"Ahahahahaha! Oh, it’s been WAY too long since there’s a been a killing game! Wait… When was the last one? It seems my memory is all jumbled up! Bah, who cares! I can still run a good killing game! After all, the real key to a killing game isn’t strategy or might- it’s heart! And my heart is pounding from the anticipation! Is it here? Is it finally underway!? Ah, I can’t wait any longer! Let’s start let’s start let’s start!"

He laughed, enraptured with gleeful expectation. Nothing can quite top the despair a killing game inspires!

The sun rises, washing the world in a warm light as you rise from your heavy slumber. Crisp air fills your lungs- it’s chilly, but not cold. Did your heater stop working last night or something? You know, now that you think about it, this doesn’t seem like your bed at all... Slowly, you come to the realization that it's time to wake up.

Your memories have gaps, and your surroundings are unfamiliar. Everything about this is strange- as you wake up and gather your bearings, a question must be answered; what do you do now?

Hisakawa slowly felt himself rising, taking a deep breath before coaxing himself into wakefulness. Instinctively, he reached over to where he usually placed his phone, not far from his head- however, his hand found nothing but a smooth wooden surface. He felt around, perhaps having missed the mark. But as it dawned on him that he wasn’t in a bed, he shot up, looking every which way around himself. He could see he wasn’t in a bed at all- he was lying on top of a wooden table, and it seemed the rest of the large room was filled with similar tables, as well as matching chairs. The could see into a kitchen from here, but he couldn’t see the tell-tale bright blue case of his phone. As he tried to gather his bearings, it became increasingly obvious that this place was completely unfamiliar to him. All of this was beginning to build an increasing sense of alarm in Hisakawa- what the hell happened!? Was he kidnapped? Did he get drugged and end up here in his impaired state? Did he die and end up in some sort of limbo?

He shook himself out of his thoughts, and forced his stiff body to get up off the table, rolling out the shoulder he slept on. Now wasn’t the time to think, it was the time to act. Wasting no time, he began, once again, to search for his phone- hopefully, he could figure out what happened and get out of here okay.

He picked up several chairs and looked under tables, trying to pick out where his phone might be. This place was just a bit too big, and his back was starting to hurt from all the bending over. He sighed in frustration and stretched, trying to work out the pain in his back, and tugging his hair as he did so. While stretching, he noticed something; another person, also unfamiliar to him- or at the very least, he didn’t recognize whoever it was.

He walked over to the figure. He seemed to be breathing, but asleep. After a moment of thought, he decided to shake him at his shoulder to try and wake him up. Perhaps he was here for the same reason, or perhaps he knows something about what’s going on. Ultimately, it'd be better to wake him then not.

“Hey, you okay?” He asked, giving a gentle shake. A bit absentmindedly, he kept speaking, “Um… and would you happen to know anything about what’s going on here? Or where my phone is? It’s bright blue, hard to miss- um, I’m getting off track." He refocused, mildly berating himself for having gotten so wrapped up in his own worries, "My point is, are you alright?”

You wake up to the sounds of birds chirping, which immediately strikes you as bizarre. One, because it's not your usual alarm clock, and two because you live in an Apartment building in the city.

...Wait a fucking second.

Your memory slowly comes back to you as you sit up. Unfortunately, it doesn't give you any clue as to why you're here. You were going to attend Hope's Peak Academy in Japan, but can't remember anything beyond entering the building. Instead, here you are, in an empty field with only a dirt pathway to suggest there's any way back towards town. You don't have a splitting headache, so it probably wasn't alcohol. If it were chloroform or something you'd still remember more than what you do. Instead you're just... lost. You can make out some kind of stone structure and a fence nearby, but this definitely isn't anywhere near Hope's Peak.

Standing up and taking a look around, you spot some other unconscious people laying in the grass. No doubt having gotten here the same way as you. Unfortunately, that probably means they don't remember how they got here either. You brush the grass off of you as you make your way over to the nearest one... a very small girl. It's a little unsettling considering that your prevailing theory right now is spiked punch, but you can bother with the details later. You bend down to snap your fingers a couple of times to wake her up, getting back up and offering her a hand when she does. "'Morning. Here, give me your hand."

Flint Asidea
Your open your eyes to find a black object suspended directly above your face. Looking around, you find yourself underneath the seats of a canoe, which you take your time disentangling yourself from as you try to remember how you ended up in an unfamiliar place. Your first guess is that you had a particularly vivid vision of god, but instead just end up with more questions. Much more.

There's a hole in your memory.

There's never a hole in your memory.

You can't remember a single time you've forgotten something. There's been times when a vision has blocked your view of something, or drowned out a sound, but you never forgot what the vision looked or sounded like. There was no vision, no interim to this... canoe shed? Whatever. The last thing you remember is entering Hope's Peak, and then...

Dammit. Fuck. Fuck.

You begin to have a small panic attack. Those people wanted you for your memory. If they know, you might be expelled, and you'll let down your father. Beyond that, how on Earth do people live like this!? Not knowing what just happened, or how they got where they wake up? You don't think you've seen anyone freak out when they wake up, are they all just used to it? That's insane! You'll never get used to this as long as you live!

For perhaps the first time in your life, you are truly thankful for having the talent that you do. Well, I guess you don't have that talent after all, huh? Maybe all your memories are just made up, and you've been telling people lies the whole time.

Still, you can't just keep freaking out here forever. You're not looking forward to it, but you still need to attend class at Hope's Peak. That becomes a problem though, when you open the shed's door to find yourself near a dock and a dirt pathway. You guess it figures, given that you're in a canoe shed, but you still can't help but wonder how you're going to get back. You can't tell where two of the paths lead, curving around some trees, but down a third one in the center you can see some cabins. Figuring you might find someone who can give you directions, you head that way, still trying to remember how you ended up here.

Location : Crafts Activity Cabin
Interacting With : No one

As the sun peers through the window, it hits the closed eyelids of Yamagata. The sudden light causes the purple haired teenager to start waking up. In his groggy state, he rolled over on the floor and brought his hand to his face. He slowly sat up twisting his head trying to get the crick out. That's when he noticed where he was. Why was he laying on the floor, and where was he? He stood up whilst taking in his surroundings. All around him was a bunch of art supplies in a place that sorta seemed like a cabin. Where was he and why couldn't he remember how he got here. He searched the cabin until he realized there wasn't really anything useful around.

He decided that he should start searching the area outside of the cabin to try and figure out where he was. Maybe there was someone else around. As he walked out of the cabin he felt the chill of the air rush over him even more than it had inside. He looked around seeing that there were four other buildings close to the one he had just exited. Two of which were approximately the same size. Before deciding where to go next he noticed something leaning against the front of the building. Going over and picking it up he realized it was a purple acoustic guitar. Actually, it wasn't just any guitar it was his. The one his uncle gave him for his birthday. Why was this here? Nervously looking around he used the sling to keep the instrument on his back. "Where the crap am I?"

"..."

"...Ngh..."

A throbbing headache woke the person lying on a gym mat inside the sports cabin up. They were groggy and didn't think too hard when setting themselves upright, taking a few moments to properly regain their sights. Once they did, however, this person shot up to their feet. Around them was not the familiar environment of their room, nor did this look like the inside of a school building.

(Is... is this Hope's peak? Or... or did she get lost, somehow?)

The person's hand shot to the back of their head, grabbing the hair hanging from it. They tugged once on it just once, feeling the tough resistance of a well-tied ponytail.

(Thank god she didn't forget that... I won't have to go outside dressed like a girl.)

Taka Tsuin

Taka breathed a sigh in relief, stumbling back against a storage rack. He took a few more moment to assess the situation. He was in some kind of... storage room, though it looked pretty old. The windows around the place gave Taka the impression this wasn't part of a larger building, confirming his suspicion that a certain someone had gotten them lost on the way to Hope's Peak. There was a good bit of stuff here, though. Wherever Taka was, it was well equipped to handle sporting teenagers. Or at least, that's the impression it gave off.

He figured it wouldn't do him any good to stand around, so Taka kicked himself off from the storage rack and casually walked over to the door. The boy let his hands slip into the pockets of the uniform pants he was wearing, taking another glance around as he stepped forward. He should probably be way more freaked about this than he is, but it's not like he had any control over where he'd end up. It's strange that he was dressed up in a male's school uniform though, considering she was the one who got him here...

Once having reached the door, Taka slowly opened it up to reveal the outside world. He knew it'd be bright outside from the rays of sun dancing in through the windows earlier, but wasn't prepared for the full assault on his eyes. Taking a moment to adjust, Taka cursed under his breath. Any semblance of calmly opening the door flew out the window as he threw it in frustration, stomping out now that his mood was soured. Once his sights were regained, he could see a few things.

One, this place was weird. He knew she could be a bit of a klutz, but there's no way she'd end up in a camping ground of all places. Second, he wasn't alone. Some purple-haired idiot was messing about with something off in the corner of his eye and Taka was pretty sure he could see a few moving spots in the distance. Third, there was a giant fence surrounding them entire place.

"...What the FUCK?!"
Ayu Usui

"...Nope," were the first things to come out of Ayu's mouth when she woke up. She had been lying on top of the stone surface of the seating around the amphitheater, but that wasn't the thing she was worried about. Nor was it the oversized sweater around her threatening to slip off at any moment. Not even the fact that she didn't know the environment at all got a reaction out of her. No, the thing she was most worried about, is the fact that there were people around her. Unconscious at the time, granted, but still people. The girl got up and took a look around, seeing very few places to hide.

"Shoot."

The girl hurried to her feet and took another look around, seeing a lone tree off to the side. Thinking that's her best bet, Ayu scurried over before the other two woke up. Once she got behind the tree and double-checked to make sure nobody saw her, the girl breathed a sigh of relief. Now that the initial excitement was over Ayu stared at the two others that weren't so far from her a few moments ago.

(Girl's plain. Black hair, casual outfit. I think it's casual. Is it? Boy... boy seems stuck-up with those glasses. Got a very refined face, I think? Also seems mature... can't get a good look. Don't want to, either. Don't like him. Girl seems okay. Don't know if she's okay. Don't want to, either.)

Ayu turned back around and leaned with her back against the tree. She stared up into the bright sky, her thoughts wandering off again. She began to wonder about where she was.

(Doesn't look like this is Hope's Peak. Don't remember walking in, either. Kidnapping? Nah, why would I be outside? Did I just dream? Sleepwalk? Wait, no, why are the others here then. Kidnapping now? Probably yes, actually. Why me, though? Because Hope's peak? 's kind of lame. I'm nothing special. Am I? ...wait. I don't remember getting here. Should I tell? Yes, I should tell. Not now, though. when people bother. Will get bothered. Boo... also, what is this place? Some kind of playground? Did they mistake us for kids? No, plain girl and glasses guy don't look like kids...)

The thoughts in her head kept rattling and rattling, slowly draining any and all expression from Ayu's face. She slouched down against the tree, but continued to stare up to the sky. The girl became completely unaware to her surroundings, her dull expression blankly staring up at the sky as she hugged her knees close.

Suzuki, Reo

The first thing that concerned Reo was that he was wearing his jacket. He never wore a jacket to bed. Nevertheless, yesterday was exhausting. Maybe Reo just forgot to take it off last night before laying down. He shrugged off his concern and tried to fall back asleep. Or he would have, if someone didn't come over to try and wake him up. Reo barely registered what the man was hearing as he sat up and stretched. "Yeah. Just a bit tired. Why, what's wrong?"

Reo gave a big yawn after and thought. Something wasnt right. First the jacket, now this random kid in his room, and the fact that what he was laying on was most definitely not a bed. He put a hand down to feel the smooth wood, realizing its a table, and that Reo wasn't in his room. "Oh. That's what's wrong." Reo put a hand to his forehead and sighed.

Pierce, Damian

Damian awoke from a nightmare, giving out a small cry as he did. He held himself and breathed it off. "Just a dream... Just a dre- wait." The Gamer started to look around, squinting his eyes. This wasn't his room. Where the hell had he been sleeping? Reaching his hands out, Damian looked for his glasses. He always placed them nearby. Thankfully, they didn't get lost, and he put them on. The room wasn't a bedroom of any kind. Rather, it seemed like a bathroom.

"Is this a prank? Not funny, whoever it is, i have a test coming up in..." Damian trailed off. He knew he had a test, but he couldn't remember the class. Damian never forgot his test schedule- one bad test and he'd lose his... His what? Something about money. What did tests have to do with money? "Why can't I remember...?" Damian's mind spiraled as he sat in place, trying to remember something significant, something personal, something, anything.

There was a building. A looming giant, towering over the trees and houses that surrounded it. In front of this building stood a girl; elegant rose leaves twirled around her platinum colored hair as she basked in the glory of Hope’s peak. This was her first day attending the school, and her eyes should have been sparkling with happiness and anticipation…and yet, a solemn glare was the only thing to be found on her empty face.

“Where the crap am I?”

A voice, it came from outside, perhaps somebody was lost in her neighborhood. It didn’t matter; he would be on his way eventually. A still numb Snow opened her droopy eyes, which were facing the ceiling of the room. She reached for the ceiling with her right arm before focusing her attention on its hand.

“A dream.” A soft and sweet, yet melancholic voice echoed through the room.

No, it wasn’t a dream, a memory. But what happened after? She couldn’t remember, or she forgot. It didn’t matter; she would be on her way eventually. When Snow turned her head sideways, she expected to see a teddy bear, a poster of a beautiful snowy landscape, a familiar room. But…she wasn’t in her room at all. The only familiar thing in this room was the grey-toned ceiling that tricked her into feeling at home.

Snow abruptly shot up from the couch she was so comfortable on, perhaps a bit too fast, as her blood flow hadn’t quite caught up to her brain. After the short-lived headache dissipated, she stood up to inspect her surroundings. The walls were wooden and unable to keep the chilly air out. It was cold when it should be summer: problem number 1.

After observing the room for a good few minutes, she came to the conclusion that she was located in a kind of presentation cabin for camping fanatics. There was an old-fashioned projector facing a whiteboard, and chairs littered around everywhere, which on its own wouldn’t implicate anything specific. But in the backroom, loads of English written binders about various camping aspects were lying around. Luckily, Snow had a basic understanding of English from her past experiences, though some words were still lost on her. But nothing in this cabin gave her any clues as to where she was: problem number 2.

And then there was the why? There are about a thousand possible scenarios, but it would be better to single them out to the most obvious. She suffered from amnesia. She went to school for half a year but an injury caused her to forgot her experiences there and she was currently in a place which she had also forgotten. But wouldn’t it be weird to forgot such specific things? Amnesia is not biased, so why did she only forget her experiences from exactly the day that she attended hope’s peak and after?

Another possibility would be that she was kidnapped before ever entering the school. But she couldn’t find any signs of a struggle or abuse on her body, nor did she remember being assaulted. The third scenario would implicate that she was dead, and this is the afterlife. But that would mean that nothing changed, except for the location; so that’s very unlikely as well. In any case, she had no concrete proof to support any theories: problem number 3.

After rummaging through her brain for another 10 or so theories, she decided that it was enough. There was simply no way to know for sure until she found more clues; it wasn’t as if the exit was locked. However, on the odd chance that she was kidnapped, she decided to break the leg of a table, and use it as a weapon.

And so she reached for the doorknob-

“What the FUCK?!”

Snow immediately released the knob, flinching back a few steps. That shout came from very close by, and it didn’t sound very endearing. It confirmed that there were more people in the vicinity, but their tone intimidated Snow. Maybe she should peer from the window and try to check the guy out first. Peeking out from the side of the window-frame, she immediately spotted a boy with a beige ponytail. He didn’t look extremely imposing, and seemed to be watching his surroundings as if he was clueless as well. So earlier was a shout of desperation, a cry for anyone to explain what the hell was going on. It was reassuring to know that she wasn’t alone in her predicament, but also bothersome, if that guy ended up sticking around her; he would surely bog her down.

However, if he was obedient, then two pairs of hands would be better than one, and if he ended up annoying her, Snow could hopefully ditch him at some point. And so she reached for the doorknob once more, and opened the door with a confident attitude, table leg in hand.

As soon as she walked out into the open, she noticed a lake in the distance, but it was fenced off. No, they themselves were fenced off; perhaps to keep wildlife or hooligans away from whoever owned the property? Furthermore, it seemed like there were quite a few more buildings here. And in front of one of them stood another guy, purple haired and a guitar on his back. It must be a weird musician or artist trend to dye your hair purple, though it looked very unnatural.

Luckily for Snow it didn’t look like purple guy was familiar with shouting boy, as they didn’t interact with each other whatsoever. Hopefully, purple guy would stay out of it, because Snow was not looking for more than 1 person to keep her occupied; 1 person was already stretching the limit.

“Hey, if you have any idea as to where we are, or why; now’s your chance-” Said Snow to Taka with a confident yet empty tone, table-leg still in hand. She looked to be trying to intimidate the cross dresser, but there was a subtle desperation in her voice that just wanted answers.

“If not…then help me find out.” However, both her desperation and confidence were overshadowed by a lack of empathy that rested behind her eyes; it was as if she felt no emotion or interest towards Taka at all; much in the same way that humans don’t feel anything towards ants, they are just naturally insignificant in comparison. The only thing she was interested in was solving this mystery sooner, rather then later.

"Mamie! I've finally done it!" Powdered sugar had coated every surface like snow overnight. Mixing bowls were piled high in the sink with their whisks conveniently licked clean. In a small girl's hands was a tray that smelled heavily of citrus and seemed to have been the only clean and orderly item in the room. Her hair had tangled, her apron was as covered as the counters and her hands were caked with dough.

"Oh Kara sweetie, it looks delicious..." The sound of overwhelming pride filled her grandmother's voice from behind her and Kara's stomach did a flip of joy.

"...But what's that smell?" Kara looked down at the tray she was holding, on it were what looked to be fluffy lemon cakes, but she didn't feel the heat radiate off of the delicate treats. They were as light as a feather and... Why did she hear the wind if they were inside the kitchen? She looked out the window and saw the sun shining, but not a twig moved.

She turned to look back up at her grandmother, only to see an empty wheelchair in her place with a set of white lilies adorning the black chair. No....

A gasp of worried terror clogged her throat, "Mam-"

Snap!

The sudden sound next to Kara's head made her small body involuntarily flinch and her eyes sprang open. She felt the green turf under her and shuddered, Kara had never been an avid fan of grass. She sat up and felt around to make sure her wings weren't damaged. They seemed fine, though the entire left side of her body felt wet with dew. But why was she outside?

Movement out of the corner of her eye made her turn to see a man at least twice the size of her with large biceps reaching out to her. Kara backpedaled, her skirt hiking up to her knees as her hand caught on it and she slipped onto her back.

It was obvious in this situation. Kara was outside somewhere where someone had taken her and a giant man was reaching to grab her, she was in trouble. Kara let out a high pitched scream! "Get away from me! Help!"

Darkness. A scene that may look black, but was entirely devoid of color and yet filled with every hue imaginable. A void of nothingness and everything as well. This is what sleep meant for Hibiki. Cloaked in a blanket of the Abyss.

Something was clawing at Hibiki's throat, or rather, something was making it numb, but either way it was uncomfortable. Whatever he was laying on was unconfortable too. Something cold, hard, and nothing like his favorite place at all- his bed. He tried laying there still for a few more seconds, wishing for sleep to capture him again, yet to no avail. Feeling around him without opening his eyes, he felt more of the same hard stone until his arm reached out and felt nothing. Hibiki swept out his leg and felt for what he suspected was the ground and that he was elevated on some kind of table.

He wasn't wrong. His shoe sank into the dewy ground, but all Hibiki could register was that it was soft. And so the blue-haired teenager stood up with his eyes barely open in slits, only to lay back down on the ground and let out a sigh of relief.

.

..

...

...?

You know that feeling when your half in and out of sleep, but you know you've slept too long and missed something? This epiphany came over the glasses wearing Ultimate. Blinking up at the blue sky, he sighed and sat up. His uniform let out an earthy scent and would probably need a washing if he didn't wipe it off right away. But hibiki had never been a stickler for the clean and orderly. 'bless this mess' or so that saying goes. He had seen it on pinterest, it had to be a lifestyle, right?

With one hand bracing himself on the stone table he had inhabited before, Hibiki looked around. The table was actually a bench facing a large stone ampitheater, past it a lake. Hibiki had until recently been living in a bustling metropolis, so this was rather off to say the least. The boy stood up and patted his back off, not doing much to the slightly soiled garment.

There seemed to be movement near the tree nearby, but Hibiki didn't give it much thought. Rather, there were two much more pressing matters, well, if you included two problems as a package deal. One problem was his throat and body. His back ached and his throat needed water, there was also the slight hunger eating away at his stomach.

The second problem was that there seemed to be a girl... Who had settled for a nap just like him? Hibiki had never taken a tour of Hope's Peak academy, but there facilities seemed to be quite massive. He headed over to the unconscious girl and took a seat next to her. She seemed to be resting quite peacefully and the blue haired teenager envied her slightly. Wasn't it almost the weekend? He needed his sleep in time.

He laid back next to her, "Hey, it's morning sleepyhead."

Davis Gallo did not remember waking up. He had been laying like this for at least five minutes now, waiting for his memory to come back. This was not something he typically did, but when you woke up on a dirt road with no recollection of how you got there, you might have forgotten something important.

The last thing he remembered was entering hope's peak, and he most certainly wasn't there. Davis could tell just by the temperature. Either he had been out for a long period of time, or he had been moved to a place with a colder climate. He knew he wasn't in new york at least. He had flown to Japan with the idea he would be scouted by Hope's Peak. While this was something most people hoped for, Davis wasn't one of them. People hope if there's a chance for failure, or the situation looks bleak. Davis never hoped, because he knew getting what you wanted was always a matter of of understanding the game and beating it. It was conquest that brought Davis to Hope's Peak, not hope. But none of that explained why he was laying on the ground, outside no less. One possibility was that he had been drugged, but that would mean someone had bested him. And Davis had never lost, and he never will.

The conqueror stood up and checked himself. He was still wearing his red and cream outfit he won off a ”mack daddy pimp.” It was just a red suit with a vest and a long black tie. It looked professional though, and far better on Davis than that other fool. The tie had to be worn loose though. Chest hair was the symbol of a real man, and he displayed his with pride. The conqueror considered ditching the tie, but he had heard Japan was a lot more strict when it came to uniform codes. Hope's Peak would be no different given its reputation. With his uniform gone over, he ran his hands through his hair. Davis's mullet was still there, as was his 9'o clock shadow. Beards were another mark of manliness, but you needed to be careful with them. It was easy to grow them out too long and look like a “mack daddy pimp.” But he liked his shadow, it was just the right lenth for a man of his caliber. Though it was interesting that his hair was still in great shape. If he had been captured for a long period of time, he suspected his captors wouldn't keep his beard and hair trimmed.

Davis was on a road leading to a dock and a few cabins. The dock was not as interesting to him as the cabins, so he went there first. They all looked more or less the same from the outside, and were a little bit smaller than your average studio apartment. He attempted to enter all of them, even called out to see if anyone was around to hear him. But he was met with silence. Davis started to take note of the cameras and monitors mounted around the place. It seemed like very tight security for a camp. And he doubted the monitors were there to show kids PSAs about preventing forest fires. The only reason why you'd need that many monitors was if you wanted to make sure everyone heard an announcement. And off in the distance, he could see a fence that sorrounded the entire camp. Davis tried to think about what this might mean. Overabundance of security, cheap lodging, and enough monitors to display someone's ugly mug all over the island. Even though the possibility was unlikely, it was the only one he could come up with. He had been captured. And if the cabin count was anything to go by, there were at least fifteen other people on this island with him.

“Who am I?”

This is a question Neola Akiyama (Or Akiyama Neola for those of you who insist on applying Japanese writing rules to English text) found herself asking herself any time she woke up. It wasn't that she didn't know who she was, it just wasn't always clear who she was pretending to be. Byakuya would probably get up as casually as possible. No fuss, very focused on whatever task he had to do that day. Sayaka would probably wake up a little slower. vulnerable, but not groggy. She was a pop idol, so this was one of the few times she was allowed to look low energy. Junko would make a big show of getting up. She'd bounce upright quickly enough, but would then proceed to yawn and stretch. Maybe smack her lips a little bit, and play with one of her stuffed bunnies until she was ready for breakfast. Nobody likes it when fashion models complain, since they appear to live such ideal lives. Regardless of what might be troubling them, they need to look glamorus at all times. But alas, there was nothing that really hinted at who Neola was suppose to be. She was naked. Not literally naked, when Neola called herself naked, she was out of costume, exposed. Anyone who looked at her would see Neola instead of who she was suppose to be. Fortunately, her purse was left within arm's reach. With a quick inspection, Neola would see that she had all of her quick change costumes and effects for becoming someone else. This pleased her greatly. She was a bit worried that she might have been separated from it. Neola didn't even notice her phone was missing.

The impersonator didn't see anything unusual in her surroundings. She didn't remember how she got here, but that didn't really concern her. Neola loved being outside, and the air was cool and fresh. There was a woman laying not too far away from her, and Neola figured she was just enjoying nature's splendor. It was getting bright out though, so it probably wasn't a good idea for the girl to be laying there sleeping the day away. If Neola was in character, she'd know exactly what to do. But since she was “naked,” it was hard to make a choice. The impersonator had to look at the girl and consider her options. She needed to wake up, but it needed to be gentle. After some thinking, the impersonator knew what to do. Though as she leaned over the girl, she could hear a shout. This one sounded young and scared. Neola stood up, momentarily forgetting about the white haired girl at her feet. She didn't know who she was, but she knew who she had to be. The impersonator dove behind a tree and used her quick change kit.

”Stop talking.” A beautiful, elegant woman walked out from behind the trees. With just a look, anyone could tell she was from a wealthy family. She had an intense gaze, and no one wanted to be inside of it. ”A real lady can control her pitch at all times, and doesn't need to make such vulgar sounds to get attention. You're wasting my time, don't violate my ears while you're at it.” Neola didn't like being mean to such a cute little girl, but that was her character. ”And you.” She turned to face Alex ”Only a vagrant would leer at a woman like that. What sort of barn were you raised in where it's appropriate for a man to violate a woman's personal space while she sleeps?” Neola kept her dagger eyes focused on Alex.

You retract your hand. It makes sense for one to be alarmed in this situation, and you are... taller than her...

That's when another woman shows up and lectures both of you. You blink your eyes at the forceful woman who just appeared, unsure if she's serious or doing a bit. You guess you should be kind of insulted, but it's not hard to see why there's a misunderstanding. Even still, in spite of a little girl yelling at you, you maintain your placidity, keeping the same facial expression you've had since the moment you woke up...

'Leering'. Is she... talking about how your face normally looks? Ouch.

"I was trying to help her up." You run a hand through your hair. This is actually kind of awkward. You look back at the little girl, still on the ground, then address both of them. "You two can't remember how you got here either right? I couldn't just leave all of you lying here in the grass." You make your way over to the third other person in the field, another girl, and repeat what you did with the small one, bending down and snapping your fingers.

...You're pretty sure this doesn't count as violating personal space.

The man seemed to be… pretty casual about the whole thing. If he was at all stressed, it only really showed with a sigh. Well, that’s fair, that’s just kind of how some people respond in an emergency situation. He can’t be blamed for that. It did nothing to help Hisakawa’s own troubled thoughts, though.

“Ah, okay, so it seems were on the same boat, so to speak, regarding the whole ‘waking up mysteriously in a strange place’ nonsense. Which, you know, that’s fine, this whole thing can be handled.” He said, trying to comfort himself more than the stranger in front of him, “Hey, you wouldn’t happen to have a phone on you, would you? I can’t seem to find mine… You know, since a phone would be very helpful in getting us out of here… Not that I know where we are or anything.” He trailed off, his worries starting to get to him.

Once more, he snapped himself out of it, “Sorry, my mind can get really hyperactive sometimes- usually when I ended up in stressful situations like this. My point is, I have no idea what’s going on here, and I’d like to figure things out as soon as possible, and I presume the same is true for you. And I think getting our hands on a phone would be very helpful.”

Davis Gallo and Flint Asidea

Davis was a conqueror, and conquerors go where they want, when they want to. Just because a door was locked didn't mean it was going to keep him out for long. It was just a log cabin after all, how sturdy could the doors really be? All he needed to do was find something heavy to knock down one of the doors with. If he was a prisoner here, he didn't really care about causing a little bit of property damage. They should have staffed the place with more guards. With that thought in his head, Davis turned around to go to the dock. Surely there was something heavy in there. As he did however, he saw a thin man approaching.

As Flint was walking towards the cabins, he found himself distracted by the foliage growing along the path. Maybe his memory was still failing him, but the trees looked… weird. He became so transfixed, he almost missed the man at the end of the path, wearing a suit and tie in such a manner as to show off as much chest hair as possible.

The conqueror raised an eyebrow at the peculiar man. ”Hey uh, you look lost.” Davis's eyes shifted side to side. ”I'm assuming you just woke up too?

Something about the man was unmistakably familiar. As they got close, Flint stopped and squinted, trying to place where he knew the man. Everything about him gave him an overpowering sense of déjà vu, from the clothing to the odor to the voice he was currently ignoring. Something was wrong here.

Davis folded his arms.. ”You haven't forgotten how to speak, have you? You’d better not be high...

Flint leaned in with no regard for personal space. The more he stared at Davis, the more he was starting to think he was losing his mind. Davis, man of grit that he was, didn’t so much as flinch. After half of a staring competition, Flint backed away a bit, finally speaking up. “Did we meet last night?

...Huh?” Davis gave Flint a sideways glance. ”If we did, I can't remember.” Davis nodded to himself. ”I wouldn't be surprised if I look familiar to you. Did you watch cooking with the stars or marshal mayhem? I appear on TV from time to time.” After chuckling to himself for a few seconds, his smile vanished. ”What were you doing last night?

Fuck. Flint can’t just say he forgot what happened last night, but luckily, it seems Davis doesn’t remember either. He’s positive he didn’t just see Davis on TV. He never watches TV. So… the most convincing lie would be… “Taking cooking lessons.” Flint tries to change the subject. “Do you know the way to Hope’s Peak?

”I don't know...” Davis trailed off. ”I'm sorry, it really bothers me that I can't remember you at all. Did I teach you my famous souffle recipe?”

Flint deflects the question. “My name is Asidea, Flint. I never caught your name.”

Davis smirked. ”Really now? I taught you how to make a delicious souffle, and I never told you my name?

Who said the cooking lesson involved you or your souffles?

Oh, was that detail wrong?” The conqueror adjusted his shirt. Flint hid his incredulity. Is this how normal people live? Guessing details they forget all the time? No, that can’t be right… ” Anyway, I’m Thomas Herringson, ultimate runner.” Davis started to walk past Flint. ”I don't think we're alone here, Flint.

Flint falters for a bit, trailing after Davis Thomas Herringson. “Wait, what do you mean? Why would we be?

Well, you're the first face I've seen around here. And if it wasn't for the sixteen cabins I saw back there, I'd probably assume it was just you and me out here in the wilderness. I must admit I just woke up not too long ago, so there is still a lot I need to see, as I don’t remember much of anything. ”He did not look at Flint as he continued down the path. ”I think it will be interesting to hear what everyone remembers. I wonder if I'm the only one who forgot yesterday, or if you're the only one who remembers it.” Davis looked over his shoulder, still wearing that smirk. Flint raises an eyebrow. Is he trying to say something? ”You asked about hope's peak, you wouldn't happen to be a student there as well, would you? What is your talent?

I guess you could say that, but… Flint looked directly at Thomas... Hrmmm… “You’re hiding something from me, aren’t you?

Well, it actually makes me really happy to hear you say that, Flint.” Davis turned around to face him. ”Because I don't fully trust you either. I've just woken up and I've been approached by someone who claims they know more than me. Moreover, you seem to know me, but won’t disclose how or why. You also dodge simple questions, and seem to have an incomplete knowledge of how things work around here. This seems oddly suspicious for someone who is suppose to remember ‘yesterday’. ” Davis kept on talking. He didn't give flint a chance to respond. ”So I have two theories Flint. The first one is that you're involved with my memory loss, and me waking up wherever the hell we're supposed to be. The second one is that you're just as confused as I am, but you're lying about what you know because you're scared or...” Davis shrugged. ”Who knows? It's not important. But I can't trust either of those people. So I'm going to continue exploring until I have a more complete idea of my current situation. I'd prefer if you stayed out of my way until I'm finished.

He seems to be taking the situation quite seriously. He raises some good points, and it’d probably be better if you see what he’s talking about for yourself. Even so… “Can you at least tell me your real name?” Flint stares hard at the man. Something about him bothers Flint.

Why should I tell you anything? I just said-

It begins with a ‘D’, doesn’t it?

Davis's eyes momentarily widened, but then then he fret his brow. ”Is that suppose to mean something? You can guess the first letter of my name? How do I know you don't know the whole thing?” He groaned. ”It's Davis.” The conqueror prepared to turn around. ”So maybe you have heard of me. I still don't trust you. But if you'd like, we can explore the place together, see if there's anyone else around here.

I’ll pass.” Flint said without any hesitation. They continued walking in silence until reaching the crossroads. “See you around though.” Davis nodded and headed north. All conquerors go north. That’s where Babylon is. Flint headed south, solely because it was in the opposite direction.

I know that guy was high off something. I mean, who hasn't heard of Davis Gallo?

Aurel Fuchs

So this was it huh?

Aurel just stood there with all his luggage, alone to his thoughts as he stared up. Beyond these gates therein lied his new future - Hopes Peak Academy. This was the prestigious place where so many amazing people came to, right? Fidgeting around, the young thief brought up a finger to his mouth, chewing at it as his head swiftly whipped to each side, taking in the surroundings.

Trees glistening in the sunlight as leaves swirled around him, the iron grated fence was... rather imposing, not that it helped that there was a giant tower of a school behind it all. Out of all, any people who could of came here, it had to be him... for being an expert thief... or the ultimate thief?

Really, it didn't matter.

The only thing that was plastered on his face were his furrowed brows with a small frown as he continued to nibble at his finger... focus Aurel, this is your new future, you can do this.

Tearing his finger away, he gulped in a breath of fresh air as he took a step forward.

...

...

...?

What wasn't he just?

Urgh...

As the dream faded away, the boy began rolling his head around a bit before he began gently tapping at the tiles with his fingertips. Cold, very cold. Groaning emanated from the slumped over man in the bathroom as he began tracing the tiles for a few seconds. Eventually, Aurel finally began to slowly open his eyes as a shiver was sent down his spine, waking up from the constant haze that swirled around his head. Everything around the room was blurry, making it difficult to figure out just where the heck he was.

Then the sun shone through a window, the waves of light crashed against his eyes as he moved his head up, causing the boy to clench his teeth and hiss as he held the back of a hand up to shield his eyes. Blinking, he turned away to survey the area around him as he raised his other hand to rub his shoulder.

Laminated looking doors that looked to be around his... hm, no, they weren't his height, they were probably an inch or three higher than him, he couldn't exactly tell. Some of them were wide open whilst others were shut. Raising a finger, he began quickly counting each of them, drawing his finger along each side of them. "Sixteen," he groggily murmured before pressing his hand against the tiles and slowly rising up.

He went to his full height for a moment, averting his gaze from the window sill as he rolled and popped his neck, giving him a nice cracking sound as he began to stretch as he went over everything. As his hands rose towards the ceiling, he began thinking over what he saw here. The facility, for the most part looked clean as a whistle; there wasn't a single spec of gunk or wear and tear from first glance.

Bending over, he began to try and touch his toes, grunting as he easily reached them. There was a sink at the end of the hallway, multiple faucets, one large basin, seemingly for multiple people. He was going to assume that he was slumped over in front of the door based on the fact that he noticed a knob when bending over to touch his toes.

As he continued to stretch, he swore someone yelped and cried out from the fifth stall on his right side and he was not going to deal with that. Pressing his back against the door, he had no intentions of staying here any longer, rather getting the heck out of dodge! Just... what was happening?

One hand was being nipped at with his teeth as he pivoted around, slowly reaching out to grasp at the door knob. Slowly, he shakily pushed the door open, ensuring that he would leave a single creak or sound...

... and instead was bombarded with a chill entering the bathroom. Aurel's teeth began chattering for a moment as he took a gander at his surroundings, slouching over as he began peeking about. No, he didn't care for no test, he cared more about why he was here and... how did he get here exactly? The fact that he was standing in front of the academy... no, that wasn't a dream. What was... what?

He didn't understand... no way he could. It was impossible. Blinking, he stepped out into the area, letting the door close behind him with a resounding thud. Aurel began taking in a deep breath as much as he did the surroundings.

... a fence... it looked pretty oppressing and did not look like the kind of thing he could clear, at least from first inspection. Hm. How did he shift from the stone path of Hopes Peak to... this? Was he ambushed and kidnapped? That was the only explanation he could come up with before his ears were met with a sudden onslaught of loud cursing. Cringing, he instinctively reached into his pockets for some earplugs... wait.

They weren't there. He distinctly remembered placing them in his left pocket. Well, the irony wasn't lost on him, but the sound of another human-being caused his ears to perk up.

The voice was... harsh and came from his left, not too far along the path. Gazing at the figure, they seemed to be a lot shorter than him, but he wasn't going to bother learning anything else from him as he quickly dashed to the clearing in between the buildings, out of sight.

Not that it mattered; he didn't have much of a presence anyways.

As he went in between them, he swiftly pressed his back against... whatever this... cabin was? So cabins, huh? He didn't exactly expect Japan to have any, but what did he know. Peering around the corner, he heard and saw another figure being upfront towards the screaming man, platinum hair, frills, etc.

Her dress was pretty, but the personality seemed to be... forceful, a far cry from what she was wearing. There was also the fact she was brandishing a table leg and looked ready to almost bash him if he didn't adhere to what she said.

As much as he wanted to figure out what was even going on, he needed to focus. One breath in, one breath out. First thing to do was investigate this place and find a way out of here... and he did not want to run into either of these two at the moment. Breathing in and breathing out, Aurel clenched his fist tightly before letting it breathe as he made his way towards the dirt track.

Before he knew it, he was walking towards the duo... and passed by both of them, adjusting his goggles and brushing his white hair out of the way. He was certain they didn't take note of him as he kept an eye on the fence, largely pretending that the purple haired lad with another plausible instrument strapped to his back didn't exist.

All he had to do now was not garner attention and keep walking down this dirt road; after all, it would take him somewhere eventually.

Taka Tsuin

...Well, at least that was out of his system now. Setting the initial disbelief aside, Taka took a deep breath and reassessed his situation. He stared off into the distance of the camp, a little lost in thought. Part of his line of sight was blocked by a small forest of trees off to his top left and some cabins to the right. Gargantuan metal fence aside, there wasn't much out of the ordinary in this place. Taka was about to take a step forward and start exploring the place, but his attention was caught in the nick of time by a female voice off to the right of him. He turned to look at her, entirely unimpressed by the way she was looking at him.

(Are you kidding me?! I don't even know this chick and she's already looking down on me!)

Taka clenched up his fist as he felt the anger inside him start to boil already. The boy couldn't stand people like her. He wasn't just some brochure you could pick up off the street, flip through and then toss into the garbage can. Still, Taka couldn't afford to make enemies. Not yet, anyway. He was just as stuck here as the girl opposite to him, judging from the way she was talking, so the smart thing to do was to play along for now and not make enemies, loathed as he is to do it.

"Some sort of camping ground, clearly. Don't ask me where, though."

Taka scoffed and looked away from the girl he was talking to, feeling a light breeze pass by him. Did something just fly by? He sure didn't notice anything or anyone, so it must've been his imagination. Figures were still moving in the distance but it got a little hard to see with all the stuff covering his field of view. Standing around wasn't going to change much, clearly. His head turned back to face the other person again, his frown matching her complete lack of emotion. He slipped one hand into his pocket, but let himself hang loose otherwise.

"Fine, I'll tag along. I'd like to know what's going on as well, and I won't figure much out by standing around. Lead the way."

It seemed like Taka had no clue where they were as well. The fact that he clenched his fist and scoffed at Snow meant he wasn’t happy with her actions, and that didn’t surprise her. But instead of being hostile towards her, Taka tried to bury it; he was complacent, and Snow liked that trait. Taka was obviously judging her, but he accepted Snow regardless, like a good citizen that listens to its corrupt government simply out of sloth or ignorance. Not that Snow was corrupt; it just made her life easier if people obeyed her unconditionally.

But alas, it seemed he misunderstood some of her words.

“I will not be leading your way, you are simply here to satisfy my curiosity-“ Snow folded her arms and turned her head sideways, her eyes gazing towards the fence, “Don’t expect me to babysit you.” She then bluntly turned towards Taka and took a few steps towards him, invading his personal space; table-leg still in hand. “But you already knew that, you are just using me to satisfy your curiosity as well, so you should be happy to assist me.”

As Snow got closer to Taka, it dawned on her that he was taller than her and though that didn’t scare her, it made her intimidation look kind of silly. Nonetheless, now that she was so close to Taka, her hazel colored gaze started scanning his face, completely disregarding his emotions; as she was so focused on the cross-dresser, she completely missed Aurel sneaking by; but that didn’t matter, because she realized something.

Snow didn’t know why, but now that Taka was so close, a sense of anxiety burrowed into her head. Although she dismissed Taka’s hostility earlier, he could be lying; in fact, it was ignorant to assume that he was telling the truth. He could easily act like he just woke up here like Snow to make her feel comfortable around him; but for what reason? Was he simply observing her, making sure she didn’t do anything to harm the big master plan of whoever put her here? Or was this boy the actual person who planned it all out? As her mind started thinking of possible scenarios, her outward appearance started changing as well. Her confident posture slumbered into caution, her expression turned vigilant, and she gripped the table-leg more tightly.

“Say…what do you remember of yesterday?”

While it may have been the most idiotic thing to do in this situation, Kara had squeezed her eyes shut after screaming. She knew that the man in front of her was too big to get away in time so she had resigned herself to being grabbed. But then she heard a girl's voice, which was strange, to say the least.

Kara looked past the man to see a girl that didn't look like she had spent a day of her life outside. Someone that didn't seem to have any time to spend on empathy of sympathy of any kind. In reality, the girl was starting to scare her even more than the man was. Kara shuddered but didn't know what to do, so she stayed in the same position on her elbows.

Once the girl finished her rather harsh insults, the man moves away from her and Kara lets out an inward relieved sigh. As he moved away, Kara moved up onto her knees, ignoring that her dress might get stained as she watched the man snap his fingers next to another unconscious girl's face. Had he done that same for her.

"U-Um... Excuse me, you said you don't remember how you got here?" It wasn't exactly the smartest question, but Kara was clearly dumbfounded by the situation. She had expected to be violently carried away or something, but not insulted by her actions. Kara didn't know what to do about the women, she made her far too uneasy. Instead, Kara stood up and brushed off her dress and walked over to where the man was kneeling by the unconscious girl, "Did you just wake up too?"

Yamagata Ando, Tsuin Taka, & Iclyn Snow

Interacting with : Each other
Collaboration between : @alexfangtalon, @Ammokkx, & @addamas

As Ando looked around at his surroundings trying to determine what he wanted to do, he heard a loud bang just to his right. Some guy stomped out of the building next to the one Ando had exited and seemingly was throwing a hissy fit. Next, the guy screamed out to the world sounding like a disgruntled teen who had just broken their phone. From the looks of him he seemed just as lost as Ando felt, but oddly enough something about the person seemed familiar. Ando was pretty sure he had never met the guy before, but before Ando could approach the boy another character appeared from the next building over.

The girl seemed to be slightly frightened maybe? No, a more proper term may be anxious. Either way, she soon approached the loud teen and instead of asking questions more or less demanded answers. It was still pertinent information that they needed answers to. Ando then decided to approach the two seeing as they were most likely in the same boat he was.

He already could tell he wasn't going to like either of these people. One was abrasive and just an outright twit. The other seems to think she was the queen or something because she was looking down on the person she was obviously asking help of despite phrasing it differently. He was about to speak up and stop them until he heard the final thing she said. Other than it actually being a question it made Ando start thinking. Typically Ando lived day to day so remembering things that had already happened was somewhat irritating but now that he was trying it really confused him.

What had he been doing yesterday? Wasn't he supposed to be going to Hope's Peak? It was obvious he wasn't supposed to be here. Also, if she was asking that question then he wasn't the only one being stumped right now. "Well, I don't know about ponytail here but the last thing I remember is I was supposed to be going to my new high school. Hope’s Peak to be precise."

Taka turned to the purple-haired guitarist with the same scowl he showed the platinum-haired girl.

“I have a name. It’s Taka Tsuin, not ponytail.” he growled to Ando, arms crossed. “And, for the record, I don’t recall anything from last night. I was sleeping and woke up only a few moments ago,” he continued in a less aggressive tone of voice, turning back to face Snow.

Both Ando and Taka don’t remember anything, that guitarist even said that he went to Hope’s Peak before waking up here, just like Snow. At this point it was unlikely that they were both lying, since they seemed total strangers to each other; so accepting their words, Snow took a step back from Taka and regained her usual posture.

“I see, that must mean we were somehow put to sleep before entering Hope’s Peak.” Snow placed a hand under her chin, increasing her thought process. “I don’t know why anyone would kidnap kids only to leave them to their devices on a closed off campsite; I suppose Hope’s Peak is a prestigious school, and our captors could no doubt exchange us for a large ransom. But it makes no sense to just leave us here unchecked.” She looked at the two boys in front of her with a questioning look, clearly expecting a response.

As if ignoring Taka proclaiming his name, ”There are cameras and monitors all over the place, and the fence appears too tall to climb. Most likely if we tried something they would stop us because I’m sure that going to this great length to gather us here means they won’t just let us leave.” Ando then looked off into the distance and then posed a question, ”I doubt they’d only settle with three. Especially with how large our surroundings appear to be. How many more of us do the two of you think there could be?”

“Well why don’t we find out?” Taka chimed in again, pointing off towards the other end of the forest-like area. “Earlier, I saw figures movin’ from over there. No doubt there’s more of us in other areas, though.”

The boy crossed his arms and frowned, looking off to the side before adding one more piece to the conversation.

“However, if what you’re tellin’ me is true, then you two have Super High School Level talents too. How’d you figure they could sneak up on the bunch of us? ...though, knowing her, I don’t doubt they’d have any trouble getting me…” the boy finished with a mumble, his face tightening as he spoke that last sentence.

Who’s her? “It’s irrelevant how they got us here, they simply did.” It looked like Snow didn’t want to talk about how she was captured, most likely because it implicated Snow’s incapability of defending herself. Rather she turned towards Ando, as his question sparked some worrying thoughts.

“If I were you I’d stay clear of anyone you encounter, they’re more likely our captors then hostages, i’m sure I don’t need to explain more.” She wasn’t really warning the others out of empathy, but letting them make mistakes would only bite her in the ass. In fact, now that she’s interacted with Taka and Ando, she was already stuck with them. If they left and got captured or even interacted with anyone, they could mention Snow without even thinking about it. Her only choice now was accompanying them to make sure they didn’t do anything stupid, though she’d never admit that.

“But, if you simply must go and find other people, I suppose I can accompany you. Though I still think we should know what we’re up against before getting more people involved.” she groaned.

*clap, clap, clap* Ando gave the most believable grateful smile, ”Oh, I must thank you for your sharing of the abundant wisdom within you. If ponytail and I had gone out there alone we may have blindly trusted the first person we came across.” The moment he finished his statement the smile instantly wiped from his face and he stopped clapping.

He then started backing away from the two. ”Look, your obviously not thinking rationally at this point. If we know how they got us then we can develop a notion as to why we are here and how powerful they are. There is also the potential that someone may do something stupid so getting everyone we can find together to formulate a plan is the best idea here. If you wanna go be Sherlock Holmes then be my guest. Having someone like you around will just turn people off from working together.” Ando then looked at Taka waiting to see what his opinion on the matter was.

Taka’s glare was pointed squarely at Ando now, with the cross-dresser putting his right foot forward once the other had taken a step back.

“Hey, bastard! If you’re looking to pick a fight, then you’re doing great! Don’t go insultin’ others like that, ‘cause your smartass attitude isn’t going to help anybody either!”

Taka groaned and turned away from the two others. The boy turned his head only a little bit as he spoke up again. “I’m getting fed up talking to either of you. I’m going to check out the other side of that forest.”

With that said, Taka took off in the general direction towards the amphitheater.

Snow didn’t expect to be treated with such sarcasm; she was under the impression that Ando was a decent person, but as he started clapping, his personality took a turn for the worse. Even though she was used to such behavior, it still made her look at her feet to avoid Ando’s gaze.

But then Snow cheeks turned red as Taka spoke out against the mocking guitarist; he actually stood up for Snow. Of course if he didn’t leave right after, she would still scold him and tell him to mind his own business, but it looked like he was already going to; so Snow merely stood there while the two boys went in opposite directions; table-leg still in hand.

You could say that Snow had a rough start, but really; this was nothing special. It was unfortunate that she would no longer get assistance, but at least she didn’t have anyone to hold her back. With that attitude, Snow started walking down the east road.

Scoffing Ando turned away from the two and headed west to go to the Mess Hall.

Reo

The man that Reo talked to seemed pretty stressed about it all, and he kept stuttering and repeating questions. "Dude. Chill. It's not like we're dying or anything." He responded. It wasn't easy for Reo to get stressed up about much anything, the only times were whenever he had to meet a very close deadline, or he was dealing with someone extremely stubborn.

"Alright, lets see if i have my phone." Reo said, reaching into the pockets of his coat, followed by checking his pants. "Nope. If it's not on my person, then someone probably took it, so i doubt we'll just find it lying around." The LARPer then jumped from the table, landing squarely on his feet on the opposite side of the table from the man who had awoken him. "Let's head out and see if anyone else is here." Reo signaled for the man to follow as he headed for the door.

"Right. My name is Suzuki Reo." He turned around once the man caught up and extended his hand, a light smile on his face. "Nice to meet ya."

Hisakawa blushed a little bit. He started wringing his hands, making eye contact with the floor, “You’re right. I feel a little silly… Though I suppose it's not death I’m worried about.” Was that a weird thing to say? Maybe. It was true, though- he didn't think he was going to die anytime soon. He shaked his arms out a little bit, before putting his hands in his pockets.

“Alright, let's see if I have my phone.”

He perked up when the strange man said this, watching closely as he reached into his pocket, but deflated when he pulled out nothing, and deflated further at the man’s words. After giving himself a moment of thought, he responded “You’re probably right. But… it doesn't matter. This situation can be handled, regardless of if either of us have a phone. It just needs to be handled quickly.” He said, a new sense of vigor running through him. Now on a mission, he acted and spoke with purpose. Seeing the man gesturing for him to follow, he did so- it was a good idea to go out and get a better understanding of what’s going on, and he didn’t really have a reason to not work with this guy. After all, they’re on the same boat.

“Right. My name is Suzuki Reo. Nice to meet ya.”

The man- no, Suzuki- turned around and held his hand out. Hisakawa took his hand and shaked it, “I’m Hisakawa Hiroki. It’s nice to meet you as well.” He returned the smile, pulling his hand away after the shake, “Well then, let’s get right to it, shall we?” He pushed the door open (ah, it’s a little chilly out!), and held it open for Suzuki to walk through.

From here, Hisakawa could already see that there were more people out here, including a rather irritated purple-haired man who seemed to be coming their way. He waved to him. It looks like they were far from alone.

The corner stone of reality. A plethora of multiplying divergences, accumulating in the peripherals of existence, dividing and spreading like a cancer across the galaxy. Expanding outwards. Reaching, and clawing, across the open skies and dawns of void, seeping light into cracks of the subconscious in psychedelic chromatograms, burning like a supernova. A cataclysm of emotion, thoughts, beliefs, teachings, and all manner of concepts.

Sat alone in a chair, beset in darkness pierced by radiant, blue light, casting shadows upon drawn curtains and morally challenged walls. They held many secrets, listened with ears of thin veiled protection and watched with silent precision. Observing, but never speaking, muted against their own grey, monochromatic purpose. Divide. Seal. Uphold. Binding secrets never to be divulged.

The grass had a certain quality to it. Real and incorporeal to the senses. Soft against the flesh, nonexistent to perception, instead a frayed and worn carpet, eroded with years until the wooden floor underneath expressed itself in feeling, creeping in through the fibres. Soaking through. It was cold. It had the expression of age, of wisdom. It was like the walls.

Perhaps that's what made them special. And the desk, and the wooden bed frame, and the purple wardrobe, and the pen pot, beside a crowded notepad, illuminated by the monitor mere inches away, and the cable of a keyboard and mouse. Perhaps their history had left them with an impression - they had heard, and they had witnessed, but never spoken. Nothing spoke.

The fresh air was not too dissimilar. They had awoken much the same, unheated in the mornings of winter months. Or had they woken too early? Insomnia plagued the walls, it was true - they had their fair share of issues, much the same as every component in the room. The sum total of their parts made a comforting prison, but their flaws alone were pitiful sights. They could hear everything but speak of nothing. They could accrue knowledge and insight, but never share their wisdom - never leak their... darkest secrets.

This was her reality. Walls of secrets, marking corners of darkness, over a carpeted sea of paced steps in anxiety, adorned with the desk of malicious tendency, and the tools of destruction. The curtains bled through little light, the void of dawn a solemn toned reminder of the hour. They all awoke too early. Such a shame, too - they were just developing a nice little sleeping habit.

But that was in the past now. They were awake. Awake and alive and knocking. A rap against a nondescript door. Knocking, knocking, knock, knock. The walls bustled with life - awake from morning, awake from sleep. Awake from being awake. Knocking, knocking, growing in volume and intensity. Growing from the carpet like vines, like a cancer, the twisting colour of psychedelic illusions. Knock, knock, snap.

Snap? And her eyes opened.

"..." a morally challenged, grey speech. Her eyes flickered open, to windows of purple glass, marked with the black circle of vision. Sprawled out on the carpet. Sunlight streaming through the curtains. Or... she couldn't quite tell. Where was she? The scene was unfamiliar. Such dreams weren't uncommon, but the walls were seldom so imaginative. Seldom so realistic.

Such dreams were incoherent. The light streaming through the curtains... Morning already? The clouds did naught to spare her vision. Having been closed for so long, they barely remembered what light looked like. She preferred the curtains closed. The carpet had grown, too. No longer did the wooden floor underneath dig its way through their tightly knit fibres. It was soft, but it wasn't her colour. It was too natural.

Letting her fist clench, feeling returning to her fingers, and the rest of her body, her nails dug into the dirt upon which she laid. She was outdoors... how had that happened? It wasn't so much that she hated the outside, but rather, it wasn't as fun. Sure, there were lots of things you could do, like sport and picnics... but she didn't have much fun with those kinds of things. She wasn't very fit, and the insects always got on the food. The walls were much better.

The expanse of greenery left her dehydrated throat at a loss for words. In the drowsy awakening from dreams, things often blurred together. Nothing was as it should be. Her muscles moved to make sound but none came out. Was it some kind of curse, or had drugs robbed her of speech? Her other hand clenched similarly, but gripped something different altogether; no dirt, but cold metal. The feeling returned, and with it did memories.

And someone was sat in front of her. Was that the knocking, the rapping at her door? How polite, but she was sleeping - it wasn't nice to wake sleeping people. That said it did look like morning... how long had she been sleeping for? The lights must have sung a sweet lullaby for her to sleep so soundly. The metal felt cold to the touch, her head tilting to take it in as she sat up, slowly at first but increasing in speed with each passing microsecond, until her body was upright, knees drawn to her chest,, defensively.

How strange a place. Such bright colours, a new person... new feelings. But no walls. A brief wave of anxiety hit her, drawing away what little moisture remained in her mouth, but was quickly diluted in further sleep deprivation. Why did they have to wake her up? Why wasn't she at home? Who was this person? Where was...

In a turn of her head, her vision spied the object of her desire, and she quickly reached to pick it up. Rosetta. The walls had gifted it to her, and the lights had bestowed it a name. Rosetta... Worn in places, patched with off coloured white clothe to bring back a whole to the dis-repaired. It was only slightly dirty, luckily, but still in a sorry state. She went to speak an apology to the stuffed rabbit, but no words escaped.

Oh, of course. How silly of her. She placed the rabbit on her lap, and brought the metal device to her face, tapping the screen a few times, before drawing her hand away.
"Hello." the speakers emitted, just one of the many preset sounds that she had added for convenience, "I am Lilly." they were robotic, producing a synthesised female voice, only barely discernible as in their late twenties.

The walls hadn't gifted this to her. The lady had called it a Vocalised Audio Synthesiser. The lady... the Ultimate Inventor. She had commissioned a device like this in order to talk. She needed to talk. She was mute, after all. The doctors had tried everything, but she couldn't talk. Lilly would never talk. She giggled a little, on the inside, her body mimicking the sound in movement, without producing sound. She didn't hear her name often. It was funny hearing it.

But there was something terribly wrong with the situation. Lilly tilted her head, looking her fellow in the eyes, piercing them with her violet gaze. This wasn't Hope's Peak! She was meant to be going to Hope's Peak Academy, the big school place for people who do cool stuff. She did cool stuff too. She was the Ultimate Hacker.

But it didn't look like there were any computers about. The walls would get mad if she didn't practice. Everyday, gotta practice, stop yourself from losing your edge. You're an Ultimate student now. They might accept you, but lose your edge and they'll throw you out. You wouldn't want that, would you? Think about all the benefits having the name of Hope's Peak behind you. Didn't it close though? It's still a great school.

"Where are we?" she typed out on the keypad, the woman's voice mirroring, distorted through the software, but smooth in her speech. Whoever designed the program was a genius. She was so lucky to have the fortune of getting in contact with them! And they were very nice in building it. It must have cost a fortune... but she had the money. Wait, where was her wallet..? The walls wouldn't be happy about that...

Something was wrong. This wasn’t the cushioned sofa Alice was so used to. She was laying on her back in a… cave? No, Alice could see the sun through her closed eyes. But the material her back felt like she was lying on a slab of stone. Which meant that Alice was not where she last went to sleep. Unless there was a stonehenge recreation on the floor next to her favourite couch, Alice couldn't piece together how she ended up on a slab on stone. Which meant that someone had moved her. Something was definitely wrong. What happened? Did Alice sleepwalk into a local stone quarry. Or…

Alice would confront those issues as they came. Time to get up. Deal with one issue at a time. Alice had to figure out where she was. Alice placed both of her palms on opposite sides of her and pushed herself to her feet in a single motion. Having done this, she also opened her eyes and saw- a theatre? Like one of those things one would see in a history textbook about Greece? How far did Alice go? Just what was happening. Why did Alice feel like she was forgetting something?

She looked around her surroundings, taking everything in. She saw the seating of the theatre, and she saw No one. Because they were either hiding or already looking at Alice. One problem at a time. Alice could see behind the Amphitheatre seating some cabins in the distance, and behind those a dock and lake. She could also see several individuals out in the open. She wondered if they knew anything about why Alice had woken up here, although it was entirely possible that other people were in the same situation she was. Generally, when Alice didn’t know what was going on, everyone else didn’t either. She could also see a fence and gate on the other side of the seating, and finally deduced that they were in a campgrounds of some sort. Alice was satisfied that she had figured out everything that she could from her position on the stage. Except that there may or may not have been a person watching her? The narrator was not sure, and thus Alice was unable to figure this out. Probably?

She slowly walked to the edge of the stage, stretching her arms with resounding cracks, and jumped off of it. The fall wasn’t that steep, but her landing was still impressively resolutely. She hardly missed a beat as she sauntered towards the Gate. Because she felt a sudden and unexplainable urge to remove herself from this situation. She moved elegantly, and silently, and idly ran her hands down her waist to her skirts before returning them to her side. She had nothing on her, and that was to be expected. A mechanic doesn’t sleep with their wrench.
