@PyromaniacwolfYep. In the last war, in stead of Darth Bane killing the Sith off, he and most of the properly trained Sith were killed in battle against the Jedi and the Republic. The last surviving true Sith Lord took the throne, but a Jedi strike team managed to fight their way into his palace on Korriban and kill him. The surviving Sith were forced to surrender, but instead of absorbing the Empire the Republic allowed to maintain all of its uncontested systems in exchange for surrendering and signing a 100 year peace treaty. Those with Sith racial blood haven't been seen since, and most people believe they died out during the war.

Ah good to see there's some interesting lore in place. Does this mean that palpatine wasn't an apprentice to Darth Plagueis the wise. Ironic, he could save others from death. But not himself *shit eating grin.jpg and is actually just a Jedi defector or something?

Not too sure whether to make bounty hunter or a minor Sith force wielder now..

@PyromaniacwolfI'm not sure what I'll do with Palpatine yet.

I may have Plagius be from the Empire and he taught Palp about the dark side after Palp had learned from a mentor from the CIS. Palp will then find tattered remnants of ancient Sith writings in Plagius's collection and decipher them, as he had some proper training in Force theory. This power let him give his Master a kind of pandora's box of knowledge. Plagius could manipulate life itself, but it slowly cut him off from the Force. Eventually Palp was stronger than him and knew how to properly manipulate life with the Dark Side, so he finished draining the life from Plagius as he slept and made himself younger in the process. This lets him look to be in his forties when he's really in his sixties.

Would you allow a guy to be a formally untrained but strongly gifted darksider from outer rim worlds whose worldview is heavily centered around passion and conflict as the driving powers behind everything in the world? A sort of otherwise-aimless warrior-poet that fucks around the galaxy specifically in search of conflicts and dangerous confrontations to participate in because it is only the mortal danger and the exhilarating desperation of one's unwillingness to die that can push a person above and beyond his usual capabilities. I kind of like the whole Force thing a lot as a concept, but the strict and formalized and kiiind of hypocritical in its attitude. The Dark Side appeals to me more due to the driving forces behind it being much more proactive and direct and emotional.

Also, I'd like to have a sword that is just a chunk of sharp psychoreactive obsidian or metal through which I channel my sheer passion and desire for violence, to such a degree that it becomes lightsaber-proof and capable of cutting no worse than one.
