Invalid Captcha

yes, you read it good.

My friend can't make an account because all he gets is a blank page (when he presses submit)
and if he refreshes it says 'invalid Captcha' (or something like that)

any help here?

Do you know what browser he is using? Many of the problems we've had so far have been relating to specific browsers. We're still receiving new sign-ups so it either points to a specific browser or a certain downtime on that submission specifically.
