"i know you did" he says "i had to be i love my sister, but i also have a job to with her" he told her "but i wasn't joking about what i said to James, if he hurts her in anyway he will lose his life" he says "now i have to write my father and let him know about Kali" he says not wanting to let him know anything that is going on. "i will also tell him about you" he says looking at her. "he will want to know that as well" he said.

Kali looked at him "i dont want you to risk your life for me James, never. If at some point to comes to you saving me or yourself, choose yourself i would want you to live" she says to him "promise me that?" she asked him as she held his hands in her and looked into his eyes. She had a sadness in her and a longing. She could get lost in his gaze.

Elizabeth sighed and nodded. She blinked when he mentioned his father and such. She looked at brandon and actually looked nervous again.

James sighed a bit and hesitated for a moment.
"I can not promise that for sure, as even I can not predict the future. But, I can promise you one thing for sure. only death will keep me from you, only death can make me hurt you in any way, and I mean as in loosing my own life due to whatever circumstances may cause it. And so, I will try to keep from leaving too early."
He gave her a soft brief kiss.

She wasn't ready for the kiss and she instinctively pulled back a little. then she kissed him back. she didnt want to lose him not now not ever. She wrapped her arms around his neck her fingers playing in his hair. she pressed herself closer to him as she kissed him and pulled back blushing and looking away.

"oh liz dont worry, it will be okay" he says "you have nothing to worry about" he kisses her lips. "and thank you" he smiled at her.

Elizabeth blinked.
"Thank me for what?"

James closed his eyes. He never wanted to loose kali. He would do anything to keep them together. He blinked when she pulled away like that.

"for letting me call you mouse and i promise only in private" he says to her. "that is a sweet gift to give me" he told her. "there is one more request that i ask of you Liz" he said to her.

She tucked a piece of loose hair behind her ear. "umm" she says thinking losing her train of thought. she looked up at him with a smile. "you better not leave me too early James" she says and pokes his chest. she hugs him laying her head against his chest.

Elizabeth turned red and nodded. She blinked and paused for a moment.
"What is it?"

James chuckled slightly.
"I'll do my best to prevent that."
He kissed the top of her head.

"i want you to allow me to love you" he says "be open to all possibilities" he told her "i wont leave until you tell me too. i want to be able to show what love really is, i just need you to open to it. can you do that?" he asked her. he looked into her beautiful eyes.

she laughed " good" she says to him "now what shall we do today now we have that out of the way?" she asked him

Elizabeth blinked. she turned bright red. She didn't know what to say. She took a breath and managed a nod.
"Y...yes."

James laughed a little bit.
"anything we want."

he looked at her with happiness dancing in his eyes. "good" he says to her "now what do you want to do today?" he asked "let me remind you that kissing still remains on the table, but if you want to do that we will go back to either one of our rooms and continue it there" he says winking at her. He enjoyed making her blush.

Kali looked at him "well then you choose" she says to him. "im at your whim today" she kissed his cheek

Elizabeth paused for a moment.
"There's a music room from what I overheard."

James shrugged.
"I heard there was a library?"

he nodded "yes there is" he says "and what would you like to do in the music room, learn to play or have me play?" he asked her as he held her on his lap.

"sure if you want to go there" she says to him.

Elizabeth shrugged.
"either is fine with me."

James shrugged.
"do you like to read?"

he smiled "alright then lets go to the music room" he says as pats her leg to stand up so he could get up. "i will play you a song if you want" he told her "do you have a favorite song" he asked her

she nods "sure" she says "i have read many books" she told him smiling

Elizabeth shook her head no.
"I'm not picky."

James nodded.
"I've read quite a few."
He led her to where the library was.

he nodded "alright" he says as he was thinking of a song to play for her. he held her hand as they walked through the rooms. He glanced at the paintings on the wall.

" anything good?" she asked him as they walked to the library. she was enjoying herself more with him and was becoming more relaxed.

"mainly random novels."

Elizabeth followed him. She smiled a little bit.

They passed through another room before walking into one that had a mini grand piano sitting near a huge bay window. He kisses her hand and walks her over to the piano and sits on the bench and moves over some for her sit beside him.

"i read a bunch of different types when my brother was able to sneak them to me" she says to him.

James blinked in surprise.
"You weren't allowed to read?"

Elizabeth followed him. She sat down next to him. She gave a faint smile, looking at him.

He looked at her and kissed her cheek "ready?" he says as he then looks at the keys. He uses one finger and plays mary had a little lamb. "ta da" he says "thank you thank you" he says smiling at her.

"no i wasn't allowed to read" she says "i hid books and Brandon would sneak them in and out for me" she says "he would read them before giving them to me, so if he got caught with it and my father asked him about the book he could give a detailed answer. He was always protecting me the best he could with him" she says

Elizabeth rolled her eyes. She chuckled a bit.
"silly boy."

James blinked. He frowned.
"Well, with me, things are going to change. I promise you that."
He led her into the library.
