Would there be any objections to me fast tracking us all to Legion's End? All I can think of for a post involved Gerad activating his construct, and that has a 'Minimum Safe Distance' that we should really be outside of.
@Athol I do not mind at all. I was anticipating everyone's OC boarding the flight back and then having Gerad pull the trigger. You suggestion may work as well. Do not hesitate ask me for any assistance you require.
I am working on a post (slowly but surely), but I have a for @ShiningSector and/or @Arthanus. Is there other NPC crew on Legion's End? (ie: Someone to take the helm while Sven is flying the Crimson Fang)
@ShiningSector Okay, I've tried to work my post so it could be taken as either there is other crew on Legion's End or that Sven could be flying it under remote control (Which given that he's an AI, should be plausible).

>>>Personality:
Calculating, Intelligent, flirtatious and greedy are the main aspects of her. Anyone that says otherwise is either a love struck fool or oblivious as all hell. Although she is all of this, she hates lying. Unless there is no alternative, she refuses to lie. She kill, hide to gain advantage, confuse her targets, keep secrets from friends, blackmail, and even twist the truth to a degree and enjoy it, but she won't lie without really good reason. She doesn't mind people (guys) looking at her, but any time one has touched her, she hurts them, badly. Being touched by others is very high on her dislikes and likes, depending on the person. She likes reptilian species and analyzing ancient or unknown artifacts. She despises hot and dry places, and detests a lack of basic manners.
>>>Bio:
Ducaelia was born on the Vandrell home world, and hated every bit of it. Her family were all members of the military in one form or another, be it scout, analyst, soldier, guard, researcher; it did't matter. This made her have a strict upbringing which she did everything she could to spite her family. She would go do things no proper Vandrell would normally do, or go to ruins and museums to get away from her family. They wanted her to join the royal guard if possible, but she essentially spit in their faces when, after years of brutal work and training, joined what was essentially special forces. She didn't care that they were disappointed that she would almost never step another foot on the planet again. Nor did she care that her life wouldn't slow down for her for the next forty years. As the years went on, and more missions were completed, she gained new scars and replacement limbs. She was never sure if she supported such a thing, because it made her closer to being "ascended", which she didn't like most who went through with the process. Eventually, she had a heart failure, and it was either ascend or die. She spent a whole month in a medical ward on a station, deciding on whether she wanted to accept death or not. Then, the last day she had to decide, her father came to visit her. He had ascended long ago. "I know you better than anyone, my little breaker. And I know you would let yourself die, just to spit me. But I haven't come her to make you do anything, but rather make things right." She was surprised, but intrigued. "You see, I never wanted you to be something you didn't want, but I also wanted you to be better than the rest of the family and not be ridiculed for your choices. I have failed in that regard, so I wish to apologize, 'cause if I know you, you'd decide death is better than an existence as a machine. So I'm sorry, for all I've done to you that made you hate me. I simply wanted what was best for you." This changed her mind about so many things, and it made her feel horrible. So this is what she told her father; "You don't have to apologize for anything father, for I will be ascended and you and mom, especially mom, have to deal with more bad decisions. 'Cause no one gives me pity!" She thanked her father after that and after ascending, left the military to become a hired assassin and saboteur. For years that's how t was, till she met Cross. He was talking to her target, wrapping up a contract, ad she was nice enough to let them finish before killing her target ad guards quickly and then leaving her call card in Cross's mouth.
>>>Relationships:
Silas Cross: "Why lil' captain has a good heart, mind and soul for a mercenary. He's just too nice for his own good. Yeah, he may kill for a livin', but what you do doesn't define who you are."
Sven: "I'm not a fan of most of my brethren, but Sven has me around his finger, even if he makes the worst jokes in the galaxy. But if he grabs at my ass again, I'll make sure he'll never fix his optics to even look at it!"
Gerald: "I can talk to the guy and be comfortable doing so, for I like his pragmatism. But he's like a large toddler when it comes to technology."
Cyne Zarubom: "An odd man to say the least. He seems to take more pleasure than I do killing others."
Macklyn Setzyr: "He hides himself behind a mask like a common thief. He truly can't deal with himself can he? Almost makes me feel bad for him, if it weren't for his laughin' at Sven's jokes. That deserves punishment."
Ghazruk: "That disgusting oafish beast is absolutly filthy! You can't count the amount of contaminants he brings on board after a mission! And he is so thick headed I'm surprised he's survived this long!"
1. Listen to the GM(s), If you have a complaint tell me. I am not an evil dictator and if I am wrong I will admit it. 2. Romance and Gore allowed, But keep it in good taste and in site rules 3. Now not all characters will play nice with each other I understand that, but keep the disputes in the RP not in OOC 4. Be civilized and polite please 5. All basic RP rules apply to this roleplay: Power playing, Meta gaming, and others are not allowed. 6. The story isn't exactly set, If you have an idea for a mission feel free to pm me the details and I'll try to work it in. 7. Copy the rules into a Hider in the "other" of your cs so I know you read them. 8. Get into your character's skin become him or her as you are playing have fun and give us insight into their thoughts. 9. Try to keep active, in both the IC and OOC pages please. And even if you don't have anything to say, at least read the OOC
@Athol Fantastic post! Really liked how you went into detail about the FTL; I had the same exact thinking. Also, my bad about not getting back to you about the Legion's End bit. We were under the idea about having the ship being controlled by Sven remotely though I am thinking about shifting the idea to have other personnel on board. That'll come later though.
I'll be getting a post together soon and go over the after-mission "consequences".
@Dealdric Always happy to see another recruit. You SC is pretty solid as well as your OC. I'll check in with @Arthanus about final approval. Currently though, we're just about to wrap up this arc of the story. I am currently exploring avenues about introducing your OC though I can at least see Ducaelia participating in the next mission for sure.
Hey guys just popping in to give a bit of a heads up. First I'm not dead! Looms like I'm getting to a point with work where I'll have a bit of free time again and we are just finishing up our move. I'll spend the next day or two catching up on what I missed then I'll get up a post. For now some down time on the ship for everyone to talk if you wish.
@Dealdric I like the character and you even gave me a nice little way to call your character in to join up into our next mission. I'll accept.
