Personality:
For the most part, Sonya is the older, female-flipped version of her baby brother Sonic; easy-going, determined, and self-confident, she's quite clever, vain, cocky and, almost-obsessively, looking for opportunities that would satisfy her need for freedom and adventure, whilst having to evade obstacles that would potentially prevent her from doing so. For this desire to be met above all else, Sonya is frequently on the move, quite literally, having to become very headstrong, impatient, and short-tempered, to the point of becoming quite displeased with anyone getting in the way of her goal. Usually the more mature and methodical of the two siblings, Sonya is the one who rarely gets impulsive; she’s really confident in using her intellect, when getting out of opposing situations.
Despite her superficial attitude and "drifting" tendencies, she's truly a kind, creative, and genuinely-caring person, who shows extreme resentment towards anyone wishing her friends, and/or loved-ones, any harm. Her bond with Sonic, Esmeralda, and Scourge are undoubtedly her most important relationships; ones that define the vulnerabilities behind her strong and stubborn character. Comically, since she is never too far away, and rarely seen without Sonic by her side, people often mistaken them as being "together", with the answer always being “no".
