mine who is a vigilante/anti-hero and yours who is a villain, at least in the eyes of the public. I never normally have characters relationships be a focal point of a RP but for this one I do but definitely not the sole focus as I love my action and overarching plots that are potentially larger than our characters. I don’t want to plan it all out and we just follow what I’ve written in this interest check but here’s how, in my head anyway, the plot starts and advances.
After our characters meet for the first time there is an instant attraction though I doubt it’d be more than that and essentially there would be this constant cat and mouse between them whilst mixing in an unhealthy dose of sexual desire though I will say right now this is not a purely smut RP just in case that is what anyone is looking for. Afterwards their relationship progresses and honestly I’d like to see them actually fall for each other though it’ll be a dangerous, toxic, beautiful relationship. I saw it was something akin to batman and a female joker, also daredevil and elektra from the netflix series! It probably won’t end well for them but it’s the journey I am mostly interested in.
I see them always encountering each other and perhaps even one of the characters creates plans in order to make sure the other will make an appearance. I also saw the female torturing my character and just after she stabs him in the palm she gives him a passionate kiss. This is the sort of messed up I’m looking for. Oh and an amusing image in my head was them (somewhere later down the line) trying to have a ‘normal’ relationship but naturally it end horrifically maybe because the waiter said something wrong to one of them and a bloodbath ensues.
Location - I was thinking either a fictional state of our creation or a real one, I’d also consider just about anywhere if someone has a preference.
Powers - I wasn’t sure about superpowers at first but I think I do want to include them though nothing too overpowered that can destroy whole cities or anything. My own character will have something almost identical to captain america’s super soldier serum with one negative side effect. You are free to choose whatever you like or not if that’s what you’d rather.
My Character
If you mix captain america’s powers with frank castle’s (punisher) way of dealing with criminals then you, for the most part, have a good idea as to what he’s like. He can be more merciful and opt to send criminals to jail instead of outright killing them but some just need to be put down. I have an image and rough backstory for him already. I will talk more of him with someone that is interested.
Your Character
Mostly an open book for you to write in, I was kind of looking for someone who is maybe a bit crazy but honestly I’m just happy if someone think this looks fun so go nuts! So female villain is the only real request that I have. In the end both of our characters are likely damaged and mentally unstable to a point, that’s half of the fun.
Rules
- I consider myself a casual to high-casual, on occasion I can dip my toes into the advanced pool when the time calls for it or I am particularly motivated. So on average 300-500 words and I ask the same from my partner or at least there abouts.
- I certainly prefer good spelling and grammar but it's not a deciding factor for me in the end.
- I try my best to post once a week and more if possible, I will also notify my partner if I suddenly become busy or unable to post. I hope for the same in return!
- Communication IS key, let's talk and have fun yeah? If you're going to be busy or absent for a while please let me know and I'll show you the same courtesy. I'm fed up of people just vanishing, please don't just abandon me with not so much as a simple message. It means a lot to me. I’m just not going to deal with anyone who disappears anymore.
- This RP will contain mature themes so please be at least 18 years of age, the usual violence/gore, language, sex and other topics will likely crop up... some more than others. I'm not asking it to be mature content all the time but I just like to keep my options open.
- Let's both carry the weight of this plot and not let one of us do the heavy lifting, it's for the best!
My preference for character representations is digital art or anime!
Oh and ideally I'd like to do this RP in PM's!
