Down in Middle Earth, an ancient Elven race had lived peacefully within Fangorn Forest under the rule of Lady Hermia and King Lavendar. With their benevolent alliance with the Dwarves of Erebor, these beings have shared their smithcraft, guardianship, and unbreakable wisdom with the line of Durin's Folk for centuries. In tradition of Dwarven royalty, each Elf is chosen as a blessed godparent to any dwarf that has come to birth under the royal line, and their duty was to keep the child alive to the break of death. After King Thrain's only daughter, Dis, gave birth to two Dwarven boys, the choosing of an Elven godparent was decided: The Fangorn leaders' only daughter, Saeril (my OC). After being chosen, she feels that there was no point to approach. She didn’t feel ready...
As the Dwarven siblings grew in the Blue Mountains, Saeril, now knowing their names as Kili and Fili, had watched their every move from the shadows, whilst never having the instinct to approach them in personal. The two brothers, mostly Kili, the youngest, had felt her shadowy presence watching over them, and tries communicating with her, but Saeril never made herself visually known. Instead, she sent them gifts from nature and letters to stay in communication. Believing her to be a spirit, they called her "Delva", meaning "endearment" in Khuzdul. A few years passed, and Saeril was nowhere in sight; shortly after Smaug the Terrible had forced the Dwarves of Erebor to go into exile, the Elves of Fangorn have lost their will to live longer. All, except for one.
In a time most unknown, Saeril was captured by an unknown force, where the darkness had deformed the pure elf into becoming a vicious creature with wings and horns, with sharper nails and molars, having to corrupt her mind into striking chaos and fear across Middle-Earth.
With her mind in corruption, Saeril sent Orc general Azog, to cause destruction upon the Dwarven kingdom of Moria, unknowingly sending a bounty upon the line of Durin. During the battle, she mercilessly killed Thrain, and left the remaining dwarves defenseless under the hands of Azog. However, the Orc army retreated, giving Thorin and his kin their victory. Some days later, Saeril was spotted and confronted by Gandalf the Grey, who managed to suppress her insanity, and take her into his care for sanctuary. Fierce and dangerous she was claimed to be, Saeril became a threat to all races, despite the fact that it was all unintentional. All except for the youngest of Durin's Folk: Fili and Kili. They never forgot about "Delva", and they were determined to see her in person.
Due to her deformity, Saeril kept herself hidden, until Gandalf advised her to approach them if she means to redeem herself for her past mistakes: By helping them reclaim their lost homeland. Upon their journey, they meet Laurina Undomiel, the young and beautiful Half-Elven princess of Rivendell, whose physical and emotional beauty represents the fairness and peace across the land. All the while, Sauron's power is growing and, after the One Ring, believed to have been lost, is found, tragedy and violence begins to ensue across Middle-Earth. A certain darkness is coming, and only the brave can reverse what's upon them: By reaching Mount Doom, the only place where it can be undone.
