Lords of the Underworld

Long ago Pandora’s box was created to bind the Lords of the Underworld. The lords were the most powerful demons. They had millions of minions each and were causing chaos and destruction wherever they went. It took many supernatural forces to trap the Lords. Unfortunately the box was lost in time. It eventually fell into the hands of a human who released the Lords. Unfortunately the Lords no longer had physical forms making them weak. Not wanting to be recaptured they sought out bodies. They seek out human strong enough to host them.

Now those demons have found homes in some special humans. These humans will wake up one day to discover that they are not alone inside their head. One of the Lords of the taken up residence within their mind. Some will accept their demon. Others will struggle their demon. Most of them are decent people struggling to maintain who they before are despite the demon that now shares their body and mind. Can they find a balance so that they aren't destroyed when faced with enemies who are trying to destroy them? Can stranger who affect one another find ways to work together so that they survive the next battle?

This sounds really cool! Do you have some details in mind for the Demon Lords and these "enemies that are trying to destroy them" that you care to share? :)

Well for starters will we as players write for both our Human and our Demon Lord, will you as the GM be charge of all the Demon Lord, or will each player be either a Human or a Demon Lord.
Also who are our enemies? A religious order of some sort?

@Metamore you play both human and Lord. The Lord's have all kinds of enemies. Angels, humans, other supernaturals.

Alright, do you have any ideas in mind for what the Demon Lords should be like, like do they each represent a deadly sin or something like that, or do we as players have full creative freedom?

@Metamore The Lords are like the seven deadly sins but there are alot more Lords. Demons include: Wrath-who increases the anger of those near him, Pain-Who craves pain (has no preference on whether he receives are gives it), Hope-takes hope from those near him or gives falso hope, Distrust-causes distrust and had trouble trusting, Nightmares-infects nightmares on those near, Disease-causes dieses with touch, Death- causes death and is responsible for escorting some souls to their final distination, Jealousy-causes jealous and very jealous, Violence- causes violence, Disaster- causes disasters and mishaps, Misery-voice causes those near her to want to cry, Lie-can not tell the truth, Promiscuity-can not sleep with the same person more than once, Defeat-can not refuse a dare, ect.

Sounds interesting, but I hope you don't me saying some of those do sound repetitive, like why not combine Wrath/Pain/Violence, Misery and Hope, and Death and Disease? I love the idea of expanding on the 7 deadly sins though :)

@Metamore they are similar but they aren't always the same thing. It's those difference we have to find a way to present.

I'm interested. Would a Demon Lord of Hypocrisy be acceptable?
