History: Mason loves to cook, has loved it sense he was little thanks to his grandma teaching him. He and his brother lived with their grandmother thanks to the car wreck taking both his parents away. They lived in a quaint little house on the edge of the town. Through out his life he practiced and learned trying to become better at cooking. Going through out schools and volunteering and many hours staying up to practice. Now he is taking online classes, and part time jobs but one year ago his grandma died do to old age leaving everything to split between them. His brother being greedy falsified her will leaving everything to him. After kicking Mason out, he sold everything except the one thing of his grandfathers that his grandma gave him. His car, a jet black 4 door 4 cylinder 1967 Impala.

Brandied pears are easy and to use them in a pie requires draining the flesh so that the pie isn't soggy

I'm not so good at baking but I love to cook meals like frying soft shell crab or lobster with a medium steak and garlic mash potatoes on the side.
