For as long as humans have existed, they knew something else other than them was out there. These creatures were all sentient in their own way. But they were strong, monstrous in some cases, and unpredictable. People thought they were monsters, but some were aliens, come down to earth for research, investigating something new, or fun. Some were even exiled here. But monsters were always here. They were some of the first organisms to gain humanoid sentience. As time passed for humans, their leaders thought a better way to keep their people safe would be make monsters become myth and aliens entertainment. So, man, beast and alien have lived mostly in peace. Human authorities and leaders did attempt to conceal incidents, but a few always leak through. Humans that were not apart of the Authorities were called outcasts, for they either met and know, befriended, and or loved one of the other sentients, and normally develope ways to either help hide them or gain some sort of tech or ability. (Example: Human and vampire. Human becomes half vampire to get strength and speed, but not as strong as full vampire but can stay in sunlight.) Now though, more and more cases are leaking, but not enough to wake the public from their delusion. The Authorities are scrambling to seal these cracks and are making new organizations to deal with them. The year is 2021, and the event that will take place will change life on earth as we know it.

Any romance above a simple walk-in-on-someone-while-they-shower-by-accident is to be sent to the PM. 3. Keep it civil in the OOC. Any anger or non-joking cursing is to leave the OOC or face the consequences. 4. No god-moding. If I think a character is too strong, I will not except it. 5. No killing a character without other persons consent. This includes NPC's 6. When writing up your CS, put "I like Waffles" in your CS so I know you read the rules. 7. Have a hell a lot of fun!
