The Titan System, a three planet solar system revolving around three dwarfs stars, one white, one blue, one red, home of the Titan Pantheon, the S’mir people, and Humanity’s home. The first Seed ships happened across it nearly a thousand years ago and settled the moons. The Titan Pantheon fostered Humanity alongside the s’mir, saw peace kindle between them. Humans started priesthoods to honor their new deities, Seeds became station cities, moons were settled, empires rose and fell. A thousand years and humanity has forgotten its roots, split between factions, moons, and have diverged greatly from what they once were: On the desert planet Hephaestus, the pale skinned humans are grim, clannish, and possess nightmarish magic through the bones of a devil and artifice, ever searching for Shards of the great seed ship Hercules. The S’mir and humans of the Feyan Alliance rule together, their influence spans the Titan System. Across the fertile, sunlit fields of Thryban, farm peacefully under the watchful eye of the Ravka Council and Rath’na Syndicate. Humans of the Roil embrace magic and are split between the reaver factions and the Aetrains whom mine the asteroids they call home.
There is but one place that remembers Humanity’s roots, Elysium. Free of any faction or empire since its conception, Elysium was the first and only Seed ship to come from the old moon colony in the last days humanity spent in its own solar system, and was the last established colony in the Titan System. They remain free through trade and treaties, an effective Magus army, and a healthy weapons development program. Only the Aetaran Order rival the skill and power of their Mage’s, just. It is here the next, and possibly last Grail War will take place. Where once the Grail brought forth heroes and villains from Earth’s own past, it now pulls from the last thousand years as well thanks to the influence of the Titan Pantheon. They have taken an interest in Elysium these last sixty years. They wish to send one or more of their stalwart worshipers, or their own precious children to take part, investigate and if need be, destroy Elysium.
Will you fight for the old gods, for the new, or for yourself? __________________________________________________________________
The Titan System
Some three hundred million light-years away from the ruins of Earth the Titan System spins around a trio of suns known as the Trisola. It is a rather small system with only three planets and before humanity came along was inhabited by the S'mir.
Titan: Third planet from the Trisola with a complex system of moons and satellites orbiting it; this gas giant is the salvation and refuge of the S’mir and Humanity. Vast storms hundreds of miles across cover the highest levels of the atmosphere. Nothing man or S’mir made can break the shell of high winds that constantly blows just under the highest level of the atmosphere. It is said there are portals to the realm of the gods within

Nothing man or S’mir made can break the shell of high winds that constantly blows just under the highest level of the atmosphere. It is said there are portals to the realm of the gods within
Hephaestus: Second planet from the Trisola, nothing but hot sand and plains of glass dotted with oasai. Humanity's first Seed, the Hercules, crashed, its corpse splintering across the western hemisphere, and seemingly dooming the humans on board. They survived the crash, the monsters and hardship to follow, and then survived each other. Hephaestus’s history is one of strife and bloodshed as people fought tooth and nail over resources. Gangs formed and warred over territory, again and again. Now only the most ruthless of survivors live here. Hephaestus is now a planet of thugs and thieves, a graveyard for something truly ancient, bits of a truly massive skeleton littering the north hemisphere. Some say these bones from a being not unlike the Gods of Titan.
The Roil: a stardust and asteroid field between Hephaestus and Titan. Rich in precious ores, minerals, and elements. It is ravaged by aether storms, gravity wells, and of course the reavers, make the Roil dangerous. Mining companies pay fortunes just to ensure their facilities are safe from the elements and advantageous thieves. A Feyan ran station acts as a hub for supplies going into the Roil, and ore and minerals going out. The Aetari Order has a temple dedicated to their namesake God at the Roil’s heart, open to any and all travelers seeking knowledge or refuge, and often provide protection against the harsher magical perils of the Roil.
Nythos: closest moon to Titan and speculated to be the seat of power for an unknown race; now it’s a storm scarred hell with nothing to offer but wet ruins and grotesque monsters. If the violent storms and monsters don’t kill you though the fluctuating aether will. The planet’s leylines are screwed to hell, causing everything from spontaneous explosions, bursts of air that freezes flesh on contact, solid walls or platforms of aether, even a wandering reality marble or two. Temples dedicated to the Gods exists here but seem to have long been desecrated by something, dark. The tunnels under the surface are infested with something foul and the Seven Orders try to keep whatever is within containted. On the southern hemisphere is a massive expanse of volcanic glass hundreds of miles across known as the Obsidian Sea, at its heart a temple dedicated to Kiera resides, the core of the Kieran Order.
Nhilum: A desolate ball of ice between Myr and Therban. The Feyan Alliance mines water from the massive ocean under its surface. The city-station of Fyfe orbits Nhilim and is rather successful.
Feyan Satellites: Not quite moons but certainly not asteroids, the Feyan Satellites are covered in ore and mineral deposits and mined by companies back by the Feyan Alliance. These moons are scattered about Titan’s moonscape, a few even orbit Ba’ska.
Myr: A planet of shallow oceans, deserts, and savannas with soil so fertile farms the size of city-stations run across every inch of land. The Raska rule Myr and its orbiting city-stations, shipping the unique produce farmed on Myr across the Titan System. Myr has the calmest weather, storms never reaching more than a heavy rain. Myr was once part of the Elshar Empire and some of its cities still hold a few loyalist groups.
Thyban: Jungles, networks of rivers, and flora and fauna on par with Earth’s own Cretaceous period. Once the heart of the Elshar Empire now it's home to bandits, ruins, and warring factions.
Navros: resting at the edge of the moonscape on a skewed orbit around titan, Navros is alien in every regard with fields of glass harder than any known metal, ocean’s of water with a mirror-like sheen, crystalline spires. There is no aether to be found here as the planet is devoid of leylines. The Navroshi have made cities of glass across the surface, the largest reaching into space. Magi avid the place with a will.
Hephaestans: large bronze skinned, humans, clannish and naturally gifted in the darker aspects of magecraft and mechanics. The heavy amount of radiation permeating the atmosphere has mutated these humans, the ones that survived the first hundred years They tend to be rather nihilistic, and savage, but ruthless. They have no gods save the pursuit of the Shards, sections of a Seed ship that was the largest and most advanced of its kind.
S’mir: The semiaquatic people of Ba’ska. Covered in white, silky fur, twice as tall as any man, lean, and possessing a willowy grace. The S’mir originally hail from Ithcar, a ruined planet at the edge of the Black. They came to Ba’ska a mere century before humanity arrived in their first Seed ships. They see the Eyes of Titan as their creators and saviors. Smir are largely matriarchal and are ruled two royal families.
Humans of the Feyan Alliance: they give themselves no denomination, simply counting themselves among mankind. The humans of the Feyan Alliance value family life but are pragmatic. The know the Eyes of Titan are real but they don’t worship them as constructs such as religion have fallen by the wayside. Science and democracy are their gods.
Myrrans: the inhabitants or Myr, hardy, stout and strong. They are a simple people and neutral in political matters and worship the Eyes of Titan, but they hold the Eyes of Balance higher than the rest. The Order of Balance has its most sacred temples here and this is where their initiates are trained.
Outsiders: the humans of the Roil are accustomed to a life in space. They live in the Roil and are fine pilots. Pale skinned, almost transparent, with visible, naturally occurring aether circuits running all across their bodies. They are nomadic and the ones that aren’t reavers hold the Eyes of Power in high regard. They tend to either tolerate the Feyan Alliance or hate them outright.
