Personality: Neutral Evil is called the "Malefactor" alignment. Characters of this alignment are typically selfish and have no qualms about turning on their allies-of-the-moment. They have no compunctions about harming others to get what they want, but neither will they go out of their way to cause carnage or mayhem when they see no direct benefit to it. They abide by laws for only as long as it is convenient for them. A villain of this alignment can be more dangerous than either Lawful or Chaotic Evil characters, since he is neither bound by any sort of honor or tradition nor disorganized and pointlessly violent.

Examples are an assassin who has little regard for formal laws but does not needlessly kill, a henchman who plots behind his superior's back, or a mercenary who switches sides if made a better offer.

Smithing Techniques: Heat tempered and folded, then gilded with a thin coating of Pierce Steel.

The blade's cutting edge, after being enhanced by Pierce Metal, is uncontested. It is able to withstand titanic blows and slice through metal as though it is rice paper.
Magic-Splicing: The edge is enhanced to be able to cut through magic. When encountering a spell, it literally tears apart the magical 'bonds' that binds it together, unraveling the spell and leaving it to dissipate, instead of going through the trouble of destroying a spell in its entirety. This blade is the bane of anything magical, from spirits whose very essence is magic, to enchantments cast on items and persons alike.
Imitation/Negation: By physically coming in contact with an enchanted item or a sorcerer casting a spell, the blade is able to learn and imitate that enchantment or spell for the duration of a fight. Through prolonged contact with the source of the enchantment, anywhere from thirty seconds to three brief encounters, the chosen ability will be banned from being used again in the fight.

[Imitation/Negation can only be used once in a fight, though you can consider it two abilities because you can imitate one ability, while negating another..or simultaneously negating the same ability you're imitating! This works with any Supernatural forms of energy, Ki, Chi, etc.]

The Mahō-Shihohirutama is a thirty-three inch golden hilted Uchigatana with a twenty-two inch blade. The Tsuka , otherwise known as the handle, is decorated with Menuki, in the design of three serpents twisting and twining around one another as they soar towards the sky. The Tsuka is covered by the Ito, which is a sleek white wrapping. The Fuchi and Kogiri has a matching wave design, while the Tsuba, also known as the guard, has three hollyhock leaves encircled by a golden ring etched into it. The Obitori Kannagu is gold, while the Kasiwaba is adorned with an Ageha-cho. Neuro Enhancments [Cyberbrain]: This augmentation gives the brain increased memory capacity. The nanomachines latch onto the memory and thought centers of the brain and transmit data back and forth between these centers at an incredible rate. Each nanite can store large amounts of data and acts as a temporary memory storage centers. The nanites also move back and forth between various memory centers, copying and moving information in the most efficient manners possible. By doing this the limit of brain activity, percentage of the brain used, and the capable speed of electrical responses is increased greatly causing enhanced reactions and enhanced wit (faster thinking). Another bonus to all of this is that it makes it a dozen times easier to learn and memorize information. To stop the nanites from being effected by EMPs [Electro Magnetic Pulses], the bodies are covered in the same shielding materials as coaxial cables, it is cheap and effective.

This Nanotechnology has been upgraded to the highest level, they are able to not only increase the range in which his brain can send the impulses to his various cybernetic enhancements, but also allows one to hack into WiFi in the area, allowing them to gain access to the net. Not only this, they are capable of leaving the body, and invading technology that cannot be hacked through WiFi should it be in a closed network, allowing one to gain access to computers, vehicles and the like.

This allows an augmented individual to take files, and learn the inner-workings of whatever object they invade. At the base of the neck, hidden by nano-skin that can part, are five small uplink plugs, allowing one to insert uplink cables so they can access computers via the cyberized brain. The fifth one in the center contains its own cord that can extend up to a foot. This process is allowed only due to the extensive alterations made at the brain where the brainstem connects. The small covers protecting it can slide open at command, and are made of Nanocarbon Dilatant Composite Plating or NDCP.

As a counter measure to stop the hacking of the cyberbrain should one be captured, a triple bi-layer defense barrier as well as a triple bi-layer attack barrier, which will defend one from being hacked, as well as attack and attempt to destroy the system that is hacking.

Subsequent upgrades and modifications add infra-vision and sonar resonance imaging that effectively allows the user to see through walls with acute precision. This augment when used for the x-ray vision enhancement can be controlled to such a degree, at the user’s behest, that the augment sees through objects. Another addition to this is that the users can in-fact zoom-in on a pinpoint area several times more than normal, giving hawk-like vision to the augmented. Furthermore, image-scaling and recognition provided by multiplexing the optic nerve with doped polyacetylene 'quantum wires' not only increases accuracy, but also delivers limited situational information about a target.

The augment reads all the possible information on a target that is available and the equipment shown as well by the use of any other augments to assess a situation and assess power capabilities, functions, health levels, and so on so forth of anything being examined. This augment also works to give a targeting reticule in the personal perspective of the user.

The reticule will point wherever the weapon in-hand is pointing, the reticule showing where the weapon should strike based on information it takes into account, all data and calculations of the weapon are read through electrical pulse through the skin to fine-tune the accuracy of the reticule, with the nanocomputers even going so far as to take in the wind speed and other relevant factors for aiming a needed accurate shot or strike. There is also a Friend or Foe Identification System (F.F.I.S.) to help with the targeting, the automatic friend or foe identification uses advanced heuristic algorithms to associate visible objects with known threat categories. This augment uses vital signs as well as any other signs applicable to identify if a target is hostile or not.

Body (Arms/Legs/Torso): While his entire body is prosthetic, and there are differences that should be noted between inorganic bodies and organic bodies. When kinetic energy from a physical blow or a weapon discharge strikes the plating, the fluid becomes rigid, deflecting the impact shock. Heat and electromagnetically-conductive elements in the armor matrix serve to dissipate damage from fire-related or energized trauma.
