Captured and Imprisoned

The Alexanian Outpost, one of the most recently occupied ruins of The Usurper. Stationed here are a few armed men and some Daedra if one summons it. Morale is going bad as the food supplies lowers. These men were given orders to hold position and await further instructions but all they get is patrol chores. Anyway enough about the location let us get to fate of our heroes

Winsimir is escorted into the torture room, accompanied by two men he was tied with a rope then was forced to sit down in a bloody chair. The men pulled out their tools and glanced at WInsimir.

"Though you could steal our supplies and get away eh?" One of the men said while staring at Winsimir.

"I will get the chains: Jrob and Morivac patrol the nearby areas."

The men left leaving one single guard alone. But the guard quickly chased his commander

"Wait some of the chains are rusty!"

The men said rushing towards his commander.

Winsimir took a glance around the room before staring at his unbounded hands. He took another look before standing up and reaching for the table. At the table was a steel dagger, he positions the tip of the blade at the center of the rope then he pushed it destroying the rope. He reached for the a sword rack then picked up an iron sword before hiding in the corner.

He hears footsteps as the man who left him returned.

"I swear if it ain't for the coin I would abandon this stupid job!" He said as he cleans the table unaware of Winsimir's escape.
Winsmir SNEAKS around the guard and it was successfully good that he did not draw attention he raised his dagger then he positions and attacks
(heres how to battle

Winsimir grabs the man's sword then makes his way to the cells to gain some backup from the prisoners.

With a loud thud, Rose Lily broke the silence of the ruins of the Alexanian outpost as the guards throw her into the cell. The chains that bound her clanked on the ground. Rose rolled back up to her knees as she glared back at the two mercenaries. One was an argonian and the other was nord. Stepping between the two male gaurds stepped a skinny Bosmer woman. With all the venom of a angry spriggin, the woman growled, "Nimrihill, you orphaned skeever, that is you, isn't it?"

Rose looked at the bosmer and spit at her. A insult that was respond without hesitation by a swift punch to the face. As Rose recoiled from the hit, the bosmer woman grabbed Rose by her horn. Pulling Rose close to her, the bosmer snarled, "You are a deserter. You do not deserve these horns. You have no loyalty to the Green, no Pride in being a Bosmer! Our king has called us to protect the green and you ran. I will be glad to kill you, but cowards like you would be better served for dinner. I am ashamed to be in clan with you."

Rose smiled defiantly, "You know full well, I would have been a great Spinner if not that for Cameron and his war. Unlike you, I follow the Pact-"

Rose was interrupted by a back hand from the bosmer. "Enough of your lies, traitor!!!"

"Look around you, sister," Rose said looking up from the stone floor, "All around you is sand, stone, and blood. Where is the Green? It is not in this forsaken land. How do you plan too defend the Green this far from any?!"

The bosmer woman sneered and turned on her heels, "See you at supper..." She marched out in anger. The Argonian and Nord mercenary look at each other in a little confusion. Saying nothing the argonian shook his head and left the cell. The Nord followed and locked the steel bars. He did not wait to stand guard. He moved on to leave Rose to rot in the darkness of the ruin dungeon.

Rose crawled like an inch worm to the stone wall and sat up with her back to the cold stone wall. She breathed deep and slowly trying to push off the pain of being hit. "Why", she thought to herself, "Why, did i not flee to Elswyr? Cyrodil was out of the possibility, but no, I chose Hammerfell." Rose breathed in and out and pulled up all the magicka she could. With a swift green flash, she released her magic around her. Her chains unlocked and fell away. She raised her hand immediately to pet her horns making sure it was not harmed.

"Well, I am not interested in being here for supper." Rose says softly as she gets up and slowly walks towards the cell door. She slowly began to look through the bars trying to see if there are any guards in the hallway.

Dro'isi's tail flicked back and forth, agitated, as she was lead chained further into the dusty ruins. The Alexanian ruins, if her intuition wasn't confiscated like all of her cargo. And if she was right about where she was, she would also be right about who she was captured by, and that did not bode well. The fact that her smuggled exotic foods and her ships freshwater supply was so quickly fallen upon by the guards also looked grim. The only thing worse then being captured by starved beleaguered guards was starved beleaguered self-righteous rebel soldiers

Smugglers who claimed never to have been caught were liars. In reality it felt like the majority of time in the profession was spent behind bars, the trick was to make us much money as possible and bury it before your 'forced vacation'. The other trick was getting good books into jail with you to help pass the time and more than a little skooma to make friends. But this was a whole different kettle of fish. At best she could hope they'd send her away without water and provisons stripped of all gold, in which she'd have to hope she could find a Khajiit caravan before... Well, they were in a desert. It didn't take much to figure out what could happen

Helping her situation less were the goods she was caught smuggling. She didn't want to bear thinking about what many would say, chills running down her spine even here. Her ship, 'Anvil's Glean', had managed to get itself caught on a sandbank. It was risky to take the river she had this time of year which is why it tended to be quiet on patrols. Unfortunately she had been spotted a couple of days before hand and horsemen had followed from the bank like vultures seeking her supplies. What they had found was more than anyone bargained for.

She was lead to a particularly stifled looking guard, doing his best to write out various letters while aggressively flailing a fan at himself. His eyes raised, and he addressed the latest guests to his fine establishment. Of course Dro'isi was first in line.

"Name?" he asked, before cursing his quill for drying up in the time it took for him to re-apply it. She allowed him to regain composure before answering
"Captain Dro'isi, at your service."
If he noticed her intended lack of Khajiit speak he didn't show it.
"Occupation?"
"Currently?" she shook her manacles and cracked a smile.
He raised his eyes in annoyance. She thought better against making a humorous remark
"Free trader, Captain."
He nodded and went to scrawling. Before long he lifted her profile and deposited it on a pile of letters on his left side, briefly stopping his fanning to do so. He never asked what she was being convicted of, which was another red flag. He was basing their fates on what occupation they had, and there was only two outcomes. If she had to guess, one of them was 'can be used' and the other was 'can be gotten rid of'. She hoped she wasn't just placed in the latter category. If she had simply been captured in possession of gems and trinkets she didn't doubt that they would hire her on the spot to bring them supplies. But things being as they were all bets were off.

"Move along now." And she did, happy to feel a breeze on her fur. She became acutely aware of a rush of relief, knowing that she was moving away from imminent judgement. It gave her a chance. She guessed it wasn't long before she was going to meet her fellow inmates. Without even so much as a meal or bath if she had to guess. Her father was right, there were good prisons to stay in

Julre followed the Khajiit smuggler in front of him into the ruins, also bound in chains and equally concerned albeit for different reasons. Where had these fools taken his cache? He would need to locate it and take what he could before he escaped (which was inevitable of course, he'd find a skeleton or two in this ruin he was sure). His worry was getting the supplies to their destination. Damn this smuggler, did he not know of these rebels? Damn these rebels as well, he cares little for their cause and he'd ruin it for them for interrupting his own plans.

As the argonian quietly fumed and worried about his situation, Dro'isi moved further into the ruins and setting him face to face with the dull guardsman.

"Name?" he asked, his quill working as well as it would in the desert heat.
The mage scowled at the man "Julre, a Summoner of the Mages Guild. Do you know what will happen to your rebellion if it is discovered you have captured a member of the Mages Guild? You will pay dearly for this insult-" the guard gave a dry chuckle as he finished writing down both Julre's name and occupation before gesturing for him to move with the rest of the prisoners.

Still muttering to himself as he was thrown into his cell, Julre immediately began plotting his escape. Or rather, waiting for somebody else to and using the corpses to start his own escape.

Winsimir peeks at the cells. The guards seem to have left the room to grab some bread that was sacked from a caravan from Skyrim. Winsimir enters the room slowly.

Winsimir unlocks all of the cells, he then asks everyone a question:

"Who are you people!?"

Rose silently examined the clock to her cell. If she was going to try to cast her way out she needed to know what she was doing. However the lock on the cell was of a design she had never seen before. Rose was looking at and feeling up the lock, when Rose saw a shadow move in the corner of her vision. Like a predator hiding from a bigger predator, Rose recoiled deeper into her cell. She watched as a Redguard approached and begin to unlocking her cell. The soft scratching of metal on metal and tumblers clicking into place was the only sounds this redguard made.

Rose braced for a confrontation when the lock finally gave way. But the redguard just let the gate swing open as He moved on. Rose slowly move followed. Confused, Rose followed the Redgaurd while forever on the look out for the Agents of Cameron the Usurper. Rose watched as other locks were picked the Redguard finally spoke up.

Rose was the first of the freed prisoners to speak up, "I am known as Rose Lily. Please do not think I am of kin to the Bosmer who harass this land. I rejected King Cameron for he violates the Green Pact with his actions. I would very much prefer to get out of here for I have been considered for dinner by my wayward people. I would not be surprised if they are considering all of you as well."

Julree sat in his cell, already examining it for anything that may have assisted in his escape, a lose brick or bar, perhaps they forgot to lock the cell door? Nothing. But as he began to lose hope in any chance of escape, the jingle of keys and the creak of the door brought him back to his feet in an instant.

The argonian immediately left the cell, finding a Bosmer and a Redguard standing before him, the redguard asking for his name. After examining his rescuer he said "I am Julre Tikeermus, journeyman of the Mages Guild." after announcing himself he added "These rebels have taken something of great value to me. I would like it back. I trust you will not leave me to deal with these fools alone?" He asked both of his new associates, as purple energy began forming into his right hand before exploding into a blade that seemed to be almost daedric in appearance (if not for the fact it was made of glowing purple energy) while flames leaped into life in his left.
