Brandon sighed "we may have to find a way of kidnapping my sister to get her out of here without my father finding out before its too late" he says "i cant let her go back with him, she will have no protection without me there" he said.

james narrowed his eyes.
"I'll never let you go."
His aura changed a bit. Her father could probably sense it.

Elizabeth nodded and hugged him tight.

Emma frowned and sighed.

she sighed "in all honesty i dont want you too" she says "but sometimes things are out of our control" she says to him. she touched his face "i do want to marry you" she told him. Her eyes went wide as she saw her father coming towards them. she had tears in them "i love you" she says as she backed up from him.

Tallon had enough of this. He gets up and walks over to James and Kali. He grabbed her arm tight "thats enough, your done here" he says to her and with a snap of his fingers he disappeared with kali.

Brandon wasn't fast enough when he saw his father on his way there. he watched them disappear and walked over to james quickly.

James suddenly went red eyed.
"kali!"
He gave brandon a nod. He held out a hand to him and Elizabeth. He actually vanished like tallon had! He tracked kali down and saw her and tallon soon enough.
"kali!"
He marched up to them. The shadows were starting to move around them. His hidden power was about to kick in.

Elizabeth gasped when everything went black. She blinked when she saw she wasn't at the mansion anymore.

tallon was pulling Kali along. He heard James and rolled his eyes . Kali looked back at him "James Please dont" she says pleading with him. she was crying. Tallon disappeared again once he saw the shadows.

Brandon caught up with James "hey stop what the hell" he says "how did you track him so quickly?" he asked

"I am an expert scent and aura tracker. Thank my father for the aura tracking part."
James was tracking Tallon again and caught up with him.
"enough!"
His eyes turned completely red. The ground shook. They were surrounded by shadow ghouls that not even vampires could escape from."

Elizabeth gasped when she and brandon found them again.

Kali shook her head at James "please dont" she pleaded with him. she looked the creatures that were surround them and got scared. she has never seen anything like them before.

Tallon wasnt surprised by what he saw. "you listen to the girl James" he says "let us go and i will still consider your marriage to this girl" he says he now had a knife out and had kali against him. The knife on her cheek. "back the creatures off or i start cutting" he says as he started to move the knife down her cheek, trickle of blood going down her cheek and she winced and made a slight noise.

"son of a bitch" he says to his father "your sick" he says as he goes after him.

"stop right there son" he looks at ELizabeth "dont go losing your head, or you wont have that one there" he says

James growled.
"If you harm her...."
The ground shook worse. But, he took a step back. The creatures backed away a bit.

Elizabeth gasped. She knew James was beyond simple anger now.

he laughed. The wound on her cheek was already healed, the blood on her cheek was still a little wet but drying. "or you will what James? Kill me?" he says "you can try but not before i take her with me" he says smiling. he looked at ghouls. he whispered in Kali's ear. tears streamed down her face. she closed her eyes and swallowed hard.

Brandon felt helpless. He didnt want to rise losing Elizabeth. he never realized he would have to choose between blood and love. he put an arm around Elizabeth as the ground harder to help her stay upright.

James tried to calm himself when he saw kalis' tears. The ghouls slowly faded away.
"I will give you anything if you let her go."

Elizabeth screamed and nearly fell. She was glad brandon had caught her.

Tallon had an evil grin on his face "anything? are you sure about that?" he said

Brandon looked at Elizabeth "are you okay?" he asked

James sighed.
"most are after my restaurants. they make the most money within a two thousand mile radius. Take them if you want."
James knew most others out there were wanting his businesses that badly. It would break his heart to part with them, but not as much as it would if he lost kali.

Elizabeth managed a nod.

he laughed again "you think i want those?" he says "you think this..."he looks at his daughter "is worth that?" he asked.

Brandon looked at James "he is playing with you James" he said

James looked at brandon. He nodded.
"If she is that worthless to you, why do you keep her? I am offering you a chance to be rid of her."
He subtly winked at kali. 'two can play at that game'he thought.

Elizabeth blinked.

"Father just let her go, you have other daughters to torture to do your will, leave Kali go" he said

James tried not to snarl.

Elizabeth nodded. She teared up.

" she already offered me your businesses and hers" he says smiling. "you cant bargin for something you never really had in the first place" he says

Brandon looked at Elizabeth frowned. he had saddness in his eyes

he whispers in her ear. she opens her eyes and looks at them. she was scared and she didn't want to look at him it hurt to much. tears continue to fall. Tallon shook his head "nothing, she has been promised to 2 others already" he says to him

Brandon heard that and he looked at him "no" he says "you cant be that messed up" he told him

"its business son, I had two very interested parties in her instead of losing one i gain both and everything they have to offer" he says "they are willing to share her between them" he said.

Kali began to shake. she knew the kind of men her father would have picked for her. She wanted nothing to do with them. she would rather die then be passed around.

James growled.
"That will not be allowed!!!"
The ground shook. The ghouls appeared again. The clouds gathered above.
"If I have to kill you then so be it! It is against the law for you to do that! My father decreed it years ago!!"
The ghouls grabbed kali and got her out of the way.
"I was willing to give up my title, but that deal is off!"
He was handed a letter by one of the ghouls. He suddenly smirked.
"looks like my connections paid off."

Elizabeth gasped. She hugged brandon tight.
