Gonna close this off here cause it does seem to be going round in circles and from the looks of it some disputes may be starting up. I haven't had the time to read through every detail but I can guess that plenty of good advice has been given for attracting people for an RP.

When it comes down to the crunch only you can work your interest check and not everyone is going to do it for you. If you want to RP you have to put in the hard yards to attract the attention of others, and keep at it until you find a suitable partner.
