I'm not exactly new to role-playing myself, but I suppose I probably do need more experience. If we're role-playing and there's an area you feel I can improve on, please feel free to bring it up to me and I'll work to fix that, I wish to be a good role-playing partner and all that.
I suppose the next logical step is to tell a bit about myself, ahah. My name is Lee, I'm currently in high school (meaning I'll be mostly unavailable on weekdays), I'm a sort of awkward person, I find it hard to approach people first about anything, but I'll try to be better about that, I don't like to call myself an artist, since drawing is very much a hobby of mine, but I like to draw and I consider myself to be decent at it, I'm the type of person who likes to ramble, and, obviously, I like role-playing. The rambling thing is something to take note of because I sort of just sputter what I'm thinking all at once sometimes and then suddenly I've written a whole wall of text when I'm just supposed to be introducing myself, ahah.
Onto more relevant things, I suppose. I'm pretty into the fantasy and science fiction genres, if you put them together in a logical way, I'll probably love it, though I'm perfectly open to other genres. Role-playing has always sort of been my way of developing characters and worlds, so role-plays I do are going to be focused a bit more on character development and maybe world building. I've got ideas for a world in my head, but I'm a bit bad at explaining it to people who haven't been along for the ride since I first started developing it, though I will try my best to explain it so it can be role-played in because I want to develop it and the species of it more. Last bit in terms of role-playing, I have the most experience is one-on-one role-playing, but I'm also interested in sort of group role-playing, I suppose, so, if there's more than one person I'm role-playing with and you or others notice I'm not doing too hot, just bear in mind I'm used to role-playing with one person rather than more than one, ahah
Anywho, my last bit of business is that I would kind of like to have role-plays I'm running to be done over discord, just because that's easiest for me to check once I'm home from school and I feel that'd be easier for me to manage, but I'm perfectly willing to keep it in the forums if need be.

I’m not surprised to see your kind here. Many adventurers have traveled this way since the recent troubles had passed. No doubt you’ve heard about the tragedy that befell the community here at the Guild. Some say that the Guildfall, bane of role players, is slowly enveloping the community once again. I don’t know if I believe that, but I have noticed from time to time that posts or players will mysteriously disappear. They disappear without word and without notice, hidden by the leaders of our community. Maybe it’s nothing. But rumors and sideways glances seems to trail in their wake. You see, shortly before Guildfall had occurred similar disappearances were common as well and strange rumor began to ravage even the most common parts of the guild. But until more evidence is uncovered I’ll remain here within this community and so should you. You’ll find interesting role play ideas across all the various topics categories here on the Guild and a few of mine or ones that I participate in as well. However, I would make sure you save your own information before the shadow that fell over the Guild before the fall once again consumes us all. But if you’re still alive before then, I’ll be more than happy to accommodate any role playing needs you may have if I can.
